The young fellow greeted me with a smile and asked how I was today. His name was Kenan. I complimented him on his cheery greeting and told him I was going to take the time to write a wonderful review about him. Kenan, you are the best!!!! Thank you, Lynn

The “manager” of the pharmacy that worked today 7/1 was RUDE and curt and should not be working with people/ the public. Her unprofessionalism will be reported to corporate first thing Monday and i will be asking them to review the phone call because her tone and attitude for her own mistake was unnecessary and probably why you have such poor ratings. This is the last script i will have at the pharmacy. This woman is awful

I picked up 2 scripts from the pharmacy promptly @ 2pm after lunch for the staff is over. I had two scripts & 3 other items from the store. The cashier was Steven said he had to many customers to scan 3 items and I had to make a second purchase up front. I have been in retail my entire life and if I ever told a customer that I'd lose my job! I'm seriously considering going to another pharmacy. I have been a cvs customer in Ledgewood nj since day 1! The drive thru is a nightmare go inside it’s just ridiculous if u have an issue u have to go on another line they fill stuff u don’t need which is annoying but they discount all my perscriptions with good rx where as Walgreens n Walmart will not

Employees need to have pay docked , lunch from 1:30-2 means the drive thru window opens at 2, not 2:05 or 2:10

It's your typical CVS...nicely kept..service good. The pharmacy calls and texts you when your rx is ready...sometimes too much..lol. Yhey have a drice thru for rx pick up which is handy and they have extended hours..also helpful. Also cold goods like milk, eggs, drinks..etc..
