Placed an on-line order, drove 25 minutes and and when I arrived, was informed I'd have to sit in a massive line that was wrapped around the corner for an event that was taking place. The purpose of online orders is to expedite the process and avoid unnecessary waits.I ended up leaving and discovered a wonderful, very accommodating boutique in town, so not all was lost.***Response to Owner***Yes, online orders due tend to take 5-10 minutes, hence my frustration of being told I'd have to wait in a massive line AFTER I had arrived. Would've been cool to let your customers know things would be handled differently that day and let us adjust accordingly.

This place is genuinely special and I am saying that as a medicinal card holder talking about a recreational only place. Don't let that scare you if you're a medicinal patient and think this will be expensive because you get all kinds of discounts. But more importantly to me, I can confidently say that I have never been to another dispensary in this state that has more friendly or helpful staff and that's not just for dispensaries, this might be the friendliest and most helpful store I've ever been to. Last time I was there, Jennifer helped me immensely and that's not a one-time thing. Everybody is like that. They genuinely care about what they do and they are more than willing to help you out. It seems like people have a tendency to not want to ask for help and dispensaries but, that feeling melts away as soon as you walk in. But I suppose everybody wants to know about the quality and yep, same story as a staff, it's the best anybody could get in New Jersey and actually has really good variety. They honestly have so much more quality items to pick from then much larger, medicinal/recreational dispensaries. I don't know how they always managed to have the perfect stuff in stock and if there's something very specific you're looking for, ask the staff. They will know and even if someone doesn't for some reason, they're the kind of people who are willing to figure it out with you so you can make an informed purchase and that is why I will only ever purchase from this dispensary end of story. Oh, and it's in a beautiful River Town and they have genuinely very good line of hardware for sale as well. I've never seen GravLab equipment at other dispensaries in the state or a lot of the other stuff they sell. If I didn't already have one, this is where I would get it. Never going anywhere else because those places feel like being in a weird science experiment compared to this place which is genuinely welcoming. It's what a dispensary should be like and it doesn't disappoint.

Nice place, nice people, not always the most knowledgeable, not always correct in the info they dispense.Betwixt the various strains,the disparity in pricing is ludicrous. More than some other places. Is someone really going to pay $75 for 3.5 grams? That’s a $600 oz.!!!!! Plus tax.The rewards program leaves much to be desired. I earn ‘points’ easily but can only redeem them at $5 off my next purchase. The competition has that beat by a long shot. I often get free product.I don’t like the sterile experience. I cant see what I’m buying, cant be sure the weight is correct (short by 1/2 gram many times) and the inner seal has been tampered with several times. Sometimes there’s no outer seal. I cant open or inspect my purchase in the store and there are no returns.That’s not just this store. All the corporate stores are like that.Why cant I see what I’m buying BEFORE purchase. Why cant I see you weigh it in front of me on a scale certified by the municipal authority?The whole thing is kinda pretentious. It’s just weed. Been going on for a thousand years. New kids on the block just trying to make it all hipster. I was good with a baggie. A ziploc was a nice upgrade.

The best dispensary for adult use hands down. They are great for medical use as well but it’s refreshing to have an establishment that prioritizes recreational customers. Their prices are fair and they offer a discount for first time buyers as well as daily sales. They offer plenty of options for rec unlike other places that favor medical use. The employees are all great, especially George. He is the man 😁.

I work in NYC, nothing comes close to the quality as well as the knowledge that you get at Union Chill! Jennifer is my go to. Her understanding of figuring out your balance is fantastic. I also adore how she takes the time to talk big picture versus a quick fix. Jennifer gets 5 stars ALL the way!

The prices here are outrageous. $100 for a vape cartridge is ridiculous. I know it's "bougie" Lambertville and most people are probably disconnected enough from reality to pay that, but just because you can charge that much, does that mean you should? I purchased the "flower littles" on my last two visits to try to not overspend. First time they were great. My most recent purchase of 1/4 had big chunks of loose stems. Pretty disappointing.Between my last visit and my most recent, they stopped accepting cards. I asked why and got a mumbled answer about their POS systems not being compatible. Uh- that's what POS systems are for. Seems fishy and shady.I'm giving two stars because the staff is nice and the place has some vibe and isn't just stark and cold like others.I'll still be taking the extra drive to the stark and cold dispensary every few months to stock up though. Even with the extra gas used, I'll still spend less than the 4 minutes drive to Lambertville.

Stopped by on Sunday on my way home and had the most pleasant experience! Alex was my bud-tender and she was super helpful and friendly. She was able to provide recommendations based on what I was looking to get help with and eased my anxiety straight away. The other staff were friendly and helpful as well.Building is clean and has a chill atmosphere, living up to its name. The security guy/bouncer (didn’t catch his name unfortunately) at the entrance was professional and lots of fun to joke around with. Average to slightly above average pricing for the items I got, but having it closer in Lambertville is worth it for me. Their friendliness and professionalism has made me a repeat customer for future!
