Jeff and Peggy were incredibly kind, gentle, caring, and attentive to our dog, Bailey. They consistently took great care of her and provided excellent grooming that left Bailey looking great and smelling clean afterward.

We have been coming here for almost 1 year. Peggy and her whole staff is amazing. We use Jessica who is an amazing groomer. She grooms exactly as asked. My Cesar has a history of abuse so he needs alot of attention and patience and Jess and this whole place has him calm and relaxed without any supplements. He comes back happy, confident, smelling and looking amazing. This will always be my forever go to groomers. I have not used the boarding, yet, but if the grooming is this amazing I'm sure the boarding is just as good as the 5 star rating it so deserves.

This is the first time I’ve ever owned a long haired cat, so I didn’t know what to do to get her groomed. Pet Spa took such great care of my grumpy grandma Marie. When I first picked her up I really didn’t know what to think of the cut since I’ve only known her with long hair (she got a lion cut) but it’s grown out to be the cutest cut ever. Marie was prancing around my apartment knowing she looks cute. The staff is super friendly and when it’s is time to get her fur cut again I will definitely be going back to Pet Spa!

I’ve never been treated so rudely by such an establishment. I felt already judged before I entered the facility. I made an appointment and was on time. I was told by the rude gentleman behind the counter. That he would not see my dog today. No explanation was given. And when I asked why, he scuffed at me. And told me to leave. I couldn’t believe what was happening. I was rushed out. And mind you it was early morning. And was on time for my scheduled appointment. I should’ve known. All that was missing was the owner telling me “we don’t serve your kind”. I’m glad I left, because the smell inside was mirrored from the owners negative vibe. Save your money and dignity and go somewhere else. Where you and your pet will be treated with respect. Zero stars. I wish I could give this place negative zero stars.

Very nice service. My dog looked and smelled beautiful. They trimmed him perfectly to what I asked for. They are very sweet and have a very good price. I will definitely be back for monthly grooming. I'm happy to support a local business like this. Thank you!

I've been taking my dogs here for years, they always come out of there super happy and looking great. I moved about 30 minutes away but I refuse to take my pups anywhere else. I'd rather drive back to little ferry than take them to another groomer. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!

The owner Peggy is a Godsend. Very good attitude and was great with my cat Maximus who had a very matted coat/fur which she fixed in 30 minutes. She charged a very reasonable $55 while Vets wanted $250/$500 cuz they said the cat needed sedation for the groom. Peggy knew how to handle him even tho he put up a fight. Max looks like a $1,000,000 right now thanks to Peg. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Max is the cat in my profile pic. My buddy of 10yrs now.

I left my neo mastiff for three days two nights while taking a short trip to Boston. When I returned my dog was so sick! Coughing and not her happy self. I took her to the vet Asap and he told me she had a serious case of kennel cough. I called to let the kennel know and all they said was thank you for letting me know!So sad, don't let your dog board here.
