I love my local CVS. Everyone is so consistently helpful there. I'm always greeted at the door and always helped when I try to find a product or have a question. Karla helped me at the register this evening. CVS Leonia is my go to store. Thank you Karla and the whole staff.

My review is only for the pharmacy and not the store which I would give no stars. The pharmacists are rude and dismissive. They refused to take my insurance information and charged me full price. I confronted several times and still they refused to process the insurance. I just paid full price for several prescription and decided just process claim myself. I really don't recommend the pharmacy in this location. Unless is a specific medication that only CVS can provide, I will never going back for prescriptions in this location!!! On the other hand, the staff for the store are very nice, polite and very helpful! So opposite of the Pharmacy!!!

I've gone to this cvs countless times. A LOTthe only thing I like about this store is the skinny lady with short hair that works there. She is super super kind and very enthusiastic and very helpful. She always apologizes for any duration of waiting in line, even if it's for a minute or less and she thanks the customers for their time. It's really appreciated. The other workers are older and really only know how to scan items, not much else. and there's usually MAX 2 registers open, so I always have to wait a while. especially if the only cashier working is an old lady who takes much longer. I just came back from trying to drop off a ups package and I always get my packages scanned so i can have a receipt just in case anything happens. the only old lady working there said she didn't have the scanner and i was like what? how can you not have the scanner? there's a ton of UPS boxes on the shelf, does that mean none of them have been scanned? so i basically waited in line for 10 minutes for nothing, with a heavy box, never a pleasant experience except for that younger lady. i love her

I had a problem with coupons and spoke to Bobby who was helpful and thorough on the phone. He went above and beyond to help me which is memorable when there are so many companies out there that don't try to work with customers or simply don't care. Although Bobby was not there when I stopped by, the other staff on site was able to help me complete my transaction without a hassle. Thank you for putting customers first!

The pharmacy is disrespectful, rude, insensitive and not helpful. On multiple occasions they provided the poorest customer service possible. I have transferred all prescriptions out and would never use them again!

Great Service! Our family has been using this pharmacy for 9 years since we moved to Leonia. We go on average 2X per week. The pharmacists are great, helpful, patient. Every staff member is genuinely friendly. Every person goes out of their way to say hello, even when you pass by the end of an aisle and they are crouched stocking shelves. There is almost always someone near the front door to greet and say good bye. We only use pharmacy and OTC services.

I was shocked to see how high the rating was for this store as it is one of the worst experiences of my life each and every time I go to this store. Their pharmacy manages to mess up every prescription I attempted to fill (which can sometimes be life threatening for myself) - in which they have such a strict policy that another fellow human being suited as a 'pharmacist' cannot even provide me a single pill. Rather, their best attempt at being above somewhat-deplorable human beings is to provide me with an address to the closest possible store that might not have missed their own inventory... I don't have a car and have a life threatening condition...It also doesn't shock me to notice that some of their own employees have rated this store as 5-star... Wouldn't shock me if the rest were paid...It's a small town with an employee ratio similar to that of the size of the town in comparison to the rest of the geographic reason. And they might have had something going for them in self-checkout process but have gotten rid of the robots in place of (usually) a single employee handling their entire store...I use this store out of mere convenience and wouldn't ever step foot in their again if it weren't for my medical conditions and lack of nearby pharmacies otherwise. Google, can you please investigate their star ratings and reviews, as this store is atrocious...Thank you.

Cash register is always a mess; a long line every time and there are always problems with the machines. Today, again, I had to drop everything I wanted to purchase and walk out of there. What a waste of time. Please make it more efficient for people to shop.

Bad pharmacy experience.Don't go this place for the flu shot. I made an appointment in advanced, but when I arrived, the technician said they were out of the flu shots. I waited about 20 minutes in the line, and I argued what is the point of making an appointment? After I strongly argued, they checked us in. They were lying because they were busy with other customers. I could've just waste my time and return to my home IF I DIDN'T ARGUE.

This review is solely for the "Pharmacy," CVS Leonia. If available, I want to give a "zero(o)" star review for this CVS pharmacy Leonia location. I am not writing this review based on my one time experience. This review is based on my accumulated experiences at least for months. The staff at the Leonia CVS pharmacy is unkind, and not responsive to customer calls. Often they put on hold the customer calls and never respond, OR customers end up waiting for 15 - 30 minutes without answering and hang up. Sometimes the staff hangs up the customer calls right after they heard the customer's request. Also, the pharmacist did not explain even the new medications. When we asked about the new one, she was telling it but in a reluctant & rude manner. I do have experience with other CVS pharmacy, but all other CVS pharmacy locations had a decent customer service based on my limited skills. I am not escalating people's mistakes or errors. It is about the essential customer service and lack of spirit being professional. No one goes to CVS pharmacy to have less than experience or get offended by the pharmacy staff. Who should we escalate this long-standing issue?

Just called in to get my prescription delivered to me, I understand they are busy, but they were very impatient and rude, they are not communicating well and get very angry when I don’t understand what they are saying with their limited English speaking skills.CVS should really train their pharmacists to be better at customer service.

Don't ever go to this pharmacy because they have no idea what they are doing. They are extremely rude to customers as well. There many other pharmacies in the area so don't even bother going here.
