I was very pleased and grateful for all the employees at the CVS in Ledgewood. I needed to find a certain pad for my elderly Mom and all the employees were very helpful. Even the manager is very helpful. She came to help as well and I was able to find what I needed.

The CVS in Ledgewood, New Jersey has exceptional customer service. I was greeted by a team member upon entering. Later on when I couldn’t find a specific item, the store manager helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The checkout process was quick, and the sales associate was extremely friendly. I will continue to shop at this location because of the very courteous team members that work there. It shows that management and the team truly care about the environment.

Friendliest and most efficient pharmacy I have used in a while! They had something in stock that another CVS did not have. Love the 40% coupons that come frequently and are easily added to my card so I do not forget them. Have been very happy with their a Minute Clinic in prior visits as well.

A few years ago I had a bad experience with a woman pharmacist. Recently, my Mother, an elderly person, said she rather go to Walgreens instead because the staff here are very rude. It's a shame because I am thinking about switching pharmacies after so many years due to the rudeness. However, the staff at the drive thru are extremely nice. Thumbs up for them only!

Came in on 7-30-22. I rung in a purchase at the pharmacy and forgot to hit the print receipt button. They had to get a manager simply to reprint a receipt. A woman named Elizabeth came up and said "what do you need?" to the staffer who called her. She said she couldn't reprint a receipt because she already closed the registers and started a new day. She said "you had the choice to print a receipt" and you didn't. I cannot believe she would blame me for a simple push of a button error! Who talks to customers this way? Throughout the conversation she continually spoke over me. I asked for her name at the end of the conversation. She said "my name is Elizabeth and you had better get the names of everyone else because they heard the conversation as well." Again, who shouts that at a customer across the store?I find it hard to believe that a retail store cannot reprint a receipt for a transaction that happened less than 5 minutes ago. If they cant do that, they need to fix their system immediately. I'm pretty sure they can reprint, but Elizabeth just didn't want to be bothered.

I had the single most greatest experience at the pharmacy on Christmas Eve this year at 5PM. We were out of town and realized our son's inhaler was out of medicine and he was having an active asthma flare up. We rushed to a different location and its as closed unexpectedly. I drove another 15 minutes out of the way to the Ledgewood Pharmacy and was met by a sympathetic and understanding pharm tech or pharmacist. I feel bad that I didn't catch her name or role, but she filled our prescription without issue and within 15 minutes. She was so kind and it felt like a Christmas miracle. I have never had such a positive experience at a pharmacy in my life and wanted to take a moment to recognize and appreciate the help. Will be sending this review also on to corporate in hopes that my gratitude for this experience can be shared with the team on duty that day 12/24/22 at 5PM

The pharmacist Ahmed was very rude , forgot about what CUSTOMER SERVICE is about. Bet he will not like to go to a retail store and be served with the same way he treated the customers at his CVS .

This pharmacy is a joke. I gave it 2 years but it gets worse by the month. I don’t know if they even care, but I’m leaving. I invested enough time waiting in line at the pharmacy only to Hear that my prescription is not available. Try to call……you’re out of luck. I go their to give them money, but it’s obvious the pharmaceutical staff could care less. Clean house!

Has a pharmacy with late hours and a minute clinic. The pharmacy has a drive thru, which is convenient but occasionally gets backed up (other times it is completely empty, so it is hit or miss). The pharmacy closes daily from 1:30 to 2pm for lunch, which unfortunately always seems to be the time that I go there :(CVS is one of the few places that still sells physical Amazon gift cards (as of 2022.11.07).

I’ve honestly never felt more disrespected and just not cared about by a store/pharmacy before. I went here to pick up prescriptions recently, unfortunately I do not have health insurance through my employer right now and therefore have insurance offered through the state. The associate that rang me up was younger and seemed to judge and sort of back away when I told her I didn’t have my insurance card with me. She was unwilling to help, showed absolutely no compassion towards a sick person just trying to fill a prescription. She did however notify me that one of three prescriptions needed was unavailable and I would receive a call when it was ready. Two days later... I didn’t hear back so I decided to call myself, item still not in stock. I asked to have my prescription transferred to a different pharmacy, the person that answered the phone told me “if you can find somewhere with it in stock just call us back.” Okay no problem- called 5 minutes later asked for my script to be transferred and they REFUSED because their “policy “. I just don’t understand what kind of pharmacy is so unwilling to work with a sick person. I will never step foot into CVS especially this location again. I’ve never been treated so poorly by staff. I truly left feeling worthless.

Im really not one to do this but the pharmacists (if you can even call them that) are completely inconsiderate and incompetent workers. The girl with the curly brown/black hair is the only pleasant person there.Went to drop off my prescriptions and decided to come back later in order to avoid waiting..Still ended up waiting 30 minutes. Went to ask what’s taking so long..they were ready the whole time just sitting there. The head pharmacist(short girl w short blonde hair) didn’t even bother checking just standing around clueless.Not worth the hassle, this place is awful and so are the workers in here (pharmacy 10/12/21 around 5-6pm)Oh yea, and there’s literally no service/signal anywhere in the store. If you need to use your phone for any reason, forget about it you won’t be able to. According to a pharmacist there, I had to leave the store to load up my GoodRX coupon then come back inside to use it….Never had an experience like this.

Pharmacy technician refused to wear mask over her nose, despite being asked to by another customer. She was very flat and rude, did not offer information on medication, did not give me any wait times, and simply glared at me from the distance while I was wiaitng for my medications. Very poor attitude, and actions regarding the mask policy, despite working in the actual pharmacy...the only reason I give more than 1 star is for the gentleman at the register. He was more helpful and generous in the 30 seconds I interacted him, than I had the 5 min of dealing with this incredibly rude woman.

