Terrible product, even worse customer service. Washed the PJs per instructions and they shrank 6 inches. Because you're not supposed to put them in the dryer, they are also incredibly scratchy and uncomfortable. Called customer service twice within two weeks of receiving the product and was not able to get through due to the holiday rush. Finally got in touch with them in January and they refused to allow me to return them because I had exceeded the return window by a few days.

I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received my products. It was placed during the Christmas preorder sale and before the deadline for holiday shipping. Today is Dec 22 so they obviously won’t be arriving in time for Christmas. Very disappointed!!!

Fabdog is a wonderful company with great products, and THE BEST customer service! Lillie and Ginger (pictured with two of their Fabdog toys) and I highly recommend Fabdog!!
