Absolute the worst pharmacy I ever been to. Constantly making mistakes. Complete apathy. Had multiple conversations with Sonia the manager she assured me each time that they will be more diligent. But the truth is she is completely apathetic. Went to the nearby Walgreens and the service is night and day. An absolute breathe of fresh air after dealing with CVS and Sonia

Absolute embarrassment of an establishment. The staff is rude and extremely short with their customers. I was stuck in the drive through for over twenty minutes just to get a prescription that had been ready for days. Keep in mind I got there right when they opened and was the second car in line. Multiple cars left in this duration, clearly fed up with the wait. When the woman came to the window she needed me to repeat my name, birthday and other information three separate times. I offered to give her my license since she clearly couldn't spell and it would make it easier and she refused, making me wait longer. Absolutely ridiculous, rude as hell and has no business running the window. Don't go here. It's a waste of your damn time.

On 8/19/23 I purchased two sand toys totalling $21.67, on my way to the beach at Long Branch Beach. When the kids started to unpack the toys we noticed that the shovel was broken and the pail's handle was also broken. Since we had already settled by the beach and we had two sets of toys; I told the girls to share one and we would return the broken set on the way home. The girls were okay with my suggestion and played nicely all afternoon. On the way home I stopped at the CVS to exchanged the broken toy. Well the manager on duty stated that it was their policy not to accept returns. I explained that while I understood the policy the toys was broken. I could not very well have returned immediately; I had paid $20.00 parking and walked a quarter mile to the Shore with two young children The manager on duty refused to exchanged the toy, in other words too bad for you lady. She then threaten to call the Police. She absolutely didnot want to hear my point of view. As a loyal customer of CVS for more that 40 years I find this handling of the situation unacceptable. Even the customer behind me stated that outrageous. CVS needs to amend their policy to accept returns that were damaged or malfunctioning. And promote managers that can intelligently and respectfully handle situations and not threaten customers with calling the Police. I had two sleeping children in the car and had to leave.

Unfortunately even before the pandemic the store was understaffed and unstocked. I've never been to a pharmacy that was out of almost every single feminine hygiene product conveniently every time I need to replenish!!!! There are a couple of employees I have encountered that are friendly and helpful but a large majority just look miserable and are passive. I just witnessed the manager yell at a clerk in front of us customers and I really felt for him. Wait to "educate" your employee when customers are gone. I used the word in quotations because that's what she told the woman she was ringing what she was doing because even that woman said it was unnecessary to yell at him.

I’ve noticed lately, since I’ve been going in there, maybe once or twice a week. The associates are very nice and approach you more than they ever have before. Very nice.

Fastest pick up time I’ve ever seen. Joseph did a great job at the counter. I was able to get my prescription within less than a minute time. Highly recommend

This location offers drive up Covid Testing. Quick drive from my work. However, a 10 minute at the window before I was assisted. Which I found annoying since I had a scheduled appointment. I’ve had covid test at other CVS locations and never had to wait. Also, the technician did not give as thorough directions as I’ve had in the past. The drop box is also not secure and being held together by packaging tape. Hopefully, my specimen does not get lost.

horrible experience here. went to get vaccinated today and the woman at the check in was extremely rude and curt with me. i was the only person there to get vaccinated and for some reason she told me it would be a 20 minute wait. both times i went up to talk to her, first to check in and then to see how long it would be, she cut me off and gave me attitude. not going back there, im going to schedule my vaccine somewhere else.

This store is filthy . Who would ever go there for a flu shot when the outside of the store hasn't been cleaned in a month at least. There is garbage that has been there a while all over. The ramp entrance also needed to be swept. The manager does not reflect any pride in your store. I will not go back there .

The employees at this CVS are always very helpful and nice. They always greet you with a smile. The store is always clean and I can always find what I need.

I just left this location embarrassed and furious I don't even want to step foot back in here. been coming here since they opened. Used to be the nicest workers, always asking if you need help. Lately not so much. But today was the worst. I had 2 coupons an $8 one and 30% one. I get my 3 items and wait at the register as no one is there. Even though theres a manager stocking near by, skinny white redish hair. A young Asian? Kid finally comes up and i give my phone number for my cvs card and he says it's not an account. It clearly is because i have 2 coupons and come here twice a month. The manager says try my email. Same thing says no account. So I pull up my email and show him that 3 days ago on May 3rd I JUST got the 30%one sent to me. Manager says must be the systems down nothing he can do. No way to override and accommodate the customer?! Let me walk out without my items and so angry. Terrible customer service. Pushing away a loyal local customer and losing a sale. Now I have to go out of my way to get the medicine I need. And I have to switch pharmacies in order to not go back here. So disappointed and upset. After a 13 hour work day not what I needed!

I shop there about once a week to get my medicine and other essentials and i was in the hair section when i heard employees talking about how terribly they’re treated by the managers !! Now i saw who the employees are and i love those three !! Theyre kind and sweet! And one of them always helps me with my coupons hes such a doll 😿 ! Im Outraged ! What Sweet Kids, Please offer me the cooperation number the employees there deserve better treatment! Not to mention there always out of stock of a product the mangers swear will be back new week. Just horrible.1/5 stars!

Bad staff!! I received a text message telling me that my order is ready to pick up but I bought nothing recently, so I called them to check if something wrong with the person who ordered products using my phone number. At the end of the call, I asked that staff to modify the phone number, very gently and patiently. Then she replied me in a very inpatient voice said “I will change it ok??” then hang up!!! What??? I just want to recommend you to inform that true person who ordered something using my phone number, how can you treat me so inpatient!

