Extremely poor customer service. Tried to return ice cream because it was completely freezer burnt and Cheryl accused us of not even buying it. Extremely rude and unprofessional, argumentative the entire time. Disgusting

PHARMACY: Don't bother calling them, they never answer. Park the car and walk in, the drive thru is always backed up and takes so much longer. Very under staffed

The Lanoka Harbor CVS is the worst CVS or ANY retail store I have EVER been to! The Manager needs to GO! I will only visit the Waretown location from now on. I spend a great deal of $$ at CVS but will not return to the Lanoka Harbor location until the management cleans up their act! Just because it is the most convenient location for me does not mean I will shop there. I would appreciate a call form upper management about my concerns!
