The technicians and doctors at Linwood hospital are the absolute best! I have a four year old bulldog who has been coming to Linwood for the last 3 years. Everyone is so kind and gentle with him, providing so many hugs, kisses and treats. Fred always leaves feeling very special. I can't thank the staff enough for taking such great care of my little potato!

Great staff! Knowledgeable vet! Friendly, caring atmosphere. Love this place! The whole package is great. From the first phone call to make an appointment to the final See you next time! as I walk out the door. I highly recommend Linwood Pet Hospital. I have 6 cats and have needed veterinary care for a wide variety of services and they have been wonderful in every situation... from a brand new kitten's Upper Respiratory Infection to my 14 year-old's final moments.. and everything in between. The quality of care, genuine concern and treatment we've received is beyond measure. There is well over a dozen vets closer to me but I drive passed them all to come to Linwood Pet Hospital. This place is special!

Linwood has always treated my pets amazing! I always recommend them their staff is especially friendly! Kayla (I’m sorry if I spelt that wrong) is such a friendly voice to hear! They always do what’s best and won’t slam you with bills that you didn’t want / say okay to! And they genuinely care about your pet not the money! Thank you so much Linwood :)

This place is fantastic. I was 3 hours from home and my dog started having cluster seizures. I called them and told them the situation and they told me to come that just wanted my dog to be ok. Everything. You all are amazing

Great customer service, technicians are great to see if you choose not to see the physician, great hours. You can ask for a curbside or in-office visit, urgent care and emergency room visits 24 hours/ 7 days a week. Communication between the office staff and customers is great. Today the technician came to my car, took Harlem inside and brought him back after his vaccine. Literally a 5 minute visit. Answered all my questions and off we went. I never left my car!

Our Maya had both back ACL's and miniscus operated on last week by Dr. "D" and staff. So caring, concerned, honest and empathetic they all were. So glad we chose this hospital, and very comfortable with our choice. Thank you to everyone at Linwood Animal Hospital, and Dr. D. We have a new place to take our dogs where we know they will have the best care?

I couldn't have had a better experience at this facility. From the time I arrived, I was comfortable with the waiting accommodations, followed by prompt attention and a specialized vet and tech who spent ample amount of time with my pet and I, thoroughly discussing and evaluating my concerns. They got down on the floor with her for +15 minutes and had me walk her outside to see how she moved and again, address my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. D to anyone who a fur baby!

We have only had great experiences with Linwood pet hospital. Dr. Cooper has helped our dog Winston with acupuncture and we see a huge difference in him everyday. Winston also loves his tech Reid and is always so well taken care of by her! I trust them 100%z We love our Winston so much and it means everything to see him acting himself again.

On vacation and our cat was constipated. Linwood Pet Hospital was only 30 minutes away and open till midnight. Wait was a couple of hours, but they had two very sick cats come in one after the other. X-rays were quick, as well as the diagnosis. We left her for treatment and picked her up in a couple of hours. Staff was fantastic from curbside check in to check out. Special thanks to our vet tech, Reed and Dr. Cooper. And prices were inline with an urgent care facility. Thanks again! Our little girl is feeling much better!

I've taken two different cats to Linwood Pet Hospital in the past two years and I can't stress how concerned the staff was about each situation. My first cat's issue was a urinary problem, and they immediately whisked her off for a blockage check. Treatment, then home with meds, and she's been a happy cat since. I didn't have a success story with my other cat yesterday, but the staff was professional, concerned, honest, and caring. They made saying goodbye much easier for me to handle. I also appreciate that they're open on Sundays since that's when both of my cats had issues. Thank you again.

Tonight was the first time I had to use an emergency animal hospital. Everyone on staff was friendly, the process was efficient, & they identified right away what was going on with my little pup and took good care of her! I’m grateful for the care we received!

Just left Linwood Pet Hospital for an ER visit. They were so kind and caring to my ancient little dog who was scared and disoriented. Dr. Avellini was thorough and compassionate when she performed tests to rule out serious issues. The staff are professional and personable and I felt we were in good hands. I would recommend these guys if you need an ER visit or as your primary vets.

