I’ve been coming here for a few years now and never have anything bad to say! The grooming salon is full of amazing staff who are always so friendly! They actually smile and greet you nicely unlike many other places!Suzy takes care of my babies and she does an amazing job! She is so friendly and welcoming and actually listens to what I want done on my pups. She treats them and myself like family and for that I couldn’t be anymore grateful! Even for the holidays she had given us a little card with Polaroids of our babies dressed up with bow ties, it was the cutest thing! I would recommend Petsmart and Suzy to anyone who needs an amazing groomer!

Great store with knowledgeable staff. We always bring our dogs to get groomed here and they do a fantastic job. Also download the app, it's very useful and you get rewards and different things like that. I personally don't have any fish but they have a huge fish selection (both freshwater and saltwater). And they also have in store clearance deals that are phenomenal. One stop for all your pets' needs

While I like the selection of items they have in stock, the grooming department leaves much to be desired. I went into great detail explaining about my dog's grooming needs (a bath and buzz cut, not a breed specific cut) and how he'd not be able to stand for the appointment and so whether the harnesses were used as in the self dog wash were used or it was done a different way be aware. This is all understood until today when the dog is brought in real need of being groomed and he's turned away for being 'handicapped.' So, a groomer doesn't handle a very docile dog who has trouble standing, and more so as grooming can get him a bit anxious, but sets up an appointment for 10 days later anyway to turn down the appointment and say a vet should handle it. Get real! This is him 4 days before the appointment. Trouble standing after doing a bit of walking. Common issue for many older dogs so not seeing how any grooming business doesn't handle this scenario. The best part is I got an opening soon in a highly reputable place 3 minutes drive away, and who were very happy to take him on, and responded in a way that they understood exactly what I was saying and not just writing down an appointment.

We board our dog Bella here quite frequently when we spend the day boating or spend the night at the shore. The staff are so friendly and spend a lot of attention and really get to know the dogs and their personalities. I highly recommend it. Very convenient and good prices. We even get updates and pictures!

I go here for my cats food and it is usually cheaper and they have a better selection than my local grocery store. Prices have gone up though, like everywhere else, and it's not much cheaper than ShopRite anymore. I do still like their selection, however.

The staff in the grooming salon are amazing. I have rescue dogs who tend to be shy. The staff always makes them feel comfortable and they always have their tails wagging.The dogs always look amazing when I pick them up. Sam and Lily are awesome, highly recommend. They make sure your dogs are safe and well taken care of while they get groomed.

I want to give great thanks to Kayla, Courtney and the others I did not meet. Who took great care of our little doggy Raven. She came out of there happy and that makes us comfortable to leave her there again. We also left a towel for our dog to have during our stay and when they handed our items back they had mentioned they washed the towel. This was her second stay there. Thank you to all! 😁

I take my dog to get groomed by Kim. She is kind and does a wonderful job with Felix who is blind and almost deaf. This is a great place to take your pet for grooming. Kim is great!

Our Pepper, 4-month goldendoodle, stayed at the Petsmart Hotel for 7 nights. It was hard to find a place that accepted pups who were not spayed yet and didn't cost an arm & leg. And there wasnt any extra costs for necessary care such as unlimited walks and doggie daycare. It was an easy process to book her stay. The staff was fantastic everytime I called to check up. They were okay with her puppy quirks such as not being fully potty-trained and nipping. Pepper lost 2 baby teeth while there and they gave them to us in a baggy. And she was exhausted when we picked her up! Now to check out their doggy care for during the week!! We were so nervous having to board her at such a young age but she was in great shape (def a few pounds heavier) when we picked her up. I totally recommend this place for boarding. We paid extra for her to be groomed the day we picked her up, but they do include a wash at the hotel. Since she is a doodle, I felt like she needed a deeper wash and trim after 7 nights.

All of the staff has always been friendly but the Hotel staff has been amazing every time we have brought our dogs there. Although our visits have been few and far in between, they always remember us and give great feedback after each stay. We always feel comfortable leaving our little guys there!

