I love this Target. They almost always have everything in stock. The pickup service (used many times) is fast, convenient, friendly, they never make mistakes with me. The store is clean and organized. I had to return a couple items and they were pleasant and efficient. Did not make me feel like I was a burden for my return. Good vibes here. Excellent job guys!!

The location was great except for my situation with the avocados. Denied my return of a PS5 which was still within the return date due to it being a “high-value item” and they told me to bring it back to the store that I purchased it from. I called customer service and they stated I am able to return it at any target location. Why have a return policy if you aren’t going to stick to it?

I’m trying to comprehend how target could have ONE person working the exchange/return/online pickup desk during holiday season. HOW? The one representative working is doing the best she can but literally- it’s ridiculous. The line is down the front of the store, employees are walking past with no concern nor motivation to assist. It’s truly disturbing.

I have been coming to this target since I was 10 years of age, and I couldn't have been more disappointed with my visit today. I understand its after the holidays but that is no excuse for poor zoning and saftey concerns. I watched an employee walk by the seasonal aisle twice and didnt even bother to fix, nor call the employee responsible for this aisle to fix. I was shopping with my child and we could not even grab what we needed due to my concerns of my child injuring herself in the damn madness!!! With as many people looking for jobs, there is no excuse for this poor managing. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Need money for the new year?! Enter at your own risk!!!

Worst Checkout experience I’ve had at a Target in my 25 years of life.I’m originally from the west coast, I’m from a small town where there is only 1 target.this target was so busy, but there was only ONE CASHIER? it took about 30 mins to check out. seriously?Cmon, target… i know you can do better than that

Very beautiful place, it got recently renovated and it looks beautiful. Also I find anything I need really fast. Many choices of items too, from food to beds. I really recommend this place to people who would like to buy things for a very cheap price. I rate this place 5 stars.

This is my review on the Optical department at Target in Linden, NJ. I showed up today to buy a pair of glasses. I had my eye exam done months prior and under different insurance so I thought I had to do the eye exam all over again. Thankfully, Lawrence explained to me that I didn’t have to because they had my information on file. For some reason, my information wasn’t coming up in the computer so Lawrence took the time to search for my prescription. Once he found it, I was able to look around and try on eyeglass frames. Lawrence was really helpful and even helped me with some suggestions before finally making my decision. The whole process wasn’t long at all and Lawrence was great! He was professional, helpful and made me feel comfortable.

Today I took a trip to target. I do live across the street from Target so I’m always there the fact that I went there today and they told me that self cashiers are only going to be open on the weekends now which is the self service I go to Target because, it’s in and out the fact that I have to wait in line for someone to help me. It’s kind of annoying now I’m at the point of not Coming to this target anymore I will be going to Clark or other target near me. Mijo park is nearby me and Clark.

Store it self is a 10 out 10. Clean and organized but customer service is a 0. I have no other words. When asking for help you get a rude answer what do you wants. Did you check online. Like really you don't want to help a customer and sell more ? Nobody cares . If you don't care why are you in customer service business.

It is a very clean and organized store. We love this location because of the helpful staff and beautiful atmosphere. I guess all the target store are great at maintaining their customer service and cleanliness of their store.Although the check-out lines could get long easily because there are not enough staff on counters (only 1) and the other staff member is there to direct all the customers towards self checkout lines which I find not helpful.Customer service representatives are the return counters are very polite and helpful.Pizza Hut is inside the store.Parking lots is there.

Check the expiration date before you buy anything. I came to this location a few days and I was about to buy a pack of chips that are by the registers. But I noticed they all expired in december. Also the beauty section is horrendous.

