Sure the ice cream is good. Service stinks. Every time I have gone there in one way or another they have messed up the order. Toms River is the best run location. Too bad I wasn't closer. Their phone also is sticky and hasn't been fixed. That should tell you something.

Ice cream is very good but they need to staff better. There is about 20 people online outside in the heat on a Sunday night and they only have 2 people working. They’re only allowing 2 groups in at a time. They should have another person working the outside window to allow the line to move quicker without letting people inside because I understand social distancing still. About 5 people have already gotten offline. Just a suggestion for management…

Every Sunday we have ice cream.. we moved from point pleasant to Manchester. We loved our ice cream at Sundae's in Point Pleasant. We loved the quality of the ice cream & the staff. But now we are in Manchester and Mrs Walker's ice cream is a hop skip and a jump away. I can only say that I now have a second best ice cream place to go to. The flavors are wonderful the service is wonderful. So if you're in Point pleasant go to Sundae's, but if you're in manchester/lakehurst go to Mrs Walker's you can't go wrong.... You might get chubby but you can't go wrong! delicious!

This ice cream place really stands out in this old town. The homemade ice cream is top notch. The staff is exceptionally pleasant. Whether you live in the area or just passing through on route 70, I definitely recommend you stop here and grab yourself a nice refreshing treat.

Now I understand why this place always seems to have a line outside! My chance of getting slim for the summer has disappeared. I don't do fruit toppings, but I've tried a lot of the other ones on ice cream and custard. I've liked just about everything. I'm ready to buy Mrs.Walker a ring.

They have a friendly staff and hands down the best ice cream 🍦in town. If you are in the Lakehurst or Manchester area this place is a must. You can grab your favorite flavor and enjoy it by near by Lake Horicon. They also have ice cream soda which is our personal favorite 😋. Enjoy!

Some of the best homemade ice cream going. The vanilla malted milkshake is the best I have had without question. Simple can't beat the quality. Generous on the toppings too Outside seating. Friendly staff is also a plus.

Mrs Walker's opened on Sat., 25 March and was I ready! My nephew and I stopped for our first ice cream of the Spring and it was truly a treat. He enjoyed butter pecan and chocolate fudge, I chose butter pecan, my favorite. The ice cream was delicious, creamy and so fresh and the staff is fun.Be warned though that there is road work tying up Union Avenue, but it is so worth the trouble to taste the best ice cream in Ocean County.

I love going to Mrs. Walker's. Everyone is so friendly & they have everything under one roof--Italian ices, ice-cream & frozen yogurt. Even the frozen yogurt flavors are hard to choose from because they're all so good!I used to miss my regular ice cream shop up in north Jersey, but since finding this place, that's a thing of the past.

Drove 30 minutes to get ice cream tonight because hours listed online were until 9:30The door was open but as soon as i opened it I heard from behind counter "we are closed" . I said if you do close at 9 instead of 930 you should really change your hours listing online. She yelled back " Not our website" .In the end ..I am compelled to write this review because of the rudeness of the young lady behind the counter. The ice cream may be good but not that good to be talked to like that....we found another place that was open and the ice cream was good. Best wishes ...you are not the only act in town and we will not be back

This ice cream is so yummy, I live right in town so it's super convenient, I've been coming here my whole life. My one complaint is that they have 0 customer service skills. Every single time I go in there anyone is never smiling and look completely miserable. It makes the whole expierence extremely unpleasant.

If you love ice cream then this is the place to go. We've been coming here for years.The people who work here are very nice. There are tables and chairs if you want to eat inside. Or if you prefer to eat outside there are more tables and chairs plus benches. I definitely recommend this place.

I think the carosel in Silverton is way better. Same flavors and they gave me a sugar free cake for my son's bday one year. Talk about friendship and listening skills.
