The parking lot was full but luckily somebody pulled out right in front of me, and this was on a weekday afternoon. The store is huge so I was able to find everything I needed in one place. I love the bakery and it smells so good! The attached liquor store, "Wines & Spirits" is super convenient. Overall I have had good shopping experiences here.

Disaster, I’ve seen more organized operations in 3rd world countries. The customers are careless scum that park in fire zones and leaving shopping carts everywhere. This place prints money, maybe hire some cops to police the lot. Count the parking violations in my photo. You people are what’s wrong with this country

Little Falls ShopRite is a nice store to shop at however, when it comes to check out, they do everything they can to deter the customer from using self check out. I guess they’re afraid that they will have to cut down hours if people use the self check out. They would rather waste the time and make them wait long lines when the Self check out typically pretty empty. In the event, you are using the self check out and go over 30 items. You need to get approval from the most surly Employees, those two are always assigned to the self checkout line. I happen to go over 30 when I was buying bags and they made me feel so bad. I told them forget the bags I would rather just carry the groceries myself. If you decide to shop here, make sure you have plenty of time to check out because you’re going to end up waiting even at 7am!!

The fat caucasian boy is racist At self check out. When I shopped there a while ago I spent over $200 on groceries and he suspected that I stole a body wash. Why would I spend so much just to steal a body wash? The security asked for my recipe I asked him why. He got angry with me and called the manager. The manager named bob was very rude and nasty. After showing my receipt they let me go but didn’t even apologized for the nasty behavior. Last week I bought two pickles bottle it cost about $5 the same boy was watching me ring it up then asked for my receipt. At this point it feels like his harassing me. He doesn’t check nobody else’s receipts but mine. I understand if I was doing something suspicious but he was literally watching me scan my two items.

I have been shopping at the SR Little Falls for over 50 years and have ordered from the catering department many times. Today’s experience was exceptional. Thank you Michelle!!!! You made the process so pleasant: from when I first called to see what was available to today’s final step. You were patient, knowledgeable and courteous and guided me to making all the right choices. Overseeing my order today left me so surprised, everything was perfect, the timing, presentation and cooperation from the staff but Michelle, you went beyond my expectations. Thank you so much. As much as I love this ShopRite their bakery is completely trash. All they know how to make is thier own cakes that they sell, but when it comes to custom cake orders they can’t do anything. I ordered two custom cakes from them and both of them were not what I asked for. I even gave them pictures of exactly what I wanted. They don’t know how to make colors or even pipe properly. They can’t even make the cakes smooth. There were still so many marks on the cake and didn’t even bother to hide it with other piped frosting. With the first cake I ordered a couple of months ago they called me the day before and told me they had nothing of what I wanted. For the second cake they didn’t do anything like what I showed them and it was the most simplest cake ever. I ended up redecorating the cake once I got home. I definitely don’t recommend getting custom cakes. Stick to the ones they already sell.

Prob the worst ShopRite EVERIssue 1: The parking lot. Forget parking up close. You have to park far away and the old people love to park in the emergency spotsIssue 2: This needs to address right away. The self check out line ladies. Aka the prisoner guards that make you feel uncomfortable (the lady with the glasses with the short salt and pepper hair) I had to use two credit cards, she sent her friend to see what the other item I didn’t scan which was a cake (that I was going to put on another card)The friend did a circle and went to my carriage and stared at my cake. I told her to relax and it’s a birthday cake. She said “I see that” Granted I was the only person in the self check out. I’m so sick of coming here and having to deal with the crazy guards. The prices are also out of control. I’d rather go to ShopRite in Wayne or Aldi. The guards at the self check out in Target are nicer than these ladies. Never again

I love the food at this local ShopRite I have been coming to for 25 yearsBut the cashiers they hire here are not good , the younger ones won’t bag your groceries unlesss you ask them too .there’s two lady’s in there 60s try to rush you out of there. No type of respect at all , they keep saying there hot a waving there self , while it’s December . The rudest cashiers I have ever dealt with . I understand why they still a cashier at this age

Never have Perdue chicken packages when on sale. When you ask, the person in meat department he gets nasty and said "only bowl n basket" is that necessary? Other than that which is a constant, store is great.

Greeted well by the friendly security at the entrance. They were helpful to help me and guide me to the restroom. The location is right off the highway and the store is big. I liked that the fish department offers to dry the seafood you purchased. The store is well kept and an extremely busy one.

Awesome food market.Clean, clean, clean!Cashiers, and baggers!!!!Although, they do have option for self checkout.Use the SR app and never more than an hr to do a weeks shopping, checkout and bagged on my way to the car!Digital coupon savings are always clearly marked for consumers.Organized store, wide aisles and plenty of employees about ready to assist.They also sell alcohol in the market so it's a one stop shopping especially doing a holiday or party trip.

