5 stars for the Lanoka Harbor store, but ZERO stars for this company. I am SOOO disappointed that this store is closing as of 3/1/24. This successful and busy store was always a pleasure to shop and get my dog groomed at (Greta is the BEST!!!). Always clean and neat and the employees were always kind and helpful. (My guess is that the landlord has opted to cancel/not renew their lease. Should be interesting to see what goes in that space). I'm a bit annoyed that this store is no longer honoring their "company coupons". What kind of policy is that? It's not like the company is going out of business!

Always a warm welcome when entering the store. I give Max a bath there every month. The tubs are always clean and sanitized, shampoo is always full and lots of towels available. Its very convenient and I always leave there happy...Max too because I buy him a special cookie!! Koodos to Lacey Pet Supplies Plus!!

This store is constantly out of taste of the wild dog food. I ordered 2 bags of food. It took 3 weeks for me to get a call that it was in. The store was running a storewide sale for 2 weeks but now my dog food came in at 3 weeks, so I am stuck paying full price. Don't trust their website either, they state that an item is in stock and it isn't. So before going there, call the store directly. If you have a problem or expect a call back from their manager, that won't happen either. I guess it is time to drive to their Bayville store.

Have always had a pleasant experience when going to this store. Staff is always welcoming and helpful. My last visit was exceptionally great as I was on a mission to find something that my dog would like. The young lady took her time to walk with me and explain different brands and show me the variety of brands to choose from. Obviously I was overwhelmed by the choices and she suggested I try Wellness. She mentioned that her dog loved the brand so I figured I would give it a try. Well…. She was right!!! My dog NEVER eats anything other than wet food and when I gave her a scoop of this dry food she ate it ALL in a matter of minutes. So happy that someone took the time to help me and show me that they love what they do and are good at it. Great job!!!

Unfortunately, this store is closing in March. The employees have always been helpful and knowledgeable. I've never had problems with them.

This is THE BEST Pet Supplies Plus store Ive ever been to! And Ive gone to the stores from one end of NJ to the other.The managers Mike and Matthew, Emily and the rest of the staff (Im sorry I dont remember everyones names!) are more than helpful and polite. They literally “go the extra mile” for their customers. 😊⭐️👍🏼They always have the dog food I use and on the rare occasion they dont have the size bag I need- they have it by the next day! When they take your number and say they will call you- they really do follow up and call you!The grooming services are also great! They take care of my separation anxiety dog and give him a bath, dremmel his nails and he is totally clean and happy when I pick him up! Monet is the best groomer!When I go into this store I feel very welcomed. I feel assured that I will have a positive shopping experience!Definitely go to this Pet Supplies Plus store. Its so worth it!

Not only did I come in here all the time before working here without a single issue, but working here has been one of the most rewarding and beneficial experiences of my life. Love this store there is only one problem they never carry enough of the 6 oz bag of dr. martys for small breeds. they never have enough or someone buys them all when they do get them...also they don't carry any food or biscuts for old dogs with no teeth they should look into a soft chew for toothless dogs. there are alot of them an no one ever has anything for them....also many dogs can't have fats due to pancreititis issues so they should carry low fat items less then 9 percent fat for all those sick dogs they would like to have something too.

I have 5 dogs and visit this location a few times a week. I have never had anything less then a perfect experience. All the employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra to help. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dogs needs. I’m so happy they are in Lacey !

Love this place! Always friendly staff, tons of affordable products, and they’re the only local pet shop to carry my dog’s favorite toy that she constantly destroys lol. The “bakery” is a top notch bonus too!

Staff was very helpful! I spoke to the store manager and he was very informative. I was looking for a dog food that wasn’t in store and he went as far as special ordering it for me. As soon as the order arrived in store I was contacted to pick up my order. These PSP employees have been the most kind and professional pet supplies employees I have ever spoken to.

Terrible experience never have my dogs food in stock. Literally had a manager lie to me and say he order it and call me. Never called and came back to no stock again. Bayville location is much better, they actually listen to customers and keep things in stock. Don’t waste your time here

Pet wash is convenient and clean. The steps to get the bigger dogs in the bath and not having to be bent over washing the dog is a breeze. Greta did a great job with my pets nail trim. The entire staff is friendly.

Manager was disgustingly inappropriate and rude to not only the customers, but saw him being especially nasty towards his own employees. Store was dirty and insanely overpriced. Dont waste your time going here, better off at Lacey Pet- they truly go the extra mile and give adorable freebies for your fluff's birthday

Pet supplies plus is a excellent place to shop plus they have a do it yourself dog wash which is very convenient. Staff is always courteous and always willing to help with your needs. I highly recommend Per Supplies Plus. And for more convenience they open another store in Lanoka Harbor down the road from me. Thank you Pet Supplies Plus, it's always a pleasure shopping with you.

I only give 5 stars for the groomer she is very nice and does a great job. I CANT STAND THE STORE!!! The remodel is awful and one employee was very rude to me. I miss pet value and don’t say u don’t have record of me being a costumer because this is under a different name then my account at ur store. The old store was beautiful and the employees were amazing it’s just so sad this remodel had to happen to a local Lacey store.

I was so happy to discover another Pet supplies plus had opened in Lanoka Harbor! I personally like this store much better then the Bayville store. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the store is so comfortable to shop in. I do not get the “ comfortable & personalized “ feeling In the Bayville store as I do here. Moreover the staff in Lanoka are so knowledgeable and pro-active in actually wanting to help you, unlike the Bayville store. Highly recommend for all your pet supply needs! :)

I can't believe the people (or fake profiles) reviewing here 😂 the previous store is the one that was horribly overpriced and had terrible selection. Just like the bayville location, this place has the best prices I've seen at any pet store, and they carry the sensitive skin and stomach food I give my cats. I was delighted to see this store open so close to home. Keep on keeping on folks.
