Everyone there gave awful energy because my corgi is a corgi and they think she behaved terribly but they just don’t know how to cooperate with corgi temperament. Fortunately I was only there for a brief stint and went once before moving. They wanted me to buy a muzzle and come in with a muzzle next time!! My other vets have always been great with her! They also prefer to take the dog away from my sight. Wouldn’t trust that because clearly they don’t know how to cooperate with my dog. I would never go back. I’m sure some people appreciate them more than I do and they at least did some basics right.

I have been taking my dogs here since Dr.'s Jess and Andrew took over the practice from the previous owners. They are great and have always shown a genuine concerns for our pets. We just had to put our beloved rescue Zoe to sleep. Having to euthanize your pet is an excruciating ordeal, but Dr. Andrew and the staff were very compassionate about it and assured us we were doing the right thing to end her suffering. They understand that your pets are family. I think it's also important to point out that no vet or doctor can perform miracles. The main thing is that they are compassionate and thorough in their diagnostics and care, and I can say confidently that they are both at Lambertville Animal Hospital.

Lambertville animal hospital is, like so many veterinarians, primarily focused on their profits over the well-being of our pets and with NO concern for the client whatsoever. They represent the elitist attitude of the you need us more than we need you model of doing business. In June of last year, I made the mistake of choosing this location for no other reason than... location. I spent hundreds of dollars for a bladder infection in my girl Luna, caused by a possible bladder stone just to get an antibiotic prescription and hundreds for a special diet that did nothing. Western medicine is well known for the 'treat the symptom not the cause' approach and refusing to consider any approach that might be holistic. Office visits pills tests surgeries that is your choice at Lambertville animal hospital, and we all know the insane cost IN THIS COUNTRY of going to a vet. This approach ensures the vet will reap the maximum $ amount possible as the first concern. When I asked for a refill for the antibiotic, I was told the office visit testing nonsense was the only choice if I wanted antibiotics for her minor bladder infection. At that point I had already decided to move on to a new vet as Lambertville Vet hospital was not working. I informed them I was giving Luna a supplement to break up any bladder stone. The response was arrogant and pointless telling me the supplement will never work (LOL)_ and that Luna needs surgery when she does not... in fact, the STONE BREAKER is working it is clear the stone is dissolving as she tries to pee less often and for less time. For $30 the result thus far is far beyond the results of the hundreds spent at Lambertville Animal Hospital. I decided to write this review today as I received another dose of Lambertville animal hospital arrogance today when they sent me CERTIFIED MAIL saying they would no longer help my dog! SHAME ON YOU for your arrogance and belief that we even need your pay through the nose approach to helping our beloved pets!

We have been taking our dog here from day 1. The staff is great and our pup loves to visit them. Great for veterinary services and routine nail trimming. Highly recommended.

I have been taking my cat here for 5 years. The staff is wonderful and very compassionate for you as well as your pet. They have great hours for your convenience.My only issue is that they are a but expensive. Thank goodness for credit cards.

This is one of the only vets I have ever been to where the entire staff is awesome. I really mean that. They are caring with my cats, nice to my kids and genuinely friendly and kind to all. I had both my cats spayed there and they did an excellent job - even calling to check in on the cats status afterward. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

We recently had to say good-bye to our dog of 14 years. I always knew that the staff at the Lambertville Animal Hospital were kind, but the compassion they showed that day was beyond. It was a hard day and decision. And doing it during the pandemic was not ideal. However, the staff explained exactly what would happen when we arrived. They made a difficult time a lot better. Thank you

Brought my dog there for a skin allergery. They were so good with him and very practical when it came to a solution. Next day I was able to get a same day appt for my sick cat. Although the news I got was heartbreaking, the Dr was very empathetic and took the time to explain my options and what to expect as my awesome cat passed away at home with me.

Dr Jessica Greendorer couldn't have been any more understanding with our baby Jamaica, the entire staff at the Lambertville Animal Hospital could not have been any more caring. I highly​ recommend this caring establishment to anyone with a pet. I will be bringing our next pet here.....thanks so much for caring so much......two thumbs ups...

THE BEST OF THE BEST! I have used LAH for many years through my animal welfare organization Lambertville Animal Welfare - they have seen HUNDREDS of our cats for every medical issue and emergency possible. They have also seen our dogs as well as other exotics like ferrets, a peahen, rabbits etc. Dr Andrew and Dr Jessica put their hearts and soul into their practice - their clients and their pets, their staff, and the surrounding communities. They care deeply. Very compassionate. They are both brilliant vets who will go above and beyond to diagnose a pet's illness/condition, including researching the latest in vet medicine to help the animal have the best chance possible to recover. THeir hearts are open to our outdoor community cats - the "ferals" that other vets do not want to work with...they understand that FIV+ cats can live long lives in homes with non FIV+ cats - every single animal is worth fighting for. We have used/are familiar with other vets in Hunterdon and Bucks - THEY ARE THE GOLD STANDARD in vet care. They have always had a wonderful, caring, and professional staff - it feels like a family that is there to help you when you need help the most for your beloved pet. Lambertville Animal Welfare thanks them for all of the help and support that they give to us and our local pets in need.

My first experience was not good. Dealt with an incredibly rude receptionist, but I thought I would give them another try since I live in town and like to support local businesses.However, they still don't make it easy and can never give a direct answer. I called about getting my dog neutered and ask for a simple estimate. The woman on the phone told me I would have to come in and have my puppy examine (which I'm sure there is an additional fee for that), and then she could give me an estimate. They also wanted to know about his vaccinations. (Why?) He has all his shots but what difference does it make to them? I was calling about something else!I would think that for such a common procedure, they would have a ball park number on how much nutering a small dog would cost. I don't have a lot of time and going back yet again to have the actual procedure is NOT convenient for busy people. Just heard from a colleague of mine, that Animal Alliance on rt 179 does nutering for $125 for dogs under 39-lbs. If they can post their prices, why can't LAH?? Silly office policies make people go to the competition.

Terrible vet. Stay away. Didn't bother to review X-Rays with me or recommend a single thing to help my cat despite his foot injury. Both the Stockton and New Hope Vets recommended actual plans to help my cat - splinting, trying to reconnect with minor surgery. The Lambertville Animal Hospital did nothing, suggested nothing. I've since heard so many horror stories from other folks who also say that Lambertville Animal Hospital did nothing to help their sick pets.

I bring my cats here and everyone is so nice and you can tell they really care about animals. My appointments are always right on time. One of my cats was really sick all of a sudden once and they let me bring him in very close to closing the same day I called. 💓