Quality care by all staff. Previous encounter with vet, Dr. D., for my pet prompted me to return two years later with my pet for treatment options for my pet's cancerous tumor. Dr. D. gave detailed, understandable diagnosis and treatment options.

Excellent care, fantastic staff all around. Our Vet moved out of the state recently, we had decided on the Linwood Pet Hospital as our new home. In the meantime, prior to becoming an established patient, one of our dogs had two situations yesterday where we needed help. There were many critical emergencies yesterday and we witnessed the best of the best from the office staff, our amazing technician (I wish I could remember her name) & our new Veterinarian Dr. Payne. They were doing everything so well to help everyone in need. Not only did Dr. Payne & the technician help us out but they both provided reasons why our dog could be struggling with these two issues & what we can try in the future. We may even be able to prevent these issues from reoccurring now. It is also worth noting that we have never come across such a caring AND knowledgeable technician in all our years having dogs. We learned so much yesterday and we are so grateful to all. I must also say Zeke loved everyone. He usually shakes and pants for hours even after a vet visit. He didn’t shake once, he wasn’t scared and didn’t even pant in the car on the way home! He was loved and he felt safe which means the world to us. Thank you!

We really appreciated the efficient and comfortable way we had the intake. It allowed Bella to remain calm and not around other animals while waiting her turn. We appreciated the texting option. When we went in we really appreciated the warm welcome by staff, the soothing music and TV, the coffee station and pictures and graphic in the waiting room. Jahali was exceptional as was the doctor and the reception staff cared about our Bella and talked to her at checkout. Experience exceeded our expectations

Finn is very shy and he was treated in a caring and compassionate manner. Dr. D. Explained completely about the surgery upcoming for Finn. Put me completely at ease with a good game plan for his recovery. I want to thank the entire staff for a great experience today.

We love Linwood and so does our dog although we'd rather visit under different circumstances. He is treated like a king by everyone, everyone is ready to give him a pet and a huge smile 😊 he actually loves going ! The follow up is unmatched, as is the after care support , the pricing is also fair ( of course expensive) but I feel you alwys try to help where you can ! Our boomer is our whole world and we feel he is in the best hands with Linwood Animal Hospital!

Had to take my furbaby for an emergency visit and without hesitation they told me to come right in. I must say the staff from answering the phone and when i got there were very kind, the staff in the back were kind, very knowledgeable and broke everything down to me. Medication explained......they were all VERY NICE!! My baby was triaged quickly, and seen within an hr. They will be my baby's new Dr's.

We have been here a few times. While pet hospitals are never where you want to end up, we always had a positive experience. Last night we were devestated to have to come in late in the evening to euthanize our dog who was suffering heart failure and cancer related issues. Everyone we spoke to and dealt with was compassionate, supportive, and professional. We never felt rushed even though it was 11:00 pm on a holiday. When we came back in the morning, we were greeted by more of the same kindness and empathy. Thank you to the staff at Linwood pet hospital. I apologize for not getting any names as we weren’t in a great state of mind, but wanted to let you know how much we appreciated everything you did for us.

The staff at Linwood Pet Hospital saved my dog’s life. My sweet boy Franklin was very sick. It started as an obstruction, which lead to a severe infection. I truly thought I was going to lose him, I even said goodbye. But Dr. Avellini, Dr. Goodwin, Alex, Mindy, Kim, and all the other angels at LPH wouldn’t give up and truly preformed a miracle. Not only did they provide exceptional veterinary service, but the love they gave to Frank while in their care cannot be overstated. This is a pet hospital that you can trust will look after the best interest of your pet, whether it be for routine exams or emergencies. The boy who used to hate the vet now goes sprinting in to see his friends. Thank you Dr. Avellini, Dr. Goodwin, Alex, Mindy, Kim, Ashley, Brooke, and everyone at Linwood Pet Hospital for saving my best friend.

I have had wonderful experiences at Linwood Pet. The nurses and doctors have been great with my pets. They explained everything clearly and never pressure me into anything. They give me options. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital.

