This use to be the best pharmacy but this whole year they have turned into a night mare. Hard to get anyone on the phone even after holding for almost an hour. Refills being duplicated within a day or two of picking up almost every month. Rude customer service and long lines. Been coming here for years for family prescriptions but finally looking for a new pharmacy to transfer to. Horrible!

Severely understaffed. Nobody answers the customer service pages for so long I had to look for someone myself. Still nothing until I just happened to catch am employee coming from a back room. Nasty business when you're trying to buy meds to feel bettet!

Terrible customer service!!! I placed an order for curbside pick up on the Walgreens app, when I arrived I put in my parking spot #, after waiting 15 minutes nobody came out so I called, nobody answered. I ended up having to go inside to get the order. After I went in to let the sales associate know what was going on she was very dismissive and rude. I didn’t catch her name but she was the chunky older white lady with red hair and glasses. After telling her I waited outside and nobody ever came with my order she proceeded to tell me I’d have to wait on line. The purpose of doing curbside pick up was so they could bring the items out to my car because I am sick! I explained to her that they were actually supposed to bring the items out to my car to begin with since I put in an order for curbside pick up but no one ever came. She kept being nasty and telling me I’d have to get on the line. I spoke to the sales associate in the photo section who told me she could just pass me the bag because the items were already packed but the chunky lady refused to. I have been sick with the flu and was not even suppose to be around ppl which is the reason I even did curbside pick up. Walgreens has to do better with hiring staff with a more positive attitude! To the chunky lady with the red hair and glasses if you don’t like your job get another one!! The associate from the photo section was very helpful!

Been goin here for 7years and it’s getting worst in this store. It’s messy and shopping carts are all over the place in the parking lot and in store. Employees either don’t know how to use the register or it smells like they’ve been smoking bud in the store. I get charged for pick up items that aren’t available. They need to replace the management and employees.

Beware of the pharmacy they act like they are your doctor when they supposed to be doing their job and prescribing you the medicine the doctor sends you with a script and you supposed to prescribe the medicine to the client. I tell you I gave them aThey told me when I went in there to prescribe them a script and then dot dot doctor gave me for medicine and then they told me that it was early but will put it on file. I said no problem. Make sure it does not expire guess what happened. They let it expire and told me that I cannot get the medicine because I have an expired script that I need to go to the doctor. Once again on my time to get a prescription again. This place is no good. They did not know how to do their job. It should just go down to one star or one point one rating and then just close the store down.

Manager of the store is very unfriendly and has some attitude issues. I could tell right away, as soon as I walked in the door he looked at me like I was an alien that didn’t belong in his space. Oh, how sweet it is to shop at Walgreens, where every need is met with ease! Upon entering the store, I was greeted by the friendly faces of the staff and guided towards the aisle where I would find the very item I was seeking: distilled water. This precious commodity has proven elusive in other locations, but here at Walgreens, it was readily available.The store itself was immaculate, with shelves neatly stocked and aisles clearly marked. The wide selection of goods was impressive, and I found myself perusing the aisles for far longer than I intended. From the pharmacy to the photo center, Walgreens truly offers a one-stop-shop for all your needs.But what truly sets Walgreens apart is the unparalleled customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I found exactly what I was looking for and answered any questions I had with a smile. Their kindness and expertise made my shopping experience a true pleasure.I would highly recommend Walgreens to anyone in need of quality goods and exceptional service. My mother went to this Walgreens to fill her prescriptions after her cataract surgery. The level of unprofessional customer service from the “pharmacist “ Angela was atrocious. She spoke to my mother like she was the lowest of humans. I DO NOT RECOMMEND filling your prescriptions here. Go to another Walgreens or CVS. Horrible business.

This young lady by the name of Gianna helped me tremendously. I was in a need of crisis in Philadelphia as our water is contaminated by a leaky leak. Anyways, the entire city was scrambling for cases of water leaving no water bottle cases for me and granny. So I therefore started to call every store possible in the great America city of NJ. Nobody would help me. I thought I was at the end of this great world. I could see the light. But! Finally I was able to secure help! Gianna who is a shift lead at this great location decided to stop everything she was doing and listen to my crisis. She insisted that her shift would not end until there was a solution. She was able to secure me 4 cases of Poland spring water and also give me a sale for my troubles. She also is keeping the cases cool and safe for me until I arrive to get them. Someone in there make her a manager. She deserves all her flowers. Without her help today me and granny would not see tomorrow! Everyone who shops here please thank Gianna for me! Give her a raise! Saved a life!

The Pharmacy is the absolute WORST! Under staffed and it becomes a 3rd wait for prescriptions! The one Hispanic young man is RUDE and clearly hates his job! This is the 3rd time at this location where 1. They leave you on hold for more than 30 minutes2. Nasty Attitudes and my all time favorite 3. DRIVE THROUGH IS CLOSED soo come inside and wait in the inside line for 35 minutes or more just to be told your prescription needs to be approved by the Pharmacist can you wait 5 more minutes???? 😳😳😳😳

Whatever you do, don't send packages that you buy online to this store! The staff that is charged with locating your package once it is delivered are utterly clueless. I ordered a product online and to save on shipping charges I had it shipped to this store. They literally could not find it to the point I wanted to go in the back and look for it myself. USPS confirmed it was delivered to the store but they claimed they could not locate it. I tried calling customer service and they literally put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Then I tried their chat feature online and the same thing happened, the rep took all of my order information and never returned to the chat! Their customer service is subpar at best. Then my husband ordered something to be delivered to this same location and again they claimed they couldn't find it and they had in their own records that the item was delivered to their store. Come to find out they had put his package with the packages that were to be shipped out. Unbelievable, my husband did get his package but mine never surfaced and trying to get a refund was a nightmare because their customer service is unresponsive. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

When to pick up a prescription and waited 30 mins in line. I watch at least 4 people walk away without their medication because they got tired of waiting online. Terrible customer service in the pharmacy department. I’m changing my services to cvs.

