Took a few tries to finally come up with a really good groomer for our Pomapoo. This place is the best. We are never worried about leaving our dog in their hands for a few hours. Everyone that works there is pleasant, friendly, and knows how to handle dogs and make them feel comfortable. Prices are similar to everyone else. So why not go to the best in the business. Feel very fortunate to have a groomer of such high quality in this area.

This place says they do cat grooming but does not know how to handle it. I had to call twice over the course of a week to make an appt and best they can do is April and then they have the nerve to ask for a $25 deposit. Wow.

Dana, the owner has helped me beyond belief. She is very educated with dog nutrition. She is very friendly and always there when I have a question. Her staff Talena, and everybody that works there are excellent. Even though a little far for me, I would not go anywhere else. I recommend this store 100% .

I was just recently introduced to the dog spaw and OMG…how did I not know about this place sooner! The owner, Dana, is a true dog nutrition expert and in one week my dog has gotten healthier! He was losing weight and had horrible stomach issues and I can already see the difference. Plus the grooming is top notch, clean and a fabulous experience for pets! The dog spaw has been a truly wonderful experience and I would highly encourage pet parents who love their dogs to visit their shop! You won’t be disappointed!

Brought my cat into get a bath and to be brushed out. They did not take him until almost 30 min after his scheduled appointment, when they returned him they said there were too many dogs barking so they did not give him a proper bath, only sprayed him with dry shampoo. When I checked him he was virtually the exact same and still shedding a ton. Spending $80 for them to spray my cat with dry shampoo does not seem very fair or ethical besides that all the workers were very nice which is why I'm not giving 0 stars. Cat was ferny Santana

Renee is amazing! I have two rescue dogs who both are anxious about grooming, she made them feel comfortable and welcomed. My spaniel mix looks amazing and is ready for all our summer plans with his hair cut. My pitty mix looks great too! Highly recommend for rescue pups, I am very pleased with how the dogs look but more importantly how they were treated by staff.

My dog absolutely loves going here and seeing Jen. He’s got such separation issues right now, yet when we get to the parking lot he BOLTS inside and couldn’t care less about me once he’s in. It’s a great relief to know he’s happy there, and that I trust the people I leave him with. He always comes out looking amazing, and I’m always happy with my experience. I’d recommend them to anyone. When the appointment is actually kept, they do good work. My dogs grooming appointment was made over 3 months ago. It has been canceled 4 times. The 4th time it was canceled was less than 3 hours prior to my dogs appointment. I wish they were more reliable. Too many cancellations for me to continue trying. Very frustrating and disappointing.

It's the only place I've ever been able to take my dog for grooming because of her behavior issues. But they are so kind and patient with her. I also drive 30 min to get her food here instead of the pet store around the corner from me because their prices are that good.The owner is so knowledgeable about pet health and nutrition and took the time when I first went there years ago to talk with me about it. As a health nut I appreciated that so much.They carry all the highest quality products.

Waited on hold for 4 mins. to inquire about scheduling an appointment for my dog. Once I told them the type of dog I owned I was told they are not accepting new clients. I’m very confused on why they would ask about the type of dog if they are not taking new clients. Also not sure how they would just assume I am not an existing client. We could have probably started the conversation off with we are not taking new clients! Or how about have we groomed your pet before?

Super awesome, very helpful.We came in looking for some new food, treats and natural flea and tick medicine. Teresa was really helpful and had suggestions for all of our needs. We walked out with a big bag of healthy options for our dog and will certainly be back for more. Thanks so much!
