The Glendora location was closed down and now it's like pulling teeth to get any prescription due to the influx of customers. Currently in line for the drive through pharmacy which hasn't moved for almost 20 minutes. This isn't the employees fault but definitely the corporation's. This is officially my last trip to Walgreens; will be switching pharmacies after this.

This store is well organized and clean. The staff is courteous and helpful and friendly. It carries a wide variety of products. The cosmetic section is quite large with good brands always in stock. The pharmacy is great. I usually go to this store first before going anywhere else. The photo shop is great, enlargements come out really well. Highly recommend.

julianna and lauren are terrible at customer service. They are not friendily and think since you bring in 50 dollar bills to them to put on a card they think ur s criminal!!! Dont go to this store!! They should be fired! im a tutor, teacher, author and lawyer!!

9/7/2020 at around 8:50 PM I had the displeasure of experiencing a Squidward cashier. This older woman seemed like she would rather be anywhere else other than behind a Walgreens counter. She said no when I asked if they carried an item in stock and I ended up finding it. Took all but two seconds to use my brain. She said they only had small paper bags (the kind you might pack a lunch in) when she could clearly see that I had purchased a large pack of a menstrual product. I saw that they had larger ones as well and asked for one and she seemed reluctant to give me one.1) this women should know of every product the store carries or at least be able to look it up.2) to gatekeep large bags especially to paying customers who purchase menstrual products?!You could not have anyone worse working for you.

My son and i were here on Christmas Day picking some things up we had forgotten earlier. I started talking to her and we were speaking about instant mash potatoes and how Walmart isnt open on Christmas day anymore and we just laughed about something, since we were conversing about it, one of the stumpy little employees came over and asked " Is everything ok?" We were so taken aback by it because we were just talking like normal people and he acted as if it was a problem. I have been coming here for prob 15 years and i promise i wont be back. I spent 70 dollars in there that day but i felt as if i was being watched and it wont happen again.

What a wonderful staff! I was visiting from another state and had no idea how to get to the highway to head home. I came into the store, after my phone died (which I rely heavily on for GPS + none of my back up chargers were working), to ask for directions. I was having a pretty rough day, so getting lost only made things worse. The staff was quick to help with directions, which was much appreciated. Though, after providing the information one staffer (Alex M. - didn't see his full last name on his tag) said his shift was ending and he'd happily let me follow him out to the highway. This was music to my ears, as I am directionally challenged and knew I'd get lost on my own. During the drive out, he kept checking to make sure I was behind him and led me exactly where I needed to go. I couldn't believe how far above and beyond this person would go - mind you, I've never stepped foot in that store before. All I can say is THANK YOU THANK YOU to the kind stranger who helped me get home. JUST WOW! I will be sure to pass the karma on.

Today was my first time using the digital coupons through the app and of course it wasn't working. The manager Michael took great care of me and helped me to resolve the problem. The staff was very friendly and the shelves were welled stocked. This is my new favorite location!

Mostly have gone here to use the red box outside but have gone inside for simple things such as cough drops meStaff seems friendly and very nice.Haven't gone through the pharmacy here yet.The placement is as good as it can be in this area for parking and entry and exit.Good location overall.

I'm not a huge fan of Walgreen's. That said, this location is clean and the parking is ample with easy in and out access. Staff are helpful, if you can find them. Usually just a clerk at the front and people you can hear, but not see, in the pharmacy.

Someone needs to give that dude Angel a raise. Man went out of his way to stop and see if I needed help looking for something. Without me asking, he offered to grab an item from the back and came out with something I didn’t know I wanted. Made my day.
