Matched the online price. That made it easy to just go in and check out. I find that online usually always has what I am looking to buy cheaper or if you place an order online and pick it up in-store they give you a discount. They have always matched the price I show them with my phone from their website. Just a little heads up if going to shop here. Look up the item and see what it will cost if you do it that way. It's worked for me and saved me a lot of money so far.

This is a good store, overpriced but good. If you use the pet grooming services, be very clear on what you want done (my digs nails are grinded never clipped, last time someone did they crushed the whole nail.) Also, their extended stay service has helped us several times!

I wanna start off by saying with the staff was friendly but I don’t feel that they were educated enough on the animals. I ended up Being a guinea pig and I was not aware of the care that this precious baby was going to need I had called asking about exchanges to get a hamster because I’ve had hamsters and I know how to take care of them and it’s actually easier and they said that they don’t do that unless the animal dies But on their pet care box it says there’s a 14 day policy with returns and exchanges no skipping pass that I am updating this from a one star to a three star because the pet care manager mike Was actually helpful when I called about my guinea pig having upper respiratory infection so we’ll see in 15 days if my guinea pig comes back from the vet a happy and healthy I am nervous about separating from her because even though I was overwhelmed at first with the care she’s actually an amazing snuggle bug

This place was filthy.. bird cages were unsecured. Water was disgusting. Cages were filthy!!!! This place does NOT deserve the circle of Excellence because if that is the standards this place needs to be shut down.

They need more inventory for grooming and care for cats . Was hoping to find eye cleaner and the eye stain removal for cats but only found it for dogs and it stated dogs only. I’ll have to go on Amazon instead.

After having issues with Mount Laurel fish department I stopped here on the way down Whitehorse pike. The staff was more than friendly with smiles and "hellos" on the way in. The lady in fish department was a true veteran not only sweet but with lots experience, willing to share her knowledge and tips. Picked out a few koi and weeks later they are looking healthy and beautiful.

Good selection of products, often deals on specific items. Deals have changed recently. Used to be buy one get one half off, now buy one get one 25 percent off on some of the items. Also offers rewards for frequent purchases. Become a member for free, every time you buy you earn points. After certain amount of points you get offers and discounts off your purchases.

We had stopped in because don't bully us rescue was there but had to also pick up cat treats for our dear cat. Just as an observation the store was very clean and organized things were easy to find and neat on the shelves. Wish this store location was closer to me than the one I have near me but if I'm in that area will definitely return. Thank you

We were having home renovation done, and didn't want our 2 dogs to have to endure all the banging and noise. Petsmart was very accommodating. They have a great crew who is friendly. Our two dogs LOVED it. Every day when they came home, they ate and slept from all the play time they had. I would highly recommend these people because they made me feel comfortable leaving our babies with them. Going to start bringing in once a weeksince they love it so much ❤️

Used the hotel and grooming, both were good. They have this pamphlet that they can fill out to let you know how your pet did during the stay but mine wasn’t filled out. Would’ve been nice.

This location is super clean and everyone here is always so nice . If there is something you may need help with from educating customers on the animals sold here , or having a discrepancy about an item they are always there to come up with a way to solve all of your issues or needs. Also, they offer the pets hotel , and grooming services.(If you book with them for the doggie hotel they will give you a free day). Definitely recommend this location ! Good luck .

This Pet Smart is pretty good. On a company level, some things are overpriced. Unless I urgently need something for my pet, I’ll sometimes look a product up online to ensure that I’m not being gouged too much.In specific reference to the store, the employees are friendly. However, today, at checkout, while I was holding a 30 pound bag of dog food, one employee just chatted away with the cashier right in front of me while ringing someone up who had a bunch of small items. I figured to myself that maybe she was training or simply didn’t know the registers. However, when more customers came up and a line started to form, she promptly opened another register. So, customer service could be better there.

The worst experience, and they steal your money in grooming. First, two appointments were made for two shi tzu puppies, the information and the time they had were given. They made the appointment, I arrived at the first one and they did everything, but I was not satisfied with the cut. On the second appointment with the other puppy, they only bathed him and charged me $39, the dog still reeked of dirt and they didn't trim him because he was too small. excuses for not doing his job. Be careful, the first puppy I took was smaller than the second. Where is the logic?

Upon entering the store you are automatically greeted by staff, which is nice but I can't respond because my dog yanks me towards the grooming salon. My dog is like their #1 fan! He can't wait until it's his turn which seems absurd to me given his hatred of the home bathing experience. Whenever I've been in all the dogs are quiet and seem to be enjoying their treatments. The staff must really love what they do because the dogs don't seem to mind.

Came in to purchase some items for my baby. Get to the register, spiked balls are listed as 99 cents, but ring up for $5. Signs all around the bin reflecting 99 cents. Manager was called by Carla, who was phenomenal. Manager decides to go back and forth over the price. It's not the price, it's the customer service. Never tell a customer that they're incorrect when your signs clearly reflect one price. Uh I'd say someone needs to return to customer service training especially being a manager. Horrible! I will stick with Cherry Hill where they know how to treat their customers. By the way, so you know who wrote the review, I was the young lady who told you to mind your business when I was speaking to another customer.

Scheduled appointment to get my 13 year old Lab groomed on January the 1st. I get a call that morning that the person grooming our dog called out. Sorry can't groom your dog. I schedule for today January 16th. I get there with my dog and Anna who checks her out says she has a cut on her back leg. I saw it and it was very small. Anna says no problem and takes her back. I leave and 25 minutes later I get a call that because she is bleeding they can not groom her. I drive all the back only to find that she is not bleeding. The cut was dried up. My issue is why did you let me leave without telling me if she did not stop bleeding you would not be able to groom her. You let me leave and wait 25 minutes to call me. Honestly they looked over booked and was just a good excuse to get rid of a appointment. NEW MANAGEMENT IS NEEDED!!!! Very poor customer service. Sorry Pet Smart but your grooming team just cost you a 20 year loyal customer.