IF YOU WANT YOUR SERVICE PET TO BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE STORE AND SIT THEM IN YOUR CAR WHILE YOU SHOP THIS IS THE SHOPRITE FOR YOU !!! First off i dislike this location the parking is HORRIBLE , the employees are rude & they hoover over you at self check out as if you’re going to steal when they can just check us out themselves if that is their logic. I only stopped at this location because it was on my way to my destination First off there are NO SIGNS stating their pet policy. I see a group of 2 women whispering and looking at me and then one walks over and states pets are not allowed in the store and that i should leave. She said you can put him in the car and return for your items ? You want me to leave a dog in the car ? Isnt that ILLEGAL ? My store of choice is Rochelle Park this location is TRASH !!!!!!!!!!!

I will start by saying this Shopright is so bad I miss Fairway, and I can't wait to see how this store competes against Amazon fresh when they open. Unfortunately, this ShopRite is the closest grocery store to me, and I have never had a good thing to say about it. The produce is never the freshest. The last time I came, they had no lettuce, they almost never have gold potatoes other than a 5 lb bag, and today, they were just totally out of garlic. If you come during the week expect the shelves to be almost cleared because they are incapable of stocking common items. I am currently waiting on the cold cuts line which is always completely full, and the staff is slow, slow enough for me to write this short novel of a review. Expect to wait at least 20 min and don't get anything frozen before trying, or it will be thawed by the time you get home (ask me how I know). Bottom line, I can't wait to pay more elsewhere just so I don't have to deal with this food store.

My husband usually does the shopping & we spend probably about $300 a week for our family of 5 for the past 8 years here. Yesterday, I had to make a run for diapers, baby wipes, & a couple other items. While in line, the woman behind me started chatting & i completely forgot I had the diapers on the bottom of the cart. I have never been treated with such disrespect from a cashier!! If the angry old woman of a cashier would have just let me know, I wouldn’t have been so taken off guard. She was so rude! Meanwhile, I had about $70 worth of items & a $100 bill! I had my 3 year old & 18 month with me so I was distracted. Obviously, I got my big red paid sticker at the end of it all, but I left feeling like I was made to feel like I was trying to rob the store! She made me feel like I was trying to be a thief! I have never stolen a thing in my entire life! Thats probably more than I can say for the cashier who looked like she probably held up a few convenience stores in her younger days! I wish another grocer would open a store in this area!

Maybe the 5th time I ordered home delivery. Each delivery person was wonderful and I don't know the gentleman who delivered yesterday but was even more wonderful. Please make sure to tip well if you can because they are doing a task most that are able like me just sometimes don't feel like doing. Kudos to ShopRite delivery team. update. Once again I have been getting deliveries on occasion and the delivery personnel have yet to disappoint. All are so nice and kind. Again take care of them. Their job isn't easy lugging people groceries from place to place

Only this location and Rochelle Park are great examples of what a ShopRite should be for its customers! Love this location with almost every single register opened and never any lines! I almost want to keep it a secret! Cheers!

This is the nest Shoprite of them all. It has the largest selection of any supermarket in NJ. You can also find a halal section in the freezer isle. The baking department is top notch. Seafood department is also one of freshest I have seen around.

The manager only offered a weak apology after I was profiled by the security guard and employee at the self check out. All the employees here are extremely rude and have no manners. Just eye rolls from the girls behind the customer service counter, just absolutely ridiculous. Not only did they try to remove my review, they enable their terrible employees to continue this behavior! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO WAYNE OR ROCHELLE PARK!

Conveniently located off of route 46. This ShopRite is somewhat large. There's great variety and items are easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were competitve. The self checkout is a great touch, and there is lots of parking available.Fyi, the pecan and coconut custard pies from the bakery are DELICIOUS! Also the sushi is fresh and tasty.

I love this shop rite bakery so much oh my goodness they have the best cakes ever!!! My family and I often come here for birthday cakes and it is always superb! Delicious, beautiful, and very easy. We have tried several different types of cakes and they’re all wonderful, never been disappointed. Would highly recommend.

This is a great location for the Montclair University kids. But it is an older Shop Rite and the layout is weird. I'm sure the locals like the convenience since you don't have to get on a major highway. And the parking is horrible. On a positive note, they sell wine.

Store was difficult to find and was located behind a Toyota dealership, and the parking lot was narrow (parking spaces were at a 45° angle). To make matters worse, this store was disorganized. Never shopped here before, never shopping here again.