Very month my prescription is messed up one way or another. I order a refill and it never gets ordered unless I go there and get in their face. But at least there is a cute pharmacist.

Was an average experience from last few years even was planning to move to different pharmacy. Well today's experience was great. Neil at pharmacy was great helping me save few $$ on prescription. He took his time and was very professional throughout the whole time.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been too, picking up prescriptions I overhead them drug technician saying how annoyed she was that people were coming early. When I said I was early because I have a flight today, she goes “I don’t even know who you are”, wow, so that was rude. Like it’s not your business. It’s picking up my prescription for Klonopin is made by the pharmacists to feel I’m going to a methadone clinic and and not the pharmacy. I’ve been shorted pills, I’ve gotten extras, and they still fill a prescription I haven’t taken in a year. They’re a mess. Switched to Walgreens. Everyone is pleasant and relaxed, not to mention much cheaper.

Highly disappointed at the service at the pharmacy department. I had surgery and needed pain medication. My husband brought in our insurance card. We do not get prescription cards. All they had to do was call the insurance company on the back of our ID of the insurance card and get the correct information. We went to Walgreens and they called the number and got all the information within 10 minutes. I will never come back to this store again you should not send anyone away when they’re in pain.

Just awful. No use calling tbe pharmacy because it is actually faster to jump in a car and drive 20 min to get an answer to a question. They have lost multiple prescriptions on me and my family. And i know we are not the only ones because i witnessed a young mother with 2 kids have the same thing happen to them. Then they accused her of never actually dropping off the script. If there was a choice i would go elsewhere but its there or the cvs in randolph and they are worse!

By far the worst pharmacy. At exactly 6:32PM who ever the lady was working the pharmacy hung up on me while asking a question regarding a medication for my sick pregnant wife. I wish zero stars was a option. I should have known by the rest of there reviews this place was a mess. Luckily i am looking to switch pharmacies and not have to deal with this no more. CVS is really falling apart.

I used this pharmacy once and since then I get phone calls from them three times a month telling me to call my doctor and ask for refills. It was a one time medication. Time of phones are the worse. 8am on a Sunday why are you calling me. Never blocked a pharmacy before but they have made it to the blocked list

A joke of a pharmacy. Employees are rude and not knowledgeable.They also have zero customer service skills.They sell prescribed “generic” medicine more than twice the price they sell the branded one in their own store over the counter.Additionally, they have a bs rule that btw is nowhere to be found in their receipt policy, that supposedly says they don’t accept medication returns because of COVID. (Even if sealed and unopened)This pharmacy sells generic nasal spray for $44 at the pharmacy when the branded one in an aisle 20 feet away from the pharmacy costs $15.When I realized they were charging me almost 3 times the prices they came up with the rule that they can’t accept my medicine back.This was the Professional response from the girl at the pharmacy’s counter: “my boss is not accepting medicine back because of COVID”.

I have been waiting 10 days since I dropped my prescription off for refill. I was told it was on order. Finally call and ask is my prescription ready. Placed on hold for 3 minutes. Response we didn’t receive that order yet. Ok when is the order coming in? Please hold for the pharmacist... hold again for another 2 minutes. Picks up the phone I explain it’s been a 10 days since I dropped my prescription off. She asks if I care about manufacturers I said know and she said ok I’ll have it ready in a hour.... so we went from not receiving the order to having it in stock in a matter of 5 minutes? Worst place ever

The minute clinic was great!I went there about a month ago for an emergency and the Nurse Practitioner Cynthia was amazing. She was truly helpful and kind. It was a nice visit and great service. She helped me when I was in a lot of pain and the pharmacy service was also good.

I went through the drive through for pharmacy to drop off prescriptions, and they told me they couldn't help me that I had to come inside with my 3 sick kids (during covid 19 spike) to make a profile when I specifically told him I am already with CVS and they would only need to change my address since I've moved locations... Completely rude and unaccommodating! I gave one star because I like cvs as a whole but this location needs to relearn how to be decent to people, especially in times that are hard!

Can find everything you don’t need. All I needed was an Ace bandage/wrap. None in the store. Pretty basic item. Pretty sad I’m hobbling around trying o get one. Thanks for nothing CVS

Go to drop off prescriptions to filled , was told would take 30 minutes to have filled and to come back. Almost 2 hours later was told be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. It's not right to tell a customer of how long it wod take to fill prescriptions and have to wait even longer than td how long originally it would take to fill.

There is always a problem when I or my family comes to this pharmacy. My mother is a cancer patient who had Brian surgery and any time I need to pick up her medication I have a problem. This is medication that is unfortunately extremely necessary for her. Waiting anything longer than 3 hours to pick up is RIDICULOUS. We always call before I have to go pick it up. I am always told the standard “ hour” and EVERYSINGLE time I arrive at this location I am told it isn’t ready. I understand a place of business gets busy and things don’t always work out the way they should. But, this is consistent behavior. Will definitely be choosing a different pharmacy from now on.

The pharmacist took my rx, walked out of the pharmacy, yelled across the store when I indicated that I didn't know where she went with my rx, looked up my information on her personal phone, and loudly and repeatedly stated that the "medicine was old" and couldn't be identified. I left and went to another pharmacy, which was able to quickly Id the medication and fill my rx without violating HIPPA

I just stop at the store and my son and his friends went inside to get an ice tea and, he was looking for a deodorant as well!And this white lady, told my son if he is not going to buy anything to leave the store.Is any law that say teenager can go to the store and look for something.If you work in a retail store you have to know you are gonna be dealing with all ages customers.What in the world is wrong with this woman.Next time I will come down and confront her so she learned how to treat people.
