Every person who works there is rude and unfriendly. You can buy lottery tickets there but when you try to cash in a whole $50 winning they blatantly LIE that the machine isn’t working. Will be reporting them to the NJ Lottery Commission. Not the first person posting about this so it’s obviously an ongoing scam.

This place is the worst ever. Full of excuses at this place. Always an excuse for the lotto machine that don’t work because of rain, no paper, and to top it all off they now refuse to cash in tickets which is a violation of being a retailer for the lottery commission. The people are rude, never want to do anything they are lazy. I live next door and will never ever go to this place again they are horrible and worthless. I hope you go out of business but unfortunately Amazon drivers keep you operating.

I find this place very convenient to my work to get coffee later in the morning. However, I have never been able to get French Vanilla coffee and the coffee station is usually very unclean and without a good variety of milk. Maybe I am past the rush period but having someone routinely clean the bench and check on the supply of milk would be great.

The worst 7-11 I’ve ever been to. So slow and employees are not reliable. There was only 1 guy working. He put my food on the counter and then Started touching it without gloves. I’m pretty sure his hands touched my taquitos. It was disgusting. I threw them out. He also didn’t even know about a promotion going on and charged me double for my food. Like get it together. Or hire better employees. Because whoever’s managing this place needs a check up

I drive for a living & have been to MANY 7-Elevens over the years. This one is the absolute worst I've ever seen. Empty shelves, dirty counters, filthy rest room, rude, unhelpful clerk who smells so bad, the whole store reeks. I won't be going back - ever!

I handed a gift card that I had recently received to the worker. He then swiped it and told me there was no money on it. I then handed him another gift card I recently received and he again said there was no money on it. However when I got home I checked the balances and both gift cards had the balance that I knew was on them.

Why is this dude continuing to comment "really friendly staff" you must be anemployee or co-owner or family; BECAUSE there's nothing REALLY NICE OR FRIENDLY ABOUT THE STAFF. You come in; they don't greet you, you cash out they don't thank you; your browsing/shopping there's NO HELP what the heck are you talking about bro? listen I have to give a rating in order to post this but this location/franchise doesn't deserve the 1 star I "have" to give. disgusted with this...

This is the dirtiest 7-11 I have ever patronized. The staff not at all helpful when trying to locate an item, could not even tell me it was an item they sell. Things stacked all over the floor. What is the oder in this store. Just plain nasty such a shame for a reputable franchise. Where are the brand inspectors they need to check this place out.

The last 2 times I have been there at 9am they have no decaf coffee.When I sad something to the guy behind the counter he could care less.Corporate needs to literally look at the reviews of this location andcontact the franchisee because it is run very very poorly.

I work in Uber Eat, I go to the 7-eleven to pick up food at night, the person on duty always tells me that the system is broken, it is a fraud, I can always pick up food during the day, the employee on duty at 11 o 'clock at night is a slacker, I am very angry.
