Toni, the Team Lead on Jan. 8, SAVED THIS STORE (No. 03469) from getting a scathing review. SHE is the reason I am giving my experience 4 stars. Her professionalism and compassion helped me stay calm and assured that my concerns were heard. Especially since I was told (by the Mainstay rep at the 800 number) I had to leave my home on Staten Island (NY) to come to New Jersey to rectify my issue. The store's manager, Joseph Schmidt, was not there and Toni had to be apprised of my recent contact with the Mainstay product rep whose instructions apparently COMPLETELY differed from how her store has handled product issues previously.I have been trying to get a reasonable resolution to the defective product I purchased from this store close to a year ago, a 1.2 gallon Mainstay warm humidifier. The 800 number in the packaging led me to some very kind customer service reps who MISLED me; the first one never told me how to get my refund or exchange (she emailed a copy of my receipt with no further instructions), and most recently the second one (Benjamin) told me to go back to the store to return the item for a refund PLUS a Walmart gift card for my troubles. Benjamin said he made a note of my issue in an email to the store manager, Joseph Schmidt, with instructions/authorization for me to receive a gift card.Despite the massive confusion/miscommunication and my growing frustration, Toni calmly stepped up to ensure I was reimbursed for the defective product. I truly appreciate her exceptional customer service.

I recently visited this Walmart and was impressed with the overall shopping experience. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed. The best part was the lack of crowds, which made for a peaceful and stress-free shopping trip. Plus, the wide selection of products meant I had plenty of options to choose from. Overall, I'd highly recommend this Walmart to anyone looking for a hassle-free shopping experience!

What a scam I got tonight in tech aisle. I saw a laptop whit a price on it, i asked for that one to a worker and she started act sus, finally she brought a sealed box and I payed for it but something was off so I opened the box in front of her just to realize she gave me another one not the one I asked. Then she made a really messed up history about why is not the one I asked šŸ˜’ even worse she told me that I've to wait 24h to start a return or ask for a refund. Stupid people working there and incompetent people as "manager" handle the situation poorly saying I can't do anything when it was clearly their mistake. SCAM/false advertisement, etc. If you are not able to label your products properly is your mistake.

Good Walmart but it takes them a while to serve in areas like these, it takes up to 30 minutes, you ask someone if they have keys and no one takes care of this service, it's a shameand be careful half an hour and I was never attended to, terrible service. I finally ordered them on Amazon

I want to return items the customer service was good. The reason why I gave 3 stars was because of the customer service.But I was looking for hoodies and when I spoke to the 2 women. That were there. They didn't speak English one. Then I explained a little better and they said they had none. Meanwhile I found a whole bunch when I walked in their section a few feet Away

They really need to get their pick up station together. No way customers are waiting 30mins plus for an order they was told that was ready. And not to mention they donā€™t know how to communicate when you call them. They need someone who knows how to do customer service and speak properly . Save your time and money and go to target cross the street.

Ordered Kent bike for boys on 3/3/2024 and selected next day pick up from Linden,NJ Walmart. When I went for the pick up and called them from pick up parking they said I have to wait for my pick up time. In the next few seconds my order was canceled and they told me itā€™s out of stock. Surprisingly 2 bikes are in stock in the store. I decided to pick it from the store and there was a price difference and initially they told me they canā€™t do price matching with online price. Then asked for store manager and explained the issue and he was helpful to give it for online price.Whole process took 2 hours and I had to stand in front of customer service along with my 7 years son.He was eager to get his bike and it dragged for 2 hours. When items are in stock why you people are cancelling the orders? Trying to show any discrimination or want to sell items for more price ? You have to honor your online prices and orders.Please grow up and provide better services to customers.

Today I visited this Walmart, and I was happy to see the Garden door open and the person who works there, cashier Ysabel was very nice. I hope this register keeps open the whole year is very convenient if you are buying something in that section of the store and also the cashier is very pleasant to deal with.

I usually go to this specific walmart and the employees are very polite, today I went to do a last minute shopping and ask a lady for information (which was very nice) and she send me to Mrs. Maria in the girls area and she was extremely rude and had zero tolerance towards me as a client. My point if you have issues make sure to deal with them, but donttake them on the people who gives you a place to work.

