Small and always busy. But I guess the busy part goes for all Walmart's! The parking lot here is always full, so parking far is the usual when vusting this location. Although I try to get in and out of Walmart's, it never happens due to no cashier's and self checkout line is always wrapped around the store. With that being said , I'm still a Walmart shopper,really who isn't. I do like the pick just a tad bit better, but things can get messed up there too. But I like them( all of them)!

About 10 years ago the fish flew into my mouth! FREE FOOD AM I RIGHT but at what cost there was no sezineng! but now im trying to get a mr beas choke me bar but the rizzy erotic barber with a grimace shake looking like a walmart employee they told me there was no more left and i started to throw a fit then they went to the bathroom and got me one. Great Service! Will be returning.

The Walmart in Lumberton is horrible. the shelves are empty and the perishable items are either rotten or expired. customer service does not help you, they just stand there talking to each other. The young cart guy blocks the entire row of cars while he tries to fit 200 carts and doesn't let any cars pass or get out of their parking spots. I had to sit blocked in my parking spot for 15 minutes while he tried to get 200 carts on his little machine ... 6 other people were sitting there blocked in, too. I tried buying lottery tickets at customer service and they told me that the machine doesn't take the slips and they are not allowed to take a "verbal" request for a ticket. I literally just wanted a pick 6 for PowerBall and MegaMilllion. They didn't even need to put numbers in ... just press a button. I guess it would be too much work for them to do, especially since they were so busy just standing there talking to each other. This is the worst Walmart!!!!

I'm literally always here, lol!! Love Vince! He's the best worker there! Always lookin for a great laugh. Gave 4 stars cuz sometimes stuff is out of its place, and yall other workers need get to organization lol.

These stars are for the outdoor garden department. The plants and flowers look great this season. And the woman that was manning the area was super friendly. Keep up the great work. Kudos!

Walmart has great prices but I hate the way clearance items are so packed on the racks in the center of the store. I kept breaking hangers trying to pry them out. Otherwise its well worth it.

I hate this Walmart. Going here gives me anxiety, dealing with a staff that speaks little to NO ENGLISH, in an English speaking country is WRONG. If I lived in another country, I would be forced to learn the language or be shunned.This store is overcrowded, the staff is unable and unwilling to help, and the whole store gives the attitude that they just don't care about the customer at all.

Difficult to find items. Checkout was horrible. The cashier left the cash register while we were paying our bill. Came back and he started checking out the person behind us. I asked for our receipt he said he gave it to us. He looked at the register and said we hadn’t paid. We had already bagged our own groceries. He then said we hadn’t paid. Then the payment went through. I guess when he walked away from the register he signed off. Then he told me he was tired. This was beyond ridiculous and should not have happened!! I hate this store anyway but thought I would give it another try. I’m done I won’t be back

It’s very clean store unlike other Walmart stores…. But I wish they can offer more fresh veggies and fruits….. other than that it’s really good store for shopping… staff here is very nice helping…. Superior experience

Awful experience, customer service is non-existent. Walmart over the years has gone down hill, and that's pretty bad since the bar wasn't set very high to begin with. I went to Walmart in Lumberton after checking online to see if what I needed was in stock. Walmart online said it was available at the store and told me what section to find it in. When I got to the store, I found my nearest employee and asked where section Z was (which is not labeled btw) and the woman seemed nice enough, sending me back to the seasonal department where there are more batteries (I was looking for a battery for my car key fob). After making it to that department and searching around I saw only standard batteries (AA, AAA, etc) but not the round batteries I needed. So I went to the neighboring department (fishing/outdoors) and asked the gentleman behind the desk there for some help. He barely looked up from his phone only to say "Ever heard of the Walmart App? If you had it, you'd know where to find things." "Excuse me sir?" What a jerk, right?! Then he proceeded to pull out his store associate smart device and begrudgingly look up what I asked him for. He sent me to electronics and glared at me when I thanked him for his help and wished him a happy peaceful holiday despite him being a jerk.I get to electronics to wait on line for the one lady out of 3 people who was actually working with customers. She was nice (clearly over worked as a result of being willing to do her job). She told me where section Z was and explained that she wished the store would mark that section too so people knew where to look. Suggestion Box Walmart! There's insight to be gained. We explained that we stopped there first before asking for any help and checked both battery displays by the registers and found none of the type of batteries we were looking for. Then she paged someone to jewelry to help us and sent us there to have someone help us, thinking it could be a type of battery watches might take too, which they keep locked in a cabinet. Thank you for trying to help me miss. You're the only one left at that Walmart who cares. We went to jewelry and waited for 10 minutes, and no one came of course. So I went back to the registers to check the battery displays once more before giving up and I found the tag for the battery I needed which was above an empty space. So I pulled out my phone, and ordered what I needed on Amazon. Something I tried not to do in this case, however it was my only way to get what I needed.Dear big box businesses, Amazon is taking many of you out because you are not investing in the right places. Your employees are overworked and underpaid, the people who do good work leave those environments for better, the people you get to stay are miserable and lazy, and your customers have Amazon as a pretty solid alternative. I had my batter in a matter of 5 hours from the time I ordered it. I tried to support you Walmart, but you were not there to support me, yet again. Sincerely, a frustrated and insulted undervalued customer.

Their Tire shops they don’t fix every tires when you get flat they were saying if your tire get poked by nail in the middle of tire we could fix it if close to edge of the tire they said cannot patchable we cannot fix it , but I take local shop they did it very well

There is a size and product avalibility difference between a super store and a regular store, besides that Walmart is Walmart. Same stuff, same people. If you NEVER been to Walmart, here we go. It's got everything. Like everything. Food clothes car accessories home decor electronics tvs stereos, the list goes on and on. Self check out is the best move for speed but I feel they don't pay me to scan my own items so I wait in line and let someone else do it. Decent return policy but waiting on the return line is frustrating.

I seriously love Walmart! I always go there keeping in one of only getting a few things but always leave getting more and still staying in budget ! I love getting little girls dresses from there and they always look like something I got out of a boutique ! Why not be able to go clothes shopping, food shopping, and pick up some miscellaneous all in one store ! Highly recommend

Never have everything I need. I am very upset that I needed a eyeliner and now they are locked and you need an associate. Wellllllll none around, so I finally hunt one down and he went upfront and paged someone to where I was. So 5 minutes goes by Noone, 10 min, 15 min and now I'm cussing, so I left! Thanks

This Walmart will sell you defective electronics and refuse to take them back. They won't even offer an exchange. Purchased a PSVR2 and they refused a refund when it was brought back not even a full 24 hrs later. Do not shop here. Actually do not use Walmart. When calling there customer service line they will tell you anything done in store they'll be unable to help with. They're whole set up is a scheme to get one over on you!! Stay away

A pretty good Walmart. On the smaller side, they don't have ANY fresh produce. This is weird because they have a huge garden section but no place to buy an apple! But what they do have is pretty nice. Quiet, clean, helpful staff.

I unfortunately go her often and it's in a great location to other useful stores. It's much larger and has many more items than the Lumberton Walmart, but it is ALWAYS very busy. Good prices though and it's not hard to find what you are looking for when you use the app.My main complaint is the Chargepoint EV car charger has been out of commission for at least 2 years. It would be great to charge my car while I'm shopping. But that's probably on Chargepoint, not Walmart.

The eye vision center staff was great. I was impressed with the service and timing. Now in the pharmacy area there was some hand sanitizer that didn't have the price and when I scanned the price on the Walmart app and a message showed up saying Humm, this item is currently not available. Besides that everything else was fine.
