No I would not recommend this pharmacy.The staff did not ID me, or ask for my insurance, and he take a sweet 45 mins to get my med. when I offered my insurance, he only took my secondary insurance and refused to take my first insurance. He was unprofessional and unkind. And he is likely to be a racist. It looks like he is at the retirement age and I think his retirement will benefit us all.

I really like this Walgress where I work at Drew University most of the time. But lately the staff was ok, but mostly some of the stuff that I was looking for like a toothbrush holder, & when I tried to find it was like a travel size. 🤦🏽‍♀️ But anyway that was it.

Waited 45 minutes for a flu and COVID booster, and never got one. Was very disorganized, and entirely mismanaged. Was told wait was about 15-20 minutes but another 25 minutes later, they could not tell me when I would be up next. Meanwhile they took my insurance info and likely filed a claim despite me having to leave for another appointment. This store has been late with my Rx lately, and inventory has been low for common store items. Hoping it goes out and CVS comes in, or at least a better general manager.

The line for the pharmacy always takes at least 30 minutes. Waited an hour for something they told me would take ten minutes max. Prescriptions are never truly ready even when they say ready.

They pretty much have everything you need in this store in terms of health. They also have a random toy aisle which was weird to me, but hey, it helped me out when I was looking for an owl beanie baby for a baby shower. Lines were short, lots of parking available and handicapped access available.

Madison store is poorly managed. Shelves are empty and there is always a long wait at pharmacy window even when not busy. They ignore long lines and will engage in casual conversations while the rest of us stand on long lines. Terrible service

The older blond lady who helped me today at register near the door was combative when I asked if I could switch accounts under my phone number, she said "You got your sale already" yet it was under my mother's account. Never offered a bag either. This was around 1-2pm. I don't know her name but she was obnoxious, as though everything was a problem. I would write her up.

Just switched from CVS pharmacy to Walgreens. So far, all is good. Prompt, friendly staff. Not too hard to get through to the pharmacy by phone (not true at CVS). No long wait.

I bought a $25 Xbox gift card from Walgreens I want to go scratch off the numbers with my penny and by doing so the numbers came right off. I go in the next day to see if I can get a refund you gift card money anything store credit I literally taking anything but now I come out with absolutely nothing never going to Walgreens to buy a gift card again. Better yet anything for that matter guy that spends $100 a day whenever he calls the wall greens is now by nothing thanks a lo.😡

I went to Walgreens in Madison and waited for pharmacy opened. The pharmacist made me feel terrible. I asked her a few questions and as she answered she was walking away. This type of treatment makes me not want to go back to that store. I will wait until I get home and go to the Garfield store.