This pharmacy used to be so reliable and quick to deal with. The staff now is slow, incompetent and rude. They have no concern for the wait time regardless of window service or drive thru. There are a minimum of 5 people inside the pharmacy at any given time and only 1 person at the window and 1 at the drive thru. When you call to fill a script, you're given a time to pick and when you arrive at the pharmacy they do not honor the time given. The staff does nothing to accommodate you, regardless of the situation. I'm forced to give 1 star to post a review.

Its a terrible Pharmacy. Always short staffed the pharmacist assistants are all very rude, young and unprofessional . The pharmacy dept likes to do whatever they want with your medication. I was suppose to be able to pick my meds today within 30 days and a note was added that i couldnt pick my medication for another 2 dats since It was given to me within 28 days last (legally allowed in the state of NJ) i was NOT made aware that my medication was being post postponed for an additional 2 days out.Needless to say this is very unprofessional and this is the last time I ever use this Pharmacy. My husband goes to CVS in Linden and he has never countered all the issues and lack of professionalism i encountered.Mental health very is important and therefore medication should not be pushed out with out informing me or the even the DR till the day its being picked up 28 - 30 days from last release.

The absolute WORSE!!! I place an order only because I need to pick up my prescription. Do you know 2 hours later and it was NOT ready and guess what? There were even lots of people in the store! Additionally the pharmacy is ALWAYS long long long long long. Like you all cant hire more people???

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Very unprofessional staff. I needed allergy medicine, and it was behind a glass window so I needed an employee with a key. I pressed the pager button multiple times and it went off across the store multiple times. I stood there waiting 20 minutes. I even told employees in the front that I needed help and they paged again. No one ever came. I left and went to the nearest CVS. Literally no one cares at this Walgreens. Avoid it at all costs.

NEVER BUY MILK FROM HEREI purchased milk 3 times now over 2 weeks thinking maybe the first two were a fluke.. idk if the fridge isn’t cold enough or it doesn’t work or when it comes it’s already spoiled.. but first time I got sick.. second time I tested it and it instantly tasted sour… and as of yesterday.. the third one first pour chunky and sour… absolutely terrible.. and besides just milk this store has just overall gone to absolute shit… sad…

This pharmacy has gotten worse and worse over the years. I dropped off my moms prescription at 2:30 after she got out of surgery, at first they couldn’t find her in the system (she’s been getting her prescription filled at this Walgreens for over 20 years, she used to be a pharmacy tech here + I used to work at Walgreens when I was 16 years old), fast forward 4 hours later her prescription is still not filled and she needs these prescriptions to deal with her pain from her surgery! Absolute worse pharmacy either and I will be changing her prescriptions to elsewhere.

Phone system is a joke can never consistently get someone on the line. It either just hangs up on you or the staff themselves do. Answer the phone saying please hold after you've been waiting for 20-30 minutes and then they hang up. Scripts not filled on time or for correct quantity. Just inconsistent and disappointing. Switching pharmacies soon

I had an appointment for a rapid PCR test for COVID-19 via drive through. Unfortunately, upon arrival at my scheduled 4:30pm appointment, there was a long wait of roughly ~5-10 minutes per car, leading me to be unable to get to the window for testing until 5:09pm.When I arrived at the pharmacist's window in the drive through, the pharmacist did not look at me or use his mic to acknowledge me. I awkwardly showed my confirmation for my appointment. He then proceeded to let me know they stop every day at 5PM ET (nowhere on their website or on the appointment email says this) and that they've already started cleaning the machine for testing and taking it down so – meaning they aren't taking any more.It's the day before Christmas Eve. I told him I had a trip that required this specific kind of test to be able. As I was in tears, trying to understand if there was any way to make this happen, the man didn't say goodbye, or I'm sorry, or anything. He just turned his mic off and was on his merry way while not glancing at me again through the glass.The least Walgreens can do is include the window closing time (regardless of appointment) in the confirmation email or on their website. The confirmation email only says to come 5 minutes early. It was ridiculous and a particularly callous transaction.I would NOT recommend testing here unless you get an early appointment, and even then, don't expect any civil social interaction or basic customer service.

One of the worst walgreens you can go to. RUDE. The employees stand at the front and chat with their friends that come in instead of checking people out. Whatever you're looking for they're going to lie and say they don't have it. Prices aren't correctly labeled. I will be contacting corporate about my experience here. Not to mention to pharmacy. They gave me someone else's prescription....

Worst Pharmacy experienceAfter arriving last Monday around 8.30 PM to pick up 2 prescriptions for my wife, was informed that there was none.One was a refill that should be ready few days earlier (my wife got few messages days prior)The other was from a Doctor call 2&1/2 hours earlier.They couldn’t find either one.I was asked to wait on the side and I did wait patiently for about 45 minutes.Finally I got the medicines and were given to me without a smile or not even a I’m sorry or thank you.I made a stink and left angry.Folks, stay away from that pharmacy.Stick to CVS.

25 minutes!!!!!! Twenty five minutes people and the WORST of it is I called for the pharmacy only for NO ONE to ever pick up the line literally only let it ring pick it up then put it on hold not even to say goodnight can you please hold just simple pick up and put me on hold with no form of mannerisms smh. I literally only wanted to check if I had a refill on my medication but I will wait until tomorrow to go to my local Walgreens on 1st Ave because this one was absolutely terrible! I eventually hung up out of frustration. Totally in disbelief I waited so long for no one to answer
