We shop at this local Walmart frequently. Prices are really good. The workers I have encountered are friendly. The self-checkout works effectively for my husband and I, even during busier times. I was there on a Tuesday night recently, and the store was stocked well. I switch to their pharmacy this year, and I am glad I did as I get quicker refills and less wait time compared to other local well-known pharmacies. This Walmart is clean. They have a nice bakery for the price of their items. My husband is a big fan of their snickerdoodle cookies. This Walmart also has many theme bakery items, which is great for the holidays and parties. I personally haven't bought clothes at this Walmart for myself, but I have bought items for a family member in a nursing home. Clothes are priced great for what she needs, along with being soft, comfortable, & washable. This Walmart has plenty of parking. I just wanted to provide an overall review of this Walmart since our experiences have been positive.

The bakery used to be wonderful and where I would get my cakes done. They must have changed staff because there is a mother and daughter now. The daughter is rude and can’t tell time. I called to see if my cake was ready as I hadn’t been notified. My time window was between 12pm-1pm. The daughter gets on the phone and when i ask about it she goes it’s not 12 or 1 yet. I said actually it’s 12:10 and she just says oh. Then says my cake isn’t going to be like i ordered because i ordered a smaller size and the machine is broken. I said why didn’t anyone call I would have changed it or ordered elsewhere and she does “we didn’t want you to cancel it.” Not only is that unprofessional but i put the order is a week ago for my sons birthday pictures. So now i have to go in and hope it’s not detrimental as i have an hour before his pictures. Just the worst experience and surely won’t order from bakery while those two are on staff.

I experienced the best customer service at this Walmart by a young woman named Kyra. I had ordered a grocery order for pick up, and she brought the order out to me. She helped bag everything, and was extremely kind. I tried to hand her a tip, she refused. I was very impressed with her professionalism and her commitment to being an awesome Walmart employee. Kudos to this Walmart for having such awesome and kind employees that go out of their way to assist customers!!

I went to the bakery on 12/1 to order a birthday cake for my daughter’s first birthday, which I thought would’ve been exciting. But the woman working was so annoyed that I was even placing an order. After she was nasty to me, I just picked one and left because she made it such a miserable experience. My mother went back the very next day to change the cake to something we’d actually like. Too bad it was the same miserable woman that again, was bothered we were even there. She also is making us get a smashcake that only comes white and says she absolutely can’t do anything else, which is completely false since my niece just got her daughter’s smash cake there and they made it a small watermelon cake. I will never go back to the bakery ever again. What was supposed to be an exciting moment, was absolutely horrible because of this woman. I’ve been in the service industry for 22 years and have never treated someone like that. Maybe someone should reevaluate her and her job

I really enjoy this particular Wal-Mart. They have a wonderful inventory of anything you would need. I also think they have a wonderful produce department. Great selection. Awesome bakery, too. Friendly staff as well.

Please becareful when buying frozen food. "Heard from friend" overnight stocker who has seen and forced to do things like work a pallet of frozen food for an hour. Frozen food should only be out of freezer for 20 mins. Per health department. After 20 mins. Food should be disposed of but not the case. Same for cold foods which are rarely rotated or discarded out of date. Summer time produce is full of fruit flies. Stock room is rarely cleaned. Food left on floor , mold , bugs , and mice. Also , take caution at night when employees putting stacked pallets on the floor. No one knows how to stack a pallet. Pallets full of chemicals are unstable and can fall. Just be extremely cautious ⚠️ when shopping this store. Store is rated as worst store in NJ , but you the consumer will never here that.

I had an issue with my delivery but Emily called from the store to see if it ever showed and if there was anything she could do to fix the problem! Thankfully my order did show up a day later. A neighbor accidentally got my package and after opening it realized it was not theirs and returned it to me. Thank you Emily for going above and beyond for me! You're awesome!

It’s gotten much better in the past year. Better stock on the shelves, smoother operations. Minimal issues with store pick up and delivery, but self checkout moves pretty quickly.

It is always clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. Ever since the pandemic the shelves have not been stocked very well. They used to be open 24 hours but Covid robbed us of that as well. The abundance of self check out stations is great!

I came to pick up a TV that didnt fit in my car, and asked if I could come back the next day with a bigger vehicle. All of the workers handled this so well, I was able to get my TV the next day and they helped me load it. I appreciate the understanding and care that went into this situation

Towering pallets all over are annoying as they pose a hazard. But overall I got everything I needed. Pharmacy is a 10/10.

