We stopped in for interior paint. There were three associates behind the counter assisting customers. Owen was quick to see us, offered immediate assistance for mixing our color, and completed our order very fast.He was very friendly and helpful. We used self check-out, and the associate monitoring the area helped us as well. Great experience. Thank you.

I usually don’t come to Lowe’s but I had a gift card. I remembered why I don’t come here. Waited in the plumbing aisle for help because I needed help finding a part that I had model number of but I couldn’t find it.I went to self check out because every single cashier line on a Saturday at 4:40 was closed. I ended up needing help because the magnetic strip wouldn’t read. I had to go to customer service where there was four people behind a register doing nothing. And two people from other parts of the store just standing there talking. I have nothing against them because they were very kind to me when I came over but why did I have to go to self check out then go to customer service when this all gonna be handled at a register.Only reason I didn’t give one star is because I ended up finding what I needed on my own and I got it for a decent price. At least I got to use my $25 gift card.Do better Lowe’s.

Went here to buy a new front entry door and storm door. The door and window guy, John, provided the best customer service and expertise I have ever experienced at a Lowes store. Every question was answered completely and honestly. He went above and beyond when it came to providing excellent customer service. He even engaged with my kids to help keep them occupied during the process of my wife and I selecting a door handle. People like him are few and far between anymore, and it was greatly appreciated!

We bought a white Whirlpool dryer at this location on 16 Nov 2023. We also bought a 3 wire and a 4-wire dryer cord (wasn't sure which one we needed and didn't want to drive the hour plus to check and come back) and a new 4in by 8-foot rigiflex dryer hose (which they automatically add on). We had it delivered a few days later and found out that we didn't need the 4-wire cord or the rigiflex hose. I asked for the extra parts so that I could turn them and get a refund. The delivery guys keep insisting that they would turn them in and the refund would be issued in a few days. The crew leader even showed me where he added a note about the parts not being used and returned for a refund. I watched him put the note in the system and hit send. I never received my refund even after multiple calls to Lowes and being transferred to the delivery company. After my 4th call, I finally got the delivery company to admit that they have the note in their system and the refund should have been issued, that was in DECEMBER! Here it is JANUARY and still no refund. If you're going to do business with this Lowes, make sure that if you get anything delivered you make sure that the installers don't damage you appliances or your home (they scratched my flooring) and if there are any parts you don't need DEMAND that they give them to you and turn them in yourself for your refund or the delivery crew will return them and keep your money. Lowes was definitely no help at all. They use a cheap delivery service that is very untrustworthy. Lowes, I hope that the $45 was worth the hit to your reputation because this isn't the first complaint I've read about this EXACT same thing happening at this store.

I purchased a range and a refrigerator, the refrigerator was the wrong dimension, they left the refrigerator. I had to repurchase the refrigerator again and was told that once the correct refrigerator was delivered I would receive a full refund. I checked my account to find that Lowes only gave me a partial refund. I will never ever patronize Lowes ever again. Oh to add insult to injury, the refrigerator that was delivered has a dent in it

Customer service is good if you find someone who wants to help you and be polite.Key service sucks they don’t know how to identify a key or use the machine to do so.The shelves are always poorly stocked. It’s terrible when multiple shelf spots are empty and you can look above and see they haven’t grabbed top stock. Associates walking around playing on their phones isn’t fun either.

This Lowe's does not support truckers. They complained about our work trucks in the back of the parking lot for Wawa breaks and now they will never get the business of my company ever again.

Asked if we were military in the garden center and showed ID only to be told to open a my lowes account and that we could come back with the receipt to get the discount. Not sure why you asked or checked the ID if you needed a my lowes account for the discount. Perhaps they should only sk if you have a my lowes account.The place to go if you like driving somewhere that shows a product is in stock only to find out that the store just doesn't inventory.

Went there for cabinets the guy literally told me he was leaving in 20mins and couldn't help me...I had a drawing and all my measurements. No one else in the store could help me on it...it's too bad because I actually opened that store and still have friends that work there that do a great job. Lowes and Depot lost alot of customer service aspects. Went down the street to a different place. Got everything I need in 2 weeks.

Our sales rep, Ralph was excellent! Lowes needs to support their sales staff and employ more knowledgable staff like him. He was incredibly overloaded with buying customers, but kept his wits, accuracy, courtesy the entire time while having lines of customers who wanted to buy expensive products.The challenge for your staff is not being able to sell what is displayed on the floor! Totally ties the hands of your sales staff, frustrates the customers, whom I watched walk out to buy elsewhere... Give Ralph a raise! He definitely has earned one!Sincerely, Your Lowe's Customer

Haven't even been to the store yet but waited on hold for more than 20 minutes then finally spoke to a person who had to transfer me and instead of being transferred was disconnected. I am truly hoping tis isn't a real representation of their customer service skills. I would also like to note that I was previously on hold for 15 minutes a short time prior without anyone picking up except to place me on hold.