The staff at this location demonstrated unprofessional behavior. They cut me off without offering an apology and, during checkout, an associate rudely accused me of not scanning an item, despite the error being a technical issue. I had to intervene and point out the discrepancy on the screen. I found their treatment and communication unacceptable. The overall atmosphere at this store appears to be one of dissatisfaction and rudeness, which contrasts sharply with the service I receive at my local Walmart.

This is one of my favorite places to go to for anything I need they have everything and they always stack up never out of stuff or running low and the Walmart I go to is very clean, big, professional, nice, friendly, respectful and many more I can write a whole book especially when it comes to food and clothes the food/fruits is very fresh and tasty theyā€™re very unique and amazing nevertheless I canā€™t find anything bad to say about that branch job well done.

Since Walmart is so huge and so big they have a very big quarter lock down on the market other people can't compete with Walmart they're just too huge so their prices are almost done beatable depending on what you want what you're going to get very huge selection of fresh produce good bread pastries Donuts cakes and the frozen food section is always a one the only thing I don't like is the Walmart sometimes I get a little crazy with checking you with the receipt but that should be warranted because of over a couple billion dollars in Theft from some of the smallest groups in America that's saying that they're the only ones committing theft obviously not but all the videos have you watch it seems like there's a trend LOL but hey people are going to do what they got to do with an economy that's doing bad no hope no jobs and just treating certain groups poorly for so long what do you expect but it's all written off as a tax write-off Walmart's got the money and my suggestion is try the self-checkout aisle it's always buy two get the third one free without them knowing LOL just be slick about it hahaha jokey

Iā€™m honestly tired of this particular store. They watch everyone like hawks , trying to catch people stealing. Not everyone who walks thru door is a thief. They got cameras everywhere. Yet when you go to self checkout, they stand over you the entire time. The last time I shopped there I had a cashier ring up my purchases and still managers and other employees are watching me literally bag my items. And the cashier rung up a $25.00 item that I didnā€™t purchase nor was the item in my cart. They had to walk me over to customer service just to refund my money. Iā€™ve been shopping at that store every week for years. I feel like Iā€™m in a prison every time I go there. Itā€™s bad enough the prices keep going up so I try to buy less. But to have to deal with the extra foolishness is too much. I think Iā€™ll start shopping in Target.

If I can give zero stars I would. Order 5 BLACK mirrors for pick up on 12/29/23. The total cost was 50.68. The card was charged this amount. Sent my father to pick it up they gave him 1 GOLD mirror. Went back to customer service to get my refund or have my order expedited correctly. They only gave us a refund of 7.00 and told us we should expect the rest of the money ā€œsoonā€ on the card. They had no explanation for what had happened at all. Customer service was no help.

You can barely find someone on the floor willing to help. Went with spouse to look at the jewelry while another man was also waiting wanting to buy a piece. The man went to request help 3 times, after 20 mins I told him let's go. We left. Nice size Walmart though.

Not one employee I found spoke English. One even asked me to speak Spanish. Bilingual is one thing but only speaking Spanish? Not a racist post but this is a matter of business. If I can't obtain the assistance I need why should I shop here?

Waited 45 minutes to get someone to help in fabric department. Called twice the store while I was waiting and my husband told a work to ease call someone. Noone came. I went to customer service and the girl told me to wait and left. She had me waiting 10 minutes for nothing! I thought she was out trying to solve my issue but she came back with money for the registers. And didn't even say anything to me when she came back. I told her I don't want the fabric anymore and I was gonna call corporate. Didn't even care.

New store. Its massive. But got in and out quick. Not a fan of all the self checkouts but guess that's how it is nowadays. But they have my absolute favorite salsa here Two Ugly Mugs! It's so good! I will definitely be back again to get more sweet heat and muggin hot!

Fantastic location. Very good grocery selection although I purchased avacados that were rotting when ate them the next day. They may lack the turnover on perishables. The rotterserie chicken was good however.