The pet hotel staff is extremely friendly! If you ever have to go away or want your dog in a doggy daycare I highly recommend boarding them here! Maura was absolutely fantastic and so helpful and really takes so much time in providing and ensuring all the dogs are being cared for with the utmost love. I was so impressed with my visit that I will be calling corporate to let them know about the staff and their wonderful demeanor!

Love West Long Branch pet smart. Staff is great! Alyssa is the best dog groomer, especially for pets that need extra care. She has been grooming my babies for a few years. The pet hotel staff is great, very accommodating with any special request that will make your pet more comfortable while they're staying there. I would definitely use them again if I am going away and can't take my dog with me.

I've always had a great experience at this store. Emily is an awesome dog trainer and has done amazing things with her students. All of the employees are very helpful and friendly. Most of them will remember you after a few times of you shopping.The selection for pet supplies is overall very good, especially for dogs, cats, fish, and birds. For small pets and reptiles, the basic necessities are definitely available, but enrichment products can sometimes be hard to come by.The grooming section is wonderful. They are very kind and do a great job of trimming my dogs' nails.

So I went in today after a busy morning at work with patients, and the previous night my cat was throwing up and having issues going to the bathroom. He also seemed to be extremely uncomfortable which really worried me I still am worried, but after going to PetSmart and speaking with Holly, I left feeling so much better. I have a vet appointment scheduled, but in the meantime she spend time and was informative and help me pick out items that put my mind at ease and hopefully will only help my cat , Bam. she really went over and beyond and it was hugely appreciated.

Good selection of fish and small pets. Have not used grooming service. Lots of selection of pet accessories and the register will usually automatically adjust to online price without having to show each item for an adjustment.

I love our dog groomer Lizette in long branch, she is very caring and cleans my dog Lucy very well, it can be a challenge because I have a big dog( great pyrenes) and double coat fur, i know that she does great job because every time we bring my dog there, she welcomes her and Lucy wags her tail and happy expression on her face. The place is clean and overall staff is very friendly and accomodating.❤️❤️❤️

Went in to buy a Canary male. They told me they only carry male birds, no females. I observed some of the other bird types had eggs in the nests. When I asked why is there eggs in the nest, when there are only "male" birds? I was told that it was non fertile eggs. So I said okay, so you do have female birds. They replied no our birds are only male. I said "so where did the eggs come from"? Employee replied "I don't know, its non fertile eggs". And that they are told to say all birds are male birds.

I had an extremely poor experience at this location. I brought my 4 month old large breed pup for his first grooming. He was hesitant walking into the new setting but none the less very well behaved. The groomer who I was scheduled with barely greeted me or my dog and then proceeded to put an additional leash on him and drag him back until the point he was coughing/gagging. I was ready to walk out at this point. she then insisted that I would be called when he was done being groomed, despite the fact there is a very clear waiting area available for people to wait. it was clear she didn’t want to have to deal with audience. I hope that nothing else happened but from these few actions I will never be bringing my dog back.Additionally I paid for a package which included a sanitary trim- which was not done. He also was not even fully dried and I also paid for a package for a bandana which was not given to him. I am so disappointed with this experience and I will never put him in this position again. Horrible.

Love the day care and love the grooming!! This is the 2nd time Lissett has groomed my Mini Golden Doodle who is 6 months old. She literally makes her look like a teddy bear !! She does this Chi hair treatment on her which keeps her hair super soft for weeks and her nails, teeth belly....everything...perfect!The day care is wonderful. I’m a business owner so their hours start at 9am. They have early drop off and late pick up and the staff has grown to just love my puppy. I’m so thankful!My puppy gets to get her little puppy energy out, she gets groomed, she’s learning how to interact with other animals and people AND the cost is within reason, in my opinion.Great job to the staff at Pet Smart on Hwy 36 in West Long Branch...I will not go anywhere else with Lola!

I paid for a bath and brush and they did a terrible job. Have to take her to Petco for a proper bath and brush now instead.They didn't even brush the dog at all.
