I brought Winston home on Saturday. He came from a breeder out in PA and he is not used to all the cars, people, and sounds in this area. He gets frightened easily. I made an appointment for him to be groomed at Cloud Canine (it was recommended by a friend). Everyone there, from the owner, the receptionist, and the groomers are amazing! They are all sweet and friendly. I know nothing about poodles and their cuts. They explained everything to me and treated Winston with love and kindness. And what a beautiful job they did! He looks fabulous! And he was calm and happy when I picked him up. I have found the perfect groomers for Winston. I made him an appointment in February before I left. Every one there is so terrific! I rate them 5 stars!

We brought our golden retriever here a few months ago as he was getting too big for us to handle and hated bath time. Best decision and now we do monthly visits where he loves getting a nice brush and bath and golden trim. Everyone is so kind and professional!

DO NOT USE!!! I took my dog here to get groomed, not only are they more expensive and offer less in their package than others in the area, but my dog was left unattended to roam the hall and the grooming area while not being watched. During that time he ate a large piece of plastic/rubber grooming tool or equipment (see attached picture of what he threw up along with a bunch of hair!!) that caused him to throw up after trying to make it through his digestive system. I have proof he was alone because when I went to pick him up he was by himself walking the hallway and came up to the gate trying to get out while I was waiting for assistance to get him. I was told he was fed a ton of treats which is also negligent and can make a dog sick if you aren’t aware of their diet. I asked repeatedly for the camera footage so I could at least know what it is he ate to tell the vet and they refused to give me footage or take responsibility and acknowledge the fact that he was left alone. They refused to have the owner contact me or refund me for my service and were volatile on the phone instead of trying to address the issue. NEVER AGAIN KEEP YOUR DOG FAR AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU WANT THEM SAFE AND HEALTHY. See attached picture for the piece he swallowed that was clearly from equipment or a grooming tool or sponge with the grooved edges to comb through hair and pickup dirt. The fact they are denying this and claim they care about your dog’s safety is disgusting. For context on the size of this piece of plastic, my dog is only about 25-30lbs.UPDATE FOR RESPONSE BELOW: Since the owner still wants to deny this and bash the customer, I can assure you I have no dog toys like this and my dog is still throwing up. The piece of plastic / rubber is consistent with a grooming / curry comb. They do not care about their customers.SECOND UPDATE TO OWNERS RESPONSE:The shop is not too small, there is a hallway where a wall blocks the view of anyone seeing your dog. They leave the dogs in the hallway by themselves to roam and free to roam in the grooming area. Again, they refuse to show video footage of the mess in the back of what my dog picked up off their floor and I saw with my own eyes my dog alone in the hallway with no one in sight when I went to pick him up. The environment is not safe and I should have known by the smell and care of the salon when I walked in.I could have let go of a mistake, but the fact the owner refuses to take responsibility or work with me to resolve the issue shows how much they respect their customers business and livelihood of these animals.

Great, clean place with convenient parking outside. Melissa was great with our cocker spaniel pups and did a fabulous job with their cocker cuts. We have been to numerous groomers in the area and she's definitely the best we've found. We will definitely be back!

My first experience with a groomer for my pup and I was overwhelmed how friendly and accommodating the staff is here. From the prompt email responses to setup his appointment, the friendly atmosphere when I dropped him off and obviously the grooming itself. They took such good care of my boy and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great groomer.

The quality of the service is great all around! I started taking my dog, Cleo, here after hearing good things from my cousins, who also take their dogs here too. The groomers communicate with the dog-owners very well to ensure the service goes accordingly and always do a wonderful job. The receptionist is so sweet too! I would definitely recommend Cloud Canine to anyone who is unsure of where to take their dog, first time or not

CloudCanine is the best. I brought my puppy there after 2 groomer didn't want to groom him because he was a "handful". They were patient with him and now almost 2 yrs later he is well-behaved. Krista is kind and loving to him and her grooming skills are great. Chaos always looks forward to his bandana and his pic posted on Instagram. Cloud Canine is the worst do not have your dog groomed there. My dog I know has a little problem with grooming but what happened was they groomed my dog. Then called me to tell me my dog bit two of their groomers and then double the price. Mind you they should’ve called me a soon he was getting aggressive never mind when he started bitting the groomers because now I can’t get my dog groomed anywhere because he is so traumatized. So God knows how long they held my dog down. No one even called me to say this was happening nevertheless to say they were going to charge me double. When I spoke to the owner she took $20 off and said really you know that he bit my groomers. I said you should’ve called me when he was acting aggressive before you continued. She shaving my dog I got him home and he still was matted. I called my Vet after this to give me medicine to calm him before grooming. I told them the story and even they were upset and said they should of called you when he started acting aggressive.It almost 6 months later and still cannot find anyone to groom him because of his behavior. I now have to get him shaved through my vet so they could knock him out.

Mary is the most amazing groomer ! I took in my one year old doodle looking like a rag doll that had been through rough times. 🤣 Mary explained what was going to be done and she reassured me my anxiety ridden dog would be ok in her hands. When j picked up my doodle he looked like the most happiest, handsome gentleman. The owner reached out through messaging to set up the appointment which went pretty smooth; she also messaged me right after I picked up my doodle to to rectify a small issue (that ended up not being an issue on my end at all! ) I can’t not say enough great things about this place . I highly recommend it. 💙

Cloud Canine in Little Falls groomes my Bocci, a Bolgonese, and he always comes out looking cuter than when he went in. Is that even possible?The Owner and Groomer Melissa is super sweet and has a real love for your pet. She is well trained, gentle with the animals and values your opinion, making sure you are satisfied with her service. As an added bonus, her prices are reasonable. I would recommend giving Cloud Canine a try.

Very clean place! Staff is very nice, friendly & accommodating. Melissa was able to answer my emails super fast and able to schedule me quickly. My shiba inu sheds terribly about 4x a year. When I picked him up I was so happy with how he looked. There was so fur falling off of him anymore! Excellent job :)
