Hello I visited the Walgreens yesterday April 2, 2024 in Lincoln Park which is very close to my place of employment. The walgreens is always clean and organized and the staff is always helpful. The cashier that was working yesterday who checked me out was very very professional and pleasant. His name is Andy. He has great customer service and very pleasant and goes above and beyond.

Very helpful pharmacist. It’s hard to find people that go above and beyond to be helpful and efficient nowadays. I will continue using this pharmacy now just because of his work ethic!

One star. Wish I could give NO stars. Just popped into Walgreens to get cigarettes.The cashier, who is young enough to be my grandson, cards me. Now I understand some people look older/younger than their actual age but this is ridiculous!!!I let him see my license but I refused to let him scan it. Soooo - we had to call the manager.Jefferson C. told me it was CORPORATE POLICY that you must allow them to take your private info and scan it into their data base. And snatched my cigs away. They wouldn't even tell me how much they charge for a pack! Not until I "give" them my info. Who knows where it goes? Do they sell it? You betcha!The purpose of ID is to prove I'm pushing 70, not for CORPORATE to invade my privacy.Good bye Walgreens!THIS IS INSANE! I'm over 60 and I can't get served?!If this is the way things are headed we are in trouble.Walgreens needs to rethink this. Any other store RESPECTS your right not to give your phone number, zip code, whatever.I will NOT go here again.

This store is miserable to work with. Everyone you talk to gives you a different answer, all of them incorrect.Their FedEx drop off service is also not trustworthy. They took my package and refused to give any type of proof of receipt.After going back and forth a few times they finally returned my package. The tracking had been marked as delivered in Texas. I am sure they intended to keep the package.

I truly wish I could give this place 10 stars instead of just five stars!I can GLADLY and PROUDLY give this store five(in my mind this is a 10) stars. Not only because of the store itself but for the employees as well. Every time I walk through the doors I feel welcomed as a customer and friend. I always find whatever I need plus an extra 5 things that weren't on my list to begin with. I can honestly b in this store for 3 hours and not realize how much time has gone by. I also feel like the employees that work in pharmacy ACTUALLY care about me and whatever medicine I pick up there. They smile, greet me, makes sure there aren't any questions, and actually hold conversations with me! Everyone here are very kind, caring, and wonderful people to be around. I feel like I'm friends with everyone there: QQ, Margarita, Madeline, Kai, and many others. Just knowing that all these respectful and honest people work at this exactly location makes me feel great. Knowing that I will get a good experience here, walk out smiling, and always get what I need.

The staff in the front end of this store is amazing. If something is not in stock they will take your number and call when they have it. I have witnessed the staff help keep vulnerable safe, very impressive!! The staff a big thank you for caring!!

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. No clear line on where to go to pick up prescriptions. The woman in the back screams at you and has a bad attitude and then when you throw the attitude back at her she walks away as if you're the problem as if she didn't start off nasty to begin with. Called once and got put on hold then hung up on. Called again and it just kept ringing and ringing. They never pick up the phone here. I specifically called to see if my prescription was ready and it wasn't when I showed up after they didn't pick up the phone. Can't stand this place.

Avoid the pharmacy if you can. Orders take forever to be filled. While waiting for a pick up in store I saw employees letting the phone ring on purpose to avoid dealing with the customers on the line

I love this place however i don't really get happy with the stuff there all the time. I assume he is a manager on his name tag it said Andress P. He was so unpleasant with the customers as well as other people who worked there that made them look bad as well and feel under pressure for no reason. He seemed as he didn't wanted to be there. He looked so unprofessional and honestly doesn't deserve to be called a manager. He is the one that needs to fix problems not create them.

HORRIBLE!!! The girl at the pharmacy had no idea what she was doing, could not figure out my insurance info AND THEN CLOSED THE PHARMACY RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME AFTER I WAITED 15 MINUTES, I DID NOT GET MY PRESCRIPTION. THANKS A LOT.
