Overall, I love Marshalls for all deals and I'm glad there is one close to home! Initially with all the construction and mess, it looks decrepit and in dire need of repair. As an artist, I really wanted to paint the outside so it's not such an eyesore!However when you go inside, thankfully it is well-maintained, clothes are not strewn all over the place (like other locations) and for the holidays -- a LOT of little goodies were grabbed. I hope to visit again in the near future.

I work here and it’s awful, they treat their employees well on the surface at first but don’t pay well and the hours are like 4 a shift only 2 days a week. This company has no business in anything other than profit by harming others

I absolutely love the store. They consistently have products coming in and the staff has been really helpful when I have been there. I highly recommend going here to find some gifts especially around this time of year. I’ve gotten really lucky finding some things and I honestly can’t wait until I give them out for the holidays.

Well sorted and decently priced. Hit or miss with a deal. Def drive by once in a while, you never know what you will find. Right now lots of boho designs and calming colors for home decor and enough flowy , loose but chic clothing for summer months

Honestly I wont be back there. For some reason the employees have been so rude and annoyed the past two days I’ve been there. I’m going on a trip and needed some things for travel but also needed to return a few things before I left The country. I didnt know we were allowed to return items back from T.J.Maxx at the store so I went back grab the items from the car and made the line again to return. The second time on the register the employees were all arguing because they didn’t know if they would return or not. The supervisor came out and said it was fine. Then the cashier that was processing my return started freaking out about how to make a ticket from the other store. Another acting supervisor then told her she was not allowed to make the return. The cashier then blames me and told me she will be reprimanded because she processed the first return. So I was sent to T.J.Maxx at Flanders to return. I asked what the policy was and they informed me they were allowed to take online and store return from corresponding stores. The next day I came back with my aunt because she wanted the shoes she saw the night before. The employee argued with my aunt about a 10% employee discount which she is. I will say the cashier with the hijab was very sweet and patient.

Great location and relatively friendly staff. It is typically in great shape and organized. I would give 5 stars, but the consistent hard sell at checkout on signing up for a Marshalls credit card is so off putting. Even though the staff are great, they never take no for an answer and keep pushing. I am in there often and it gets exhausting having to constantly say no multiple times during one transaction.

This is the second time I went to this Marshall’s and purchased something either glass/ceramic. The cashier asks if I would like it wrapped before going in the bag, I say yes. They then proceed to put everything in the bag and leave out the fragile things I purchased. Both times this happened I called less than 30 minutes later when I got home from the store and realized things missing from the bag and they tell me they can’t find anything by the register. So frustrating and just a waste of money. Wont be returning to this location.

Came into the store looking for a couple of cute shirts for vacation. The associate Rachel was so nice and helpful. Usually the inventory is hit or miss but Rachel made sure I walked out ready for vacation! Thank you!!

Such a disappointment. The selection of products at this location is great, but the management is absolutely terrible. I browsed at the store on Sunday and Tuesday, but I didn’t spend more than 10 minutes there. The bathroom was disgusting, which was the first red flag. The employees looked unhappy, and were definitely not eager to greet or ask me if I needed help finding anything around the store. I think I saw what looked like “managers” scrambling around on Sunday while it was busy, but they all just seemed flustered which didn’t help the situation. I didn’t even attempt to get on the line. Wonderful new location, but the management has already given this place a poor first impression.

I was treated horribly by the front end manager in particular today while trying to do a return. Very rude and mean. The cashier apologized to me saying “she’s just a cashier and there is nothing she can do about the manager being so mean”. How embarrassing. Good thing I can use my store credit at tj maxx!!

I always like Marshalls, more for the kitchen supplies and pet products more than clothes or shoes, but even men's fragrances are very well priced.

I've been coming to this store for many years and I've never had any problems with merchandise, returns nor customer service. On the contrary their employees are always very polite and willing to go the extradite for you. Now they're moving to the new location, almost next door and I'm very excited about the new merchandise!!!! Good luck on the new location!!

Tried to make a return for a gift. The price tag was broken because it was a gift. They told us the original price was 56 but we could only get 20 back, which we were at first confused since we didn’t know how much my grandma spent on it and with previous experience with working at a TJMaxx we were used to returning the original price. However the manager kindly explained her reasoning and we agreed to the 20 The issue was when we went back on the sales floor and the associate LUCIA P. was rudely talking about us flat out on the floor with another associate. We have a video showing her RUDE demeanor, body language, and tone. When she saw us she rudely turned around pointed her finger at my mother’s face and rudely said “that’s her! Thats the lady! You cant do that you just cant do that”. When we told her we would talk to her manager she rudely put her hands on her hips and said “okay okay” and kept being extremely rude. We are not satisfied AT ALL, Lucia ruined the experience. We left without buying anything and we will never go again. We are also calling corporate to file a formal complaint about her customer service and floor etiquette that completely go against company policy. I would not recommend, when we spoke to the manager she called in another two associates to keep complaining about us. She was extremely rude. As someone who has worked in retail as well as my mother we know customers can be rude and it is inevitable to complain to other coworkers. However you dont do it in front of them with no regards, a loud tone, and then proceed to point at their face speaking extremely rudely. That is unacceptable.

First time here. This store is great. I found great buys and may put Walmart on the back burner. The cashier was great, she folded my clothing nicely instead of stuffing them into the bag. I commend her.

Upon arrival, an employee asked if I wanted a shopping cart and cleaned it for me. Upon leaving, another employee took the cart and cleaned it again. There was plexiglass near registers and social distancing reminders throughout store. I felt very secure and it was so nice to go shopping again 💕

New location just open yesterday...workers keep welcoming me which is awesome, and they ask if I needed anything and show me where things are!! Got some shoes for my child and my dad..!!! Good deals as always!! Will come back and shop soon!!

Been waiting for this Marshall’s to open - what a massive disappointment. The store is half the size of the old store and it seemed like there was less product. What was there was all over the place. So were the people. Had people on top of me the entire time. Any charm the old store had is evaporated. This place is no less special than any other mediocre Marshall’s or TJ Maxx, same cold corporate feel. No charm. Enjoy it but this place is not for me.

Prices are decent. Selection is, of course, hit or miss. If you have some time and a little bit of luck, you'll probably find something nice. I got some Calphalon.

Its another marshals, since they moved the location down 2 doors it's a bit more organized. Staff is still just as helpful as always, and stock is decent always good to run in and see what's there.

As a guy, I've lived in the area since I was in Middle School and I never knew what this store was. I always thought it was a female's shoe store or something.My girlfriend took me here and I can't believe I missed out on all this good stuff for all these years. This store is amazing. It has tons of good stuff!!!!!!!! $450 later, I got most of my Christmas list crossed off here and got a few things for me, too. This store is great!!!!!Marshall's really has to let guys know that they have men's clothes, men's shoes and a lot of good stuff. So mad I missed out for all these years.

I didn't think it was possible but every single time I go to this store I'm greeted by some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.I've worked retail for the majority of my life and I understand customers can be too much at times but dear god these ladies either despise their jobs or are some of the most miserable people on the planet.

I have been going to Marshalls for years, has always been great! I can't believe the reptilian overlords who own the mall decided to put a burlington next to Marshalls. It's basically the same thing. Nothing bet later happen to my precious Marshalls or I'll start dooking in the coat rack

Line is a half hour long to check out, meanwhile an employee standing at front doors as a what?? Greeter" ? Manager should open more registers with Fathers Day shopping. Poor Management, I worked big box retail for 7+ yrs.