I have no problem with the store associates or managers, but the pharmacy is a different story. They can be rude, impatient, and could care less. I was on hold for over an hr trying to fill prescriptions and kept getting hung up on. There was another incident I had with the pharmacy and I had to call a store manager to override it. It’s just ridiculous and most of them don’t care to help outside of handing you a receipt.

Horrible wait in drive thru to pick up my prescription. When I tell you I waited stuck in the for almost an hour. A single car held the whole line up doing a covid test. Are you kidding me!!!!! It clearly states prescription drop off and pick up. How horrible for CVS to think that the drive thru is a good place to do covid testing. Once it was finally my turn at the window they couldn't find my prescription that they sent me a text was ready for pickup.

I'm sorry to say...This pharmacy is so involved with I can't imagine what.Whoever is in charge of taking care of pharmacy customers is too busy to wait on one. There is something going on here......I waited 15 minutes after explaining who I was and what I needed... they look at me and say ..... i'll be right with you. .Worker's are not informed and mostly don't know what to do.Asking for my item for weeks......they don't follow up,Instead they tell me they are out of stock, it's on orderand will be in tomorrow, only the test strips covered by insuranceare never available.Now I find out that the test strips could be available at any other CVSbecause they didn't check other stores. Years of retail experience says the customer is more important than anything, at this rate this stores days are numbered. I will transfer my business elsewhere at MY earliest convenience.

The online and maps says they are open until 11pm. It's a big lie. The manager eventhough it was 10:05 pm said he wouldn't let me in, claiming they close at 10pm. I showed him there schedule he said go freak yourself. Not professional at all. I think cvs should go freak itself and all its managers. Total scumbag company. I'll never shop there again...

If there was an option to give no stars I would. I have been filling my prescriptions here for about 6-7 months now. Mind you it’s prescriptions that I need to take on a daily basis and can’t really miss a dose. (Accutane and Birth control to be exact) every time I leave my dermatologist I call them before I even leave the parking lot to see if they have the Accutane in stock because they never do, and to order it so i don’t have to be without, and I stay within my 7 day iPledge window. ( its a company you create an account with and get approved to take the medication & you must follow strict rules especially as a female as there are precautions you have to take to avoid pregnancy for example blood work to check lipid levels, pregnancy test.. etc. must be on birth control etc.) if you don’t fill your prescription within 7 days, you have to redo blood work to make sure there is not a positive pregnancy. Well, I always get my dermatologist appts and lab work done on time and make sure I pick up my medication within the 7 day window. This week, they called me 4 separate occasions saying they have my medication, they don’t have it, it got discontinued, we got a generic each day a different reason. Because of them, my 7 day window expired and now I have to pay to get more blood work done, and see my dermatologist for the second time in less than 2 weeks. Now, I will be without medication until the new blood work results come back and my doctor resends over the prescription. Needless to say, I’m highly disappointed and angry that I have to redo all these things when I am a full time business owner don’t have the time, etc. Plus, too much blood being taken for my liking and it’s all because they couldn’t get it right when the pharmacist PROMISED me i would have it within my 7 day window and wouldn’t be without medication. I’m taking it everyday as I should, and if some of you may know Accutane is a serious serious drug with side effects you would not imagine. So now, I have to be without and extend my time of taking it. I will no longer be filling any prescriptions with CVS on Broadway. Very unprofessional, & poor nasty attitudes. Not a way to keep a paying customer- who’s been loyal for months.

George the pharmacist is an idiot. You ought to go back to school and take math class over again George. I went there with a prescription for 65 pills, George said he can only give me 60, when I asked why he said it's because it's a narcotic and it only adds up to 60 per month. I'm on dialysis and have to take five pills three days a week. 3 before dialysis and 2 in the middle....That equals 15 pills a week. There's 4.3 weeks in a month which adds up to 64.5 pills. I've been at CVS customer for 25 years and I'm done with them because this moron can't do math. He's been filling this since i started dialysis and busted my balls last month..... i let it go... this month im not letting it go....Im sick of dealing with MORONS wherever i go! Love Paul Bruno

This pharmacy service is really really bad they say to.me that our insurance is not working when i go to other pharmacy to k-mart pharmacy they give me our medicine right away on some insurance card no then 10 min ... at cvs pharmacy make wait on the store more then in one hour then the pharmacy nurse told me oh sorry your insurance card is not active you have to pay paid $26.38 cash !!!!! Is that happened to me 3 times at some pharmacy service ... thats worried pharmacy for serious really bad customer services 😡😡😡

Never once has your location come up for covid vaccine But yet you always have it and you make people call the morning of to set an appointment for that day. Terrible customer service!

Pharmacy is absolutely horrible. They are rude to me every time I go in there and they give false information. I don't need to go into detail, because I actually had the EXACT same experience that a reviewer by the name of Mary Gaudian posted a year ago. So nothing has changed.

Pharmacy staff very helpful ,store is very nice.Only negative is a young pharmacy tech by the name of Nick.He is definitely not representing cvs properly. I had just began using this pharmacy instead of Rite Aid because of Rite Aids location.I believe I will return to Rite Aid.

I have never once in my life been mistreated for asking about my child’s medicine, yet at CVS I was rudely told to “learn english” OHHHH I’m sorry I didn’t know I needed to be fluent in 3 languages in order to pick up my damn medicine!!! SHAME ON YOUR PHARMACY STAFF ONE LADY IN SPECIFIC THAT I WILL GLADLY SPEAK TO HER SUPERVISOR ABOUT!