Ms. Eva at the order pick up counter needs to be retrained on her customer service skills, especially since she works at the customer service desk. Today I walked into Target with the hopes of picking up an online order. When I walked up to the counter, Ms. Eva was spraying a disinfectant into the air, all over the counters, organizing carts, and other materials. As a result, I briefly stood there before I realized I was not going to be acknowledged. Instead she continued to spray the disinfectant into the air, on the counters, push carts around, and sort out other materials not related to directly servicing the customer in front of her. As my time was limited and I needed to quickly remove my infant child away from these fumes being sprayed into the air I said good morning to initiate our interaction, but unfortunately it did not help. Ms. Eva continued cleaning and sorting while I again proceeded to wait. When Ms. Eva finally did decide to perform the service part of her job, she was less than helpful. It’s quite frustrating that as a paying customer and a frequent patron of this Target that I encounter service such as Ms. Eva’s. The customer service counter should ALWAYS be dedicated to servicing customers first. A simple acknowledgement when I walked up to the counter would have sufficed and would have made the encounter much better, particularly since I was quickly trying to pick up formula for my infant child that I had with me. Ms. Eva should be retrained or relocated to a position where she does not need to interact with customers.

I give target in linden 3 stars because it's not as great as the one in clark I feel that the one in clark is much cleaner then the one in linden. Plus they have more options for men's and women's clothing. I understand that target is suppose to sell the exact same thing at every target but I find alot more items at clark then linden

Went to Target after leaving another department store that was a mess and it was so refreshing. Target with its bright lights, nothing in the walkways, well organized, the colors flowed from one dept to the next, prices displaced, and I love using the target app for checkout. Was a little disappointed with the shoe selection for women but I found what I went there for which was adorable baby clothes. Self-checkout was fast. Bathroom should be touched up.

Convenient location. Well laid out inside. Has a modestly sized grocery department filled with commonly needed items. Good place to buy clothes, cleaning supplies, toiletries, home items, baby supplies, toys, and electronics. Ample parking and quick checkouts (self and the much faster human variety) Also sells vinyl!

Where is the food?So I entered to shop and decided to grab a bite. Little did I know there was nothing on the menu but pizza. The best part is the young lady behind the counter waited until I asked for a pretzel. We don't have that. Breadsticks? We don't have that. So I asked, what do you Have? She said pizza. That's what I had to order. Then she had the nerve to ask if I wanted anything else? Are you serious. I looked around at all the out of order signs up at the fountain machines. They should be ashamed to have so many machines not working. This is not a functional food court.

Horrible service. The female cashier and "manager" Mrs.k were using profanity in front of a line filled with customers. They kept the customers waiting while having there loud personal conversation and talking about other customers.

Pathetic!! - Wanted to quickly pickup something from store, sold out on shelves but website shows many units in stock. I spoke with customer service person who's utterly unhelpful and said sold out. I ordered online and low and behold ready for pick up after 1 hour magic!!!. Problem is my life doesn't revolve around waiting on target people to get their act together so i left and had to come back 2 days later to pick up. So in short 2 minutes purchase turned into 2 days!!!

Conveniently placed off the highway. Definitely a staple in Linden. Usually pretty tame traffic in the evenings and generally less than Walmart. It can get pretty busy here though on the weekends or afternoons. They recently renovated this location, added a Starbucks. Its looking good!

Even during remodel, the store is a pleasure to shop at! Pleasant staff, roomy aisles, quality merchandise and now Starbucks inside! Target really has a lot going for it with the new design format and remodel of these superstores. They are certainly more mid to upscale than in the past. Certainly looking forward to completion of the remodel.

Target in Linden has reorganized their store which to me makes the left side much brighter and easier to navigate. They still have a lot of out on shelves but once it is completed, it will look great. They also put a Starbucks so it’s a win for me.

They never really have anything I am looking for here, it's always messy in the parking lots as well as inside. I will say, the crew that works self check out and customer service are really great but this particular target just can't never really get it together! I avoid coming to this location as much as possible.

The drive up here is the absolute worst. You’ll be waiting at least 20 minutes if not more no matter how little you order or how much you order. They don’t stop people from parking in the drive up spots either (they are clearly not doing drive up either). Every other target you are in out and done with drive up. I could’ve went in and got this stuff faster myself….absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes for FOUR items.
