I’ve had a couple bad experiences here. People working inside are friendly, but the guys on the machines outside are rude. Not everyone knows all the “rules” in of the property. I don’t think they understand how a customer wants to be treated. They lack the basic manners like please and thank you. We are spending our hard earned money at your business! Go anywhere but here.

As another distributor locally to Hoffman Supply I ran into a pinch. I unfortunately ran out of stock of an item that I had promised a customer by a certain time frame. I knew I was not able to get to the manufacturer in time and make the delivery. Mike and his office staff were extremely helpful. They allowed me to run down and grab what I needed to make sure our customer was satisfied. Its nice that we all can work in unity and thank you again for helping me fix my error.

I’ve used Hoffmann several times for rock delivery, pavers, and planting needs. They have an amazing selection of bulk material and a nice variety of plants on site. Even some aquatic plants and koi. Always very friendly and prices you can’t beat.

I am writing to say that the owner of Hoffman's Supply is very generous and kind in that he donated pond plants to our school's garden club without question. It is rare that people are willing to give back like this, especially in these times with inflation and all of that. We are very grateful and I know I will be back for my own gardening and hardware supply needs in the future. A big thank you from the kids in MacKinnon Middle School and Duffy Elementary School in Wharton!

He took his time to take me and my husband around to show us all different types of pavers and blocks. He also took it a step further and offered for us to take a few home to see how it would look before making our purchase. We already recommended them to friends and family!! The employees are extremely friendly and all of them are very nice. I had rented a chain saw from them yesterday and had some issues with it but sent out a guy to my job site where I was working and they came out and tryed to help meQuickly resolve the problem I was having with the rental saw. Then had to come back out and help me again today with it. Very nice folks at Hoffmans supply company. So I wanted to thank the two gentle men mike and Colby for coming out and helping me with trying to fix the saw for me!!!! Very happy for the support and help that these two gentle man have given me with trying to fix the saw to help me get the job done. Thanks again guys for helping me out! I would deffinatly recommend them to any one for any kind of rentals and such. Very satisfied customer and will deffinatly be using you guys again for all my rental needs. Truly the best buisness ever! Keep up the good work guys :)
