From the professional sales person I met initially to the very skilled team who did my install I felt I was in good hands all the way. I was a little worried as I chose a challenging pattern but the install is perfect! They definitely sent the A-team! And even more impressive was the marginal increase in pricing from 17 years ago! Great experience with getting new wood floors installed, replacing older hardwood fllors. Jeff G. at the store was very informative and helped us pick the right brand and got us setup with a wonderful installer, who even removed the vinyl under the existing old hardwood, giving an even continuous look across our foyer, living and dining rooms.There were multiple showrooms in PA where we shopped and could not find the classic oak style floors and could find them only at Worldwide.

Don -- Best Installer Ever!!!!!I recently had my basement re-carpeted by Worldwide. Thankfully, Don, the installer was there to save the day when we began to run into problems. The carpeting could not be laid with padding, but instead needed to be glued down. This was not noted on the original order, that I would need glue. Not sure where the confusion was, as someone had come out to inspect and measure my basement in advance. The carpeting came the day of install with the padding. Don quickly realized that wasn't going to work. He called back to Worldwide to clarify that a switch to glue would need to be made. Then he had to go out to buy the glue. The local Home Depot didn't have it which he only found out once he was there. That meant he had to go to another further location to get the glue. Then he came back and was meticulous in making sure that the carpet went not just near but perfectly under each appliance in my basement, including my water heater, furnace, sink, and washer/dryer. He made sure that the carpeting came up to each leg on the sink and such so that there were no visible gaps anywhere in the carpet. He was so careful about making sure where each seam met the next piece of carpeting that it would align perfectly and there is no way to tell where the seam is. The previous carpet I had in my basement never was as precise. I cannot thank Don enough for all his special efforts on my behalf. He went to great lengths to make me satisfied. I had ordered more carpeting for my den which will be installed another day and have already requested that Don be the installer. He already warned me about one extra piece of stripping I will need in my den and told Worldwide so that the next install will go 100% smoothly. What a great worker! Thanks Don and Worldwide you should give Don employee of the month.

Scott was my sales person at worldwide. His extensive knowledge of flooring of all types along with his pleasant personality made decision-making so much easier than I expected. It also relieved a lot of my stress since the selection there is so vast. I have more to do and when I come back, I will be asking for Scott.

Three crew members, Frank, Angel and Jefferson, phoned to schedule their installation. They were timely and extremely hard working. They moved furniture, installed the carpet and cleaned up after the work was done. They were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend them! Our salesman, Jeff, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He listened to what we wanted and needed and steered us to a great choice. He was very accommodating!!

Edited- Sales and installers were all great to work with. Installers, however, didn’t complete original work order. Only noticed after they left that they only installed 3/4 of the job. Mgmt reached out and worked with us to have them come back out to complete within the week. This is the 3rd or 4th time we’ve used this business and we will continue to work with them in the future.

Selection was wide. Store asst manager kept me informed of when materials would arrive and let me know when to expect to hear about scheduling with installers. They came on time, worked non-stop, cleaned up after themselves, did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

Update as of July 2021:In full transparency, I am now updating my review. You can read the full experience below. As a result of my complaints and my review, I spoke to Darren directly to resolve my situation. Although it has taken a very long time, complicated by Covid, Worldwide has now rectified the situation and addressed all of my concerns. Why not 4 or 5 stars? Well, this all took a significant amount of my time, and could have all been avoided if our floors were installed correctly to begin with. But after much work on my part, Worldwide has made good on their warranty - so thank you.Original review:Let me share with you 9 reasons why you should not run, but sprint in any direction other than to Worldwide for your flooring needs based on my personal experience:1. They hounded me for full payment of our product and installation before they placed one foot in the door.2. Worldwide tried to increase the price of my floor by 50% on the day of installation - and they were the ones that measured our floor before quoting the price.3. Our floor needed repair within the first 6 months. There were parts of the floor that were damaged because of improper installation. They were repaired, but the damage has re-occurred because the improper installation was not addressed.4. After 2 years, there are more than a dozen areas where the floor is failing. It took almost 3 months to get a response to my warranty claim from Worldwide. Now almost 6 months later - the issue is not resolved.5. Worldwide has done very little, if anything to resolve my claim. I get almost zero communication if I don't send the email or make the phone call myself. I have spent significant time trying to work with Worldwide to address the issues - that have been confirmed by a third party - but have zero resolution. Even worse, my floor has been left in pieces for weeks.6. In other reviews, management says that they are interested in customer service - I have contacted the managers that list their information - I have received no response.7. Worldwide sent a third-party inspector to review the floor - the issues cited have not been addressed.8. After 2 years, and thousands of dollars - my floor is unfinished and unusable in parts - see included picture.9. I have been patient in waiting to post this review - but Worldwide has shown very little interest in addressing our issues. It seems from the reviews that have already been posted, this is the only way to get their attention. So be prepared to post your own review should you choose Worldwide.I would strongly recommend that if you are considering Worldwide - you be prepared for a costly headache - because that's what this has been. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Hello, I am renovating my house and found a beautiful floor at worldwide flooring Our sales person Jeff was extremely helpful. Helped us to make our selection, they had a large selection, and then he followed the order all the way through to delivery. I opted to send my contractor to pick up the floor and Jeff Let me know when the floor was being delivered to the store. I didn’t have to follow up with him. He always followed up with me. He let me know when the next shipment was coming in, so I made sure I ordered enough because the next delivery was a few months out. Thank you Jeff for all your help and great service! I’ll add a photo after the floor is laid down. The floor I purchased Was a vinyl floor called blended sienna.

Ive never had better customer service from our sales rep Jeff. He was extremely knowledgeable personable and funny. The flooring we chose and paid for was not available so Jeff gave us a more expensive product for the same price. The installation team headed by marcial Cabral were amazing. They demolished all the old flooring installed the new flooring and put everything in the house back in place perfectly. They even made the beds to my wife’s stamdard. I would definitely use them again…actually I am…they are doing my mud room soon. Make sure when you’re ready to ask for jeff he’s the best

I went in planning to purchase hard wood floor. I was swayed to “luxury” vinyl flooring. I specifically said more than once that I hated the plastic sound when you walk on it AND the air pockets/movement you feel. I was assured if I went with the higher priced brand I would not have those issues. Well you guessed it everything I said I did not want I got. When they sent the installers back(there was also a visible defect right by the entry door that I was told wasn’t a defect ) they did not speak English except to say that’s how the flooring is. It looks good but I’m now stuck with an expensive product that feels cheap and I’m not happy with.