For starters, it's Walmart. Which means it's usually gonna be great.Shockingly smart setup for Jersey. AT LEAST 20 self checkouts which allows them to have more registers open with the same 3 cashier's.Also some of these self checkouts had counter space with multiple sets of bags so you can actually bag your items. (Although they did have those same terrible walmart bags that require you to use a minimum of 5 if you want it to hold up till you get to your truck)Also not sure why but it looked nicer then the average Walmart (higher end)

We ordered groceries to be picked up.We got a notification at 6:45pm that they were ready. We only live ten minutes down the road. It is now 7:40 and our groceries still haven’t been brought out to us. There is a car next to us that got here ten minutes after us, and got their groceries first. We could have gotten this done quicker by just shopping ourselves. I will never use this service again and would not recommend it to anyone. I would give zero stars if it was possible. Absolutely unacceptable

At walmart walking out i understand they have to check peoples when they walk out ! But why would you wave 2 white women bye but my receipt gets check for 2 minutes? Because im hispanic! If your gonna check it check everyones !!! And it be the people that you wave bye that would be the ones stealing!

I had a sprained foot, and i got to the self check out register first and i had a order for my neighbor (10 packs of dried clovers) and most of one for my mom, my mom followed and said to the person working the bullpen, that she is with me and we got 12 of these (Great Value Purified Drinking Water | 1 Gallon), my mom should have kept her mouth shut, the person working the bullpen came to the register yanked out my card out of the reader while I was processing the first transaction for my neighbor didn't even look at what was being purchased. She quickly appologized when she found out I had 2 orders, but she should have never pulled out my card from the card reader and aborted the transaction because I had 10 items being purchased in the first order, and she thought there was supposed to be 12. yes 12 in the second order. she cancelled so i can add the other 2 items that she thought was missing to the order and did it forcefully. She might have been doing her job. but she should have at least asked first rather than being forceful.

I was pretty happy with this store as it has a nice variety of items from produce to clothes to healthcare. As of today I am very disappointed with the bakery department and would never recommend anyone getting a cake for an event here. A cake for 30 people was ordered over 3 weeks before the event, several texts were exchanged since. The morning of the event we received a text that the order was cancelled and when we called they had no record of the order. We were told there was some kind of emergency and a bunch of orders were cancelled. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Horrible customer service.

Not sure what to say as the store is just as expected. Lots of variety in store, from food to electronics to makeup and so on. You can pretty much find whatever you need here. There's really only lines at the store when a holiday is coming up. I mostly go just for food shopping and for the pharmacy. But I do love taking the time to just browse the whole store. You'll never know what cool things you can find! I've personally never had any "stereotypical Walmart" things happen while I've gone. Never seen a fight go down or a Karen freaking out over something dumb. So, it's overall a great store to go to!

This is one of the better Walmarts. I was disappointed in this one for my own personal reasons which are, they don't sell paintball guns at this one and, there seems to be a large lack of freaks and scantly clad strippers at this one. The store is fine and clean and otherwise has everything I need when I go there.

Today I picked up an order outside that they brought out to my car. I was so surprised at how fast it came out. It seems like 30 seconds after I said I was there in the app two young ladies were walking out to my car bringing me my order. Excellent work.

This Walmart is my absolute Go-To! When I do go to other Walmarts, they feel different because the Crew at the Lacey Walmart is AMAZING! They answer my questions kindly. The staff is willing to WALK me over to the right aisle and help me find something; not just point randomly,"it over there." They actually Smile at you; even with the masks, the staff seems to appreciate customers in a special way. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Walmart!

I had not been to a Walmart since 2019 up until recently. The employees seem very friendly much more so then I last remember. However the self checkout structure is way to overwhelming for me. Way to many people in a confined area with employees breathing down your neck( so it feels) as you are using the self checkout. I experience slight anxiety in crowded areas and claustrophobic to an extent. Therefore this dynamic does not exactly work for me.Furthermore, my reasoning for not shopping at walmart. Moreover upon exit each person is checked as if your exiting a state penitentiary. AGAIN.. (so it feels) Unfortunately homedepot was out of what I needed and walmart was not, which is why I ventured here to begin with.. rather unhappily. On a positive.. along with friendly employees, they are well stocked with great finds! Conclusively I just wish it was a more pleasurable shopping experience.
