I recently purchased an engagement ring from Lincroft Village Jewelers. The staff was truly amazing and really took care of my wants and needs. I appreciate the attention that was delivered my way throughout the process. The owner even gave me his cell phone number for me to reach out to him with any questions. I wasn't the easiest buyer, but his attention to my needs was astonishing. Most importantly, my beautiful fiance is 100% happy with her ring. Stopped into the Jewelers today for some minor repairs and battery replacements on a few of my favorite watches. The service was excellent and I am very pleased that my watches are running again! Updated Review. Previously left a lower review than need be. After two years of having my wife engagement ring there seem to be some small issues with the ring. I called Sean and let him know the issues. Sean's response was the following and I dont know if anyone could have been better. 1. Here is a fed ex label to overnight the ring back to us. 2. Renovated the ring at no cost to me. 3. Followed up with calls, emails, and pictures. 4. Did all of this when he didn't have too.I highly recommend this shop. Not only do they make the most beautiful jewelry, but their customer service 2 years after purchasing a ring from them has been unparalleled. Thank you Sean and team.

I couldn’t figure out what to get my wife for her birthday. After 12 years together it’s hard to do some thing as a surprise. Until I walked into the most amazing jewelry store I’ve ever been in. Not only did the salesman find me The perfect gift, it was a great price! Quality, great customer service, and amazing top-notch jewelry. I was recently looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. To say I was intimidated getting ready to make the biggest purchase of my life up to this point is being modest. I looked to friends and family for help to no avail. I did what research I could and then set off to find the "perfect" ring. I was in way over my head.I went to shop after shop and constantly felt like I was being up sold and rushed into making decisions. Then an acquaintance mentioned Lincroft Village Jewelers and I gave it a shot.I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The representative took her time explaining everything to me. She answered all the questions I had about the diamonds and settings and brought up a lot of things that didn't even occur to me. I felt comfortable and completely at ease. There was no pressure to make a quick decision. I ended up making my purchase and thanks to the people at Lincroft Village Jewelers got the "perfect" ring. I can't say enough about the great experience I had there, and would recommend them to everyone.

Both my fiancé and myself cannot rave about this wonderful jeweler enough! We had the pleasure of working with Jill who helped my fiancé pick the most perfect engagement ring! I first found Lincroft Village Jewelers because I wanted a Noam Carver setting, they were one of three in NJ to carry them. I went twice and both times Jill was patient, caring, and never ever pushy. The rest of the journey my fiancé had made on his own and he was very comfortable and happy with each of his experiences. Overall I cannot recommend Jill enough! I cannot say enough about Lincroft Village Jewelers! I broke a prong on my wedding band and lost a diamond. I called and let them know I was going away and only had 48 hours to have it fixed. They replaced the diamond and fixed the prong within hours. They also insisted on checking my other band and engagement ring just to be sure this wouldn’t happen again. Everyone is so great and friendly there! Thank you again LVJ!