Review date 06/09/2023The lady who handled my return is a miserable human being. Gave me a blank look and was really into herself than servicing a customer. This person takes the cake of any place I have gone to. I normally refrain from making statements like this, but my experience going here is not good at all. Lowes you need to a better job screening customer service help!Review date 05/2023Their return policy to refund is ambiguous. I can get a refund on some items without an issue and others items such as a electrical dimmer I am required to have a receipt. Either require a receipt or not for any return.

The associates are always willing and available to help. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. As a female who frequents Lowes often I haven't ever been made to feel as though I don't know anything about the repairs or items I'm shopping for. I was pleased to have my first encounter with a female associate on my last trip I told her what I was looking for and she went right to it! She seemed to know her department very well.

If I could leave less stars I would. Never once have I had a good experience at this store yet once again here’s another. Ordered next day delivery and product never showed, no call nothing. Stayed home 8-8 waiting. Called the store “oh they left call tomorrow I have no idea”. Called the 1800 # “ya that’s odd it should be there”. Wait till today - call Corp again and again they have no idea and say call the store. I call and ask for the manager and he’s “to busy call later” lol. This is why this store has a 1 or 2 star rating on google. If you need any help don’t ask for Tom he’s too busy for you. Meanwhile I don’t have my product - no one knows where it is. They won’t give me a refund till I open a case which is 1-3 more days. Utterly insane. GO TO HOME DEPOT OR ACEADDED UPDATE: 6/14Lowe’s had the guts to refund me PART OF MY INVOICE. they legit never delivered my stuff or called or cared and tried to keep almost 100 for delivery fee THAT THEY DIDNT DELIVER !! If that’s not the biggest scam ever I don’t know what is. I called ABC news to investigate this scam. PLEASE NEVER USE LOWES. And still 5 days later NOT ONE APOLOGY !! I contacted the CEO who also blew me off !!!

Went there to buy a washer and dryer. We walked right to that section where there was 3 associates and one already disgruntled customer. Over the course of 2 hours, we were never once approached or acknowledged by any of the associates. We walked away and did some other shopping for some other items we needed. We walked back to the original section where now there was 2 associates. A woman by the name of Maria and an older woman that was seemingly clueless. Both were working, still, with the disgruntled customer. The older woman ended up just walking away and started to make boxes in some other section. Maria was stuck working with him for about another hour, where we were still never acknowledged. Finally, Maria acknowledged us and helped us get the washer and dryer we wanted. She was very nice and all, but overall it's completely unacceptable of any staff to take hours to even acknowledge a customer. The day was not even busy. We left after everything while the original disgruntled customer was still there. We had a roughly over 3 hour day at Lowes when if we just got acknowledged by the associates in a timely manner, we probably could have been there for all of possibly an hour.Overall we got what we wanted, but the quality of the initial service is completely horrible and needs to be looked at by management. I hate to write negative reviews, but this needs to be identified and handled.

I have came to that Lowe’s 3 times in the past week in different time of the dayI needed to buy some wire that is kept in a cage.Customer service called for someone to help in isle 143 times waited for up to 20 minutes and no one showed up and ended up leaving.I understand those items should be kept in protected area,l but if you can’t do it right simply do not it.I believe the displayed items in the cage are for sale.Aren’t they?

Needed some basic materials for replacing a window plus the window and the sole employee assigned to that particular section was on lunch. I didn't really have the time to stick around and wait for him to finish his break so I searched for another employee who told me he would get what I needed from a higher shelf and then he'd be right back. Fast forward about 10 minutes and he did just that however due to my ignorance on a type of work needed to be done to complete my task at hand, I asked a few questions to which received 0 answers to satisfy my inquiries. I can't really complain because it was not his section but my point is there should be more than one employee assigned to a section especially when one goes on break or disappears for a little while. I've always preferred the smaller mom and pop our stores simply because their knowledge is pretty widespread in the industry and it's worth paying the extra couple dollars does not have to drive as far and receive personal treatment that we miss at these larger corporate chain monsters.

It’s a pain in rear getting someone in flooring or bathroom attendant. There should be a bell or something to click to get someone. I asked for attendant and was told to go to service desk to page attendant. I have to do all this running around. If attendant is on break then leave a desk message. It took 25 minutes to get attended to.

Parking wasn't that great They were stocking and putting Christmas items out so stores very crowded Hardly had any registers open so I turned a lot of time waiting in line to pay Plus a few of the items were missed marked price wise. Lowe's usually a lot better than this Also the prices of kind of skyrocketed Another comes for a time for an increase but But it's like you're trying to make it all back in a short amount of time People just start to get back on their feet I don't know how these big stores think that you know killing with high prices is going to help the economy Maybe it helps them but not the average person

Supply of flowers excellent. Got the hose I wanted. However both cashier's in flower section didn't know anything about flowers or where anything was located. You need experienced cashier's in flower section. It's important to know about plants and flowers.
