This is another good store that offers convenience in the route 38 corridor. I love that it's not an overwhelming shopping experience most times of the year. A few holidays break that mold, but it's pretty laid back ninety percent of the time. They generally have a great staff, and the store is clean and orderly.

Many great health food products, love going here to see what they have different each time. Prices seem to be a lil higher than some stores. However I enjoy going here when I don't feel like going to bigger stores like Walmart. I can go here and get in and out quickly.

I wish I knew the manager's name...small framed with dark curly hair...possibly Spanish...she went above and beyond to help us with a new leather sofa! Really new her stuff and was extremely polite and professional!

The employees here are absolutely awesome they are always very courteous, friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend this location to everyone. They also have a great rewards program. I also want to mention that if they have something on sale better get it while it's because on-sale items go quickly.

Worst Custer service experience went into store for price adjustment they said they couldn’t do it than I told her I would return the item since I was witching the 30 days and than re purchase it for the sale price and she was so rude and ignorant and said well if you return it I’m keeping it!! I called the customer service number and got the run around than after repeating myself over and over again she said the district manager would call me in 1-2 business days ok well how is the manager calling me when you didn’t ask for the store I was in I had to volunteer the information to her so I’m guessing nothing will get done and my 30 days to get a refund is over today absolutely ridiculous I am never shopping in this store again!!! Worst customer service in store and over the phone!! If I could give 0 stars I would

Worst service I have ever received! I applied for my big lots card over a month ago and ordered a sectional couch the same day. I was told that i wouldn't have to make my first payment until I got the couches, after weeks of already getting billed and not hearing anything, I finally am able to call and get a hold of the store just to find out that my couches are out of stock and I'm never going to get them but got no call from anybody and still got billed!

I visited the the Big Lots store in the Lumberton Plaza in Lumberton Nj yesterday (Easter Sunday) because I was looking to purchase a dining room table. I spoke with an associate by the name of Ralph (I believe that is his name). He stated he was going to place a dining room table on hold for me to pick up for today (04.18.22). He took all of my information and stated he would place my name on the item so that I could pick it up today. I entered the store about an hour ago only to be told the dining set is not even in stock. So what did he do when he went to check? I left work early to pick up a vehicle and return to the store only to be told there is nothing here with your name on it. I was upset because they guy informed me that he would be off today but someone else would be able to assist me. I arrived to the store only to have my time and money wasted. And needless to say no dining room set. I have never had such bad customer service with Big Lots.

This big lots seemed much bigger than previous visited stores! It was extremely neat And organized than ones ive visited elsewhere. Everything was easy to find and i always love the prices And options! The staff is quick to help me and patient as well!

Today was easy peasy. The store had minimal customers. My cashier was courteous and polite. The manager in duty was performing store duties but took out time to greet me.

Store is a mess. Prices are never right. I bought expired food. Barely any workers. And what workers are there are clearly unhappy. Manger outside smoking cigarettes. Unprofessional looking.

I usually dont get much here besides my regular house hold products. But I recently found some coffee that's prices decently and tastes great. I believe it's called Victor's. I'll be drinking that every morning from now on.

Has become one of my favorite shopping places. Great buys at great prices. Unfortunately stock doesn't change much from week to week. Still fun to visit just in case. Sales force friendly and helpful.

The store was clean. I went to buy a trash can with a locking lid and they did not have any in stock. I did purchase other items. The cashier was very nice, friendly and quick checking me out.

Super clean and well stocked. Wide variety of items from furniture to food at very reasonable prices. Very friendly helpful staff. Great snack food prices. Have been shopping at this store since it opened and recommend checking it out.This location is conveniently located in Lumberton Plaza, corner of Rt. 38 and Eayrestown Rd. clearly visible from a vehicle . Lots of free handicap friendly parking and store is also handicap friendly. Very clean handicap friendly, His and Hers restrooms are available.

Fine varied merchandise at Excellant prices. Staff is interested in both customer and products.Regular clearance sales are available. We shop here first before grocery shopping. Cheap prices on cereal, granola bars, juices, etc.

Wanted to buy a couch there a few months back. The employees were hard to find and all had to run somewhere else in the store. We sat to wait for someone and finally a woman came over to help us to answer our questions. She made it seem like we were idiots and not worth her time. At that point we just got up and left because it was clear our "money wasn't good enough" the way this woman spoke to us, it was strange.

This Big Lots is one of my favorites, but lately the shelves have been pretty empty...hope they get it stocked right again. Associates are a pleasure and are willing to help you find an item.

I thing prices could be better but I also do not come here often. Their bathroom was disgusting. It was terrible making my child use it because he had to take a poop. The need to clean this place up. Other than that of you look around you will find son deals.

Always get friendly staff here and always find a great deal. They seem to be changing management and have some new staff. Always see someone working and people always willing to gelp at check out. This is a main store I visit and love it here

What a place! Just bought a steel frame, box spring, and twin mattress for my spare room. All for $254.00, that was a bargin. Worth it to look around the store. A lot of nice furniture and other things for the house. The employees there are super nice and helpful.

I've never been to a Big Lots before. It is a strange mix of merchandise. Cheap furniture, food, toys, etc. I don't think I'd go there looking for something specific. Probably a good spot to come across something you weren't looking for.

GOD FORBID I TAKE TOO LONG LOOKING THROUGH THEIR UNORGANIZED MESS OF AN AISLE. I spent 20 minutes trying to find something and because of that management or whoever wants to be boss enough to walkie security on me thought I was stealing or whatever mentality she decided to have today. Now I know why Big Lots is the way it is. I'll spread the word like gospel to warm other people that if they want to shop there for one item to not take over 2 minutes per aisle. Disgusting behavior.
