The pharmacist is always so mean and dismissive. They lied multiple times about filling a prescription for me but it’s been like 3 months and they still haven’t given it to me. It’s freaking pink eye eye drops for pink eye I don’t even have anymore because it took them so long to get me my eye drops the freakin pink eye went away on its own. Don’t go here

Pharmacist would not fill my elderly sisters meds the hospital had called in hours before. She said she could pick up tomorrow and I tried to explain she had no way to get her medication. She said the pharmacy was closing she had to go home. She had time to transfer the meds to another store and in that amount of time discussing her needing her meds and them transferring she could had filled the prescription. The pharmacy was dirty and the people were slow. My sister is transferring her meds out of the Lumberton.

Waited over an hour because one of the pharmacists messed up my mom's medication and it was poor service. We got told to wait for 15 - 20 mins then another 30 mins and it just wasn't right none of them wanted to help or cared. Don't recommend coming here for medication or anything among those lines. Won't be returning and I can see why they have a 2.8 rating

I wish it was possible for me to give these a**holes 1star. I had to come to this location to p/u an antibiotic for my child. I had to refrain from cursing the pharmacy tech & the pharmacist out, as well as possibly reaching across the counter on both of them. I work in healthcare and deal w/ patients everyday and will NEVER understand why some people believe that while working with the general public they need not have any customer service skills or interpersonal skills. Unsure if the response I received was due to me catching them right before their little 1/2 hour break, but their attitudes & condescension is how people get hurt. Thank GOD this is not my permanent pharmacy. Idk what I’d do.

The wait at the pharmacy window is insane. I have never been to a pharmacy that is so slow-going inside is even worse. I understand they do covid tests at the window but they make the person sit there for over 10 minutes before they hand over the test. If you can’t handle the volume, don’t be a testing location. Will be switching all my prescriptions

I was eager to welcome a new CVS pharmacy in close proximity to my residence, as I had hoped it would offer a better experience from my visits to the Medford branch where service levels left much to be desired. Regrettably, the new establishment does not appear to have rectified this situation. The personnel's response has been observed to be passive, as they would merely gaze upon patrons awaiting prescription retrieval without taking any kind of action to engage or assist them. These employees sadly just didn’t seem to want to be bothered… This behavior is notably unusual and does not align with positive service expectations. Consequently, I am unable to endorse this establishment based on my experience, and am extremely disappointed.

I was so excited for a local pharmacy but unfortunately I have never waited less then an hour minimum to fill a prescription. Once they asked me to come back tomorrow for a prescription for my 6 month old baby with an ear infection. Another time I needed a cream for my 4 year old and the doctor put it in on a rush. Again…. You guessed it… hour and a half. Pre made and packaged cream. No counting. Nothing! Honestly if they walk away with any feedback, learn a more efficient filling process. If a customer is present fill it and go back to other orders. There is never anyone in line when I wait for prescriptions. It’s the most bizzare thing.

I have had nothing but problems at this CVS. Today was the final straw when they informed they were out of stock of my medication at 6 pm on a Friday...6 hours after it was called in. How this pharmacy is ran is plain dangerous, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The employees here are very courteous and friendly. The pharmacist is always willing to discuss my prescriptions with me and it's very helpful when I am taking a new medication. I highly recommend this CVS for all your pharmacy needs. Please note that this is a new location in this location might be closer to where you live.

This is the fifth medication in a row (during pregnancy) that is delayed about 1 week+. They told me to call back after 3pm and now they will not answer the phone. Every time I’m due for a prescription, they order the wrong one and then I wait a week while they tell me it will be ready the next day. This has happened multiple times in a row and I’m baffled as to what the issue is. I’ve never seen anything like this

This place is horrible ...they dont pick up phone instead of just taking my number if they are too busy they just click you off or open line up for second then hang up ...and act like Im bothering them!

The absolute WORST pharmacy. They don’t answer the phones and on the off chance you do get through after being on hold for over an hour, the staff are disrespectful and incompetent. Save yourself a headache and take your business down the road to Rite Aid.

The pharmacy is very unprofessional they have you waiting a few minutes before they come to you they are slow and lazy if you don’t feel like being there or dealing with people you shouldn’t be working don’t bother I’ve been there a few times and they all have attitudes and they will tell u hold on or make you wait a little before getting back to you especially the phone lines they take long to answer horrible don’t recommend !!!
