Purchased a Pit Boss Navigator 850 smoker. Lucy was fantastic in helping me place the order, kept constant contact throughout the process, free assembly and free delivery plus a 3 percent sales tax made this a absolute win! She even helped me research the proper grill cover that i would need and Jared the delivery pro was a pleasure and extremely helpful. All of these points are reasons that I will absolutely continue to do business with Sips Ace in the future. This is a level of customer service that you will never get from the big box stores. I purchased a Weber grill from Sip’s and what an A** experience. Lucy provided frequent updates on when the grill would be assembled and delivered. On the day of the delivery, I received a phone call from Jarrett, who was delivering the grill, as to when he would arrive. Jarrett arrived in an Ace Hardware van and even was wearing an Ace Hardware name tag. I could see that my grill was neatly secured in the van and that someone had taken great care to make sure it was not damaged in transit. Jarrett placed my grill on my deck and then spent time explaining the features of the grill to me. He was so friendly and informative. What a great asset he is to this store… I will definitely be shopping here again. Phenomenal customer service…

They are friendly and knowledgeable. They have everything you need, except for lumber stuff. Lawn mowers, grills, Yeti stuff, outdoor chairs. They are a Benjamin Moore distributor as well as some other decorative paints. They have a great wallpaper department with BOOKS to look at like the olden days! You can even order samples.

Even though what I bought was more expensive then the other big box stores it was a PLEASURE to shop at Ace. The store was clean. The shelves were organized and full. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff helped me to the car and loaded my items. So not like HD. This is my new store. Thank you for being so kind.

I really like the convenience of this local store, but unfortunately the items they carry are significantly higher in price then the big box stores, each a little over 1 mile up the highway. I don’t mind spending a little bit more to support a local business, unfortunately when the item I wanted today was almost double the price as the big box store, and they would not price match upon my inquiring, I had no choice but to go to the other store. They should rethink their price match policy, it may incentive more people to spend their money there.

It is always a pleasure to purchase anything, from A to Z, you could possibly need in the way of hardware, paint, yardware, home and bbq accessories, to name only a few. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their return/exchange policy is generous. Example: One year ago I purchased 2, 100ft metal garden hoses, hoping never to have to buy another hose. A month ago one of the hoses sprang a leak, which surprised the beck out of me. I returned to ACE and explained my problem. After one of the staff checked with the store manager, ACE exchanged the leaky hose for a new one. :-) Could not ask for a better resolution. Shop at ACE Long Branch!!!

This place should receive nothing but 5 stars. Every associate is extremely helpful in and if they don’t have an answer they will get one for you. They always go out of their way to help and that speaks volumes when you’re talking about a small store that has the likes of Home Depot and Lowe’s five minutes further up the road. I’ve found products at Sips when other stores are completely out. It’s as if the store is a secret. I love that they are about three minutes away from me I can always count on them to provide not only great products but outstanding customer service and quite honestly the customer service is what keeps me going back.

Recently, there was a slight issue with a tool I purchased from ACE in Long Branch. Jodi was great in accurately relaying the situation to the store manager Art D’Armiento. Art called me back right away and a new replacement tool was delivered to my home. Art and Jodi showed they truly care about their customers and this store has this customer for life!

It was 3:50 and the store is clearly posted that it closes at 4. I needed 3 bolts, 3 simple bolts and I was turned away. Curbside pickup doesn’t help, when I need to match nuts, bolts and washers for a size I’m uncertain of. You’re a hardware store!It was an emergency, I needed to add an additional cleat for my boat on a day that had high winds. I was in fear that Wind could damage my boat. Whomever was at the door was quick to say that they reopened at 7am.This store has small inventory but is a lot closer than other hardware stores. They rarely have everything I need but I know they did in this case. so now I have to go stand in line with 30 people at Home Depot in order to resolve a problem that could have been avoided if I was given better customer service. I will not give these people another dollar of mine during this pandemic. I’m royally upset with them.

I went there several weeks ago to get a lawn mower. The store itself has everything I really need for the backyard and garden and the service was excellent. Friendly staff who helped me load my already set-up lawnmower into the car. After that was done, next door is a coffee shop for a nice iced coffee if you desire.

You don't know or can't imaging how good this store is. At first you see it looks so small but they always have what you need. Every time i go there i feel that satisfaction that someone is gonna help me fix my situation every time i go there never leave disappointed they do great job. 👍

Sip's is a great alternative to Home Depot or Lowe's for hardware needs. The employees are friendly and greet you when entering and ask if you need help instead of ducking around the corner. It's a great experience every time I go there.

Sipersteins had been there, but they recently partnered with Ace. It's a smaller, neighborhood hardware store, so much easier then the big Orange depot if you need a few small quick things. Also, the people were very friendly and helpful. Hopefully that lasts past the opening weeks :) that's the main selling point of this place. Excellent staff.

This store is a good old fashioned hardware store. The help is excellent especially for those of us who are clueless. They genuinely want to help. I am finding that this is where I need to go more and more. I can't compare prices but the service is worth more to me.

I picked up some brushes, rollers paint trays, & artisan brushes. They sell Yeti coolers, mugs, & insulated bags cups. They have a nice selection of barbecue grills if your interested in that stuff. And yes they do sell paint. The people are polite and very helpful. If that's not enough there's a Rook coffee next door. Icing on the cake, worth a look