I recently had my 10 week old French Bulldog there. She was admitted due having a fever. Prior to our visit to the ER she had been diagnosed with 2 parasites and an ear infection by her regular vet. I gave them all of the information regarding what kind of care she received at her regular vet. I called them back while she was hospitalized to make sure they were also addressing her ear infection and not just her GI issues. After she stayed there for 24 hours they never addressed her ear infection. Also after we brought her home she wasn’t walking right. I called them right away and they said it could be that they had to use all of her legs for IV access. She is still not walking and we have concerns and it has now been 5 days since her discharge. I called them to see if we could bring her in because I feel it may be phlebitis due to her feeling warm and her legs also have edema. They said that we should not bring there because they didn’t feel it was caused by the IVs and they feel that it is something more serious and they cannot help her. I feel this is ridiculous since they may have caused this issue because this started as soon as we picked her up after their care. I feel they should have told us to come in so they could see her and see if this happened due to the IVs they placed. All of sites are definitely sore and she is very uncomfortable. I will never take another animal there or recommend them to anyone.I am adding an addendum. After researching our puppy may have neurotoxicity from the one medication that they prescribed her. Our regular vet would not prescribe this very medication 2 days earlier stating that she was too young. I trusted Linwood vet and continued to give this to her. We are stopping this medication and taking her back to our regular vet. I am sure if I called Linwood they would continue to say they cannot help her even though they caused her ability to not be able to walk. I am so upset.

Brought my dog in when she had an urgent health concern Friday night. Her primary vet was previously an emergency hospital too but they were not open when she had the issue, so I brought her up to Linwood. I have to say I was impressed with my experience at this hospital! Getting my dog in and out was much faster than I’d anticipated and the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. They had other pets there that were more critical cast than mine, but still took the time to make sure my dog was safe & cared for in a timely manner. I really appreciated that. The vet who treated my dog was kind and transparent about treatment options and costs, which was greatly appreciated! From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the Linwood Pet Hospital team for taking such good care of my dog even though it was 9pm on a Friday night. South Jersey is lucky to have this practice!

I was very pleased with the care my dog received at Linwood veterinary Hospital. She needed surgery for a torn ACL and meniscus. Everyone there was compassionate and caring. My dog spent the night in the hospital and I was told that I could call at any hour to check on her if I was concerned.

Amazing staff! I brought my cat in for an ER visit at 9 PM and was seen super quick! Alyssa and Dr. Lynch did amazing helping my cat with a suspected UTI. After a day on his meds he’s already doing amazing! This place is very clean and organized. The staff walk you through prices and answer all questions thoroughly! They treated my baby so well and gently. Would highly recommend!

I'd like to first mention that this one star review has nothing to do with how we were treated. We recently had to put our dog to sleep, which was very emotional, and the staff handled everything beautifully. When asked what we wanted to do with our dog's remains, we decided to have him cremated. We were given a paper to fill out in which an employee remained and helped us. There was a sheet asking us if we'd like to have our dog's paw prints imprinted in paper and / or clay. When I said I wanted both, the employee directed me to check both boxes off, which is what I did. A week later, when we went to pick up the remains, we were told neither imprint was there and they would have to contact the cremation facility. After a few days of calling to get more information, we were very confused after their excuse had changed multiple times. We were then told to come in on Sunday, as that would be when the manager who handles the cremation services would be available. When we went, we were told our paper work had not been sent over to the facility because they thought the checks looked like X's and we were never charged. Regardless of the fact that they didn't look like X's, if they were unsure of something with this much sentimental weight, they should have contacted us immediately. When I paid for the services, there were 2 Items being paid for. The emergency visit was $225 and the individual cremation service was $351.88. We asked if this second charge included everything I asked for, and I was told yes. Once again, the staff on hand was wonderful, and treated us with nothing but compassion; however, this is a mistake that cannot, and should not happen. I hope this review helps prevent this mistake in the future.

Way too expensive. Quick service. Nice staff. Got in very quickly. Low wait time. From initial call to visit. Even wait time there was quick. Definitely use, but be prepared to spend. Other places are less, but have longer wait times.
