Coming to this store for the 5th time and being disappointed every time I will never go there again . I had a package I was returning to amazon with a QR code that stated customer pack having no tape of my own it was open. The worker told me she couldn’t take it. No customer service solution was given just this is not our store’s policy. It could have been transferred to another box or easily just taped closed. I would have paid eve though I have prime. When you are in a customer service business you do whatever is needed to please the customer..

Not helpful at all. Trying to do an amazon return that started product had to be in originally packaging. No problem the item was in all the original packaging for the product but they wouldnt accept it bc it wasnt in the giant Amazon box that housed multiple items and was a ridiculous size to send one small item back into which isn't really the original product packaging. While that is frustrating and an annoying the employees working are smug, arrogant and jerks and were not even helpful!

I'm usually happy with people at this facility. Today I stopped by and they closed the store 7 minutes before their closing time of 3:00. I had a 1 minute drop off for an Amazon return now have to come back another day.UPDATE: I received a call from the manager explaining the employee requested and he approved the employee to leave early to take care of a personal issue.

Man at the counter is condescending & rude. Went into the store today witb an amazon package & barcode, & when I got up to the counter with the barcode the man said “This is a customer package, you need to put it in a box or envelope. You should read the instructions.” I have taken plenty of returns back and never saw this tiny writing. My mistake, but I don’t need a lecture from someone who is supposed to provide customer service. I said , “Oh sorry. I didn’t see that” and left the store. I won’t go back in here again. Rude. If you don’t want to talk nicely to the public maybe don’t work the register. Take your returns back to Kohls. UPS is not good service

On New Year's Eve, I was in and out in under a minute. Store was clean. Staff was friendly. I was instantly given a receipt with tracking information on it.

If there is negative star, I would give it to the store manager. I paid $70 for a package next day. I called to question why it didn’t get there as promised. He hung up on me. He told me that his worker been there for a long time. Accused me of lying so I say check you camera. This man definitely don’t know how to manage, train his worker and deal with customer. A 18 yrs old could probably do a better job than him. It’s a shame that I don’t even what to use Ups anymore because of him. I would drive an hour away to Spotswood since the manager for year is profession and honest.

Quick Amazon returns as long as you follow Amazon’s instructions.Only downside of this store is waiting for other customers who clearly didn’t read their Amazon instructions.The staff here is amazing and very patient.

I don’t know what to think about this UPS store. I give 3 stars because it’s indecisive about what happens when taking items in to be returned. I help my mom with returns and it’s Amazon products. Sometimes things can be returned and some others can’t because of whatever they need to scan. QR code or not, plus whether it is packaged or not. Products need to be returned by a certain day so why not just take them with no problem?! I believe they changed the rules to every year or so I don’t know. But it’s frustrating. No return happened today and I’m now just thinking of writing a review. Had someone before and very helpful and had no problem once so ever.

This was the second time I dropped off a package to this location and the person Or place never recieved it. When I called they told me there was nothing they can do. The first time it was a hand made gift I had to remake it and resend it and the second time it was a amazon return. I have used several ups store in this state and several other state with no issue but this location lost two packages without any sympathy.

Charged me $20 for two notary stamps. I realized after it is ILLEGAL to charge that amount for notary. In addition he gave me a receipt that said 'ground express $20" even though I didn't mail anything the only service I got was the notary. called them over the phone the manager refused to issue me a right receipt or refund me. illegal.

Went to the UPS store with a return today. Everyone is always friendly and helpful but today Akeela assisted me with an annoying situation which took well over an hour to resolve. Akeela was patient and kind and worked until the problem was solved. She was amazing!

The worst store EVER. AN OLDER MAN MANAGES THIS STORE. HE WILL NOT LISTEN. “It’s not just job to hear customers out” my grandma went there to send a package back and he completely cut her off and wouldn’t let her explain. (She wears hearing aides). Then did the same when I called. Simple case of men can belittle women. Don’t go there. Don’t waste your time. Completely repulsive.

I had 2 packages to send via UPS - and no packing tape handy. Tara, supervisor on duty, told me that, technically, I was responsible for sealing the packages. However, she cheerly applied some tape in the right spots, and whisked my packages on their way. Her attitude and focus on superior customer service are commendable, and made me smile during an otherwise stressful morning. Kudos!

Love this UPS, they are so helpful. Lisa the owner is super sweet, and more than happy to help you with whatever it is you need, whether it be opening a mail box, or help pull up that email for tracking info. She and her staff have your back. A+ place, and people!

Do NOT go here! This place is unprofessional and made a huge error that cost me money. I attempted to get it corrected and the manager hung up on me after yelling and arguing. Avoid this location!

Over the last few months I have needed to use this UPS Store multiple times. At every visit all staff has been extremely friendly and helpful! Highly recommend using them for all mailing needs.

If you like beinging insulted after paying $400+ for shipping...have at it. They rushed us through after two other clients came in and we were checking on delivery times. "Check the tracking ticket number" was there response in a curte manner.

I Left a large prepaid package there thinking I put the correct sticker on the box, I didn't! God knows were this box would of ended up.. I had a bad feeling when I left it, knowing in the back of my mind I should of waited for a receipt. I called the UPS store at 6:25 (they close at 6:30) she was sooo sweet and went out of her way and called the UPS driver to tell him to bring the box back to her store and waited for him to bring my box back!! I though wow! that was so nice she got the driver to bring the box back. Mind you I was returning a $4000.00 handbag that would of been lost. She went out of her way to help me and save me 4000 bucks because the box would of been lost, opened and stolen. I know how UPS packages that have nowhere to go work. I recommend this UPS store to anyone who wants personal care and they will go out of their way to make sure your happy and I cant say enough good things about this store in Lumberton!

This is a great UPS store! The owner and employees are very friendly and efficient. They are well acquainted with all the services they offer. The store is in a mall with tons of parking and other great stores- Aldi's, Pet Valu, Rite Aid and Big Lots. Plus other food and convenience stores.
