Haircut , was good, they cut the nail on two paws too short my dog was bleeding in the car and on my pants went back told Jen you need to do something so she quits bleeding . I asked for covering so she went and wrapped a guaze on her paws. I also didn't want the tail cut and she did. After they hurt my baby . Might be time to find another groomer. Never had any problem till this visit. Maybe it was the hair cutter.

I brought in a dog who is so mellow. Laid back. They told me 65.00. It's a small schnauzer. I went to pick him up. She said oh it's 10.00 extra more because he tried to bite her . Not fair to the customer. He does not bite. Should have asked to see bite marks.Its a joke place. Never again.

Shaved my husky mix after being told not to. You shouldnt have to tell a groomer to not shave a dog with a double coat. They clearly do not know what they are doing. They also dont require dogs to have the rabies vaccine. They are cash only which again seems like a red flag.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not take your dog here! 2yrs ago I came here and they did a terrible job. My groomer was booked and I thought I would give it another try. I told them what happened and they assured me whoever it was no longer works here. I showed them many photos of how I wanted my dog's face cut. They butchered his face again, I asked them to fix it but it still looked terrible. I told them this was unacceptable and they started saying nasty things about me and my dog. This has never happened to me before and I am shocked, angry and upset. This is how they treat their customers do not go

Stephanie is by far the sweetest and caring groomer that my pup has ever been too. My puppy is always super anxious and to be honest a handful when it comes to the simplest things and Stephanie has gone above and beyond to make sure that my pup is comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!!!

Our dog really likes the staff here, she gets her nails trimmed and they do a nice job. She doesn’t cry and they are always kind to her. This is a cash only establishment.The only reason for 4 stars is that every time I go there is a different person who charges me a random price. I never know how much it is going to cost so I always bring at least $20.

Specifically told groomer NOT to shave my grandpomsky. 3½ hours later Tallulah was completely shaved ruining her double coat. Shop was trying to defend the indefensible. My daughter is contacting a lawyer.indefensible.

The owner was very abrupt. She rushed you through and than didn't even take two seconds to examin my dog's nails to look for the quick, just started clipping. She cut the quick and made my dog bleed. Totally brushed it off as nothing and rushed us out. Affordable or not, never going again.

I was very happy with the job that was done on all 3 of my yorkies. Nancy was very accommodating with me and my gang. The pups were done beautifully and Nancy went above and beyond to ensure our happiness, she was super friendly and even helped me to my car💕

I asked them to TRIM her and cut her nails. The took a razor to her and shaved her hair SHORT. Even her face hair ! Did not cut her nails. Do not take your dog here

This place is a chop shop. The owner learned to groom from her garage and decided to open this place up. My mom just got her two poodles groomed there and this is the worst top knot I've ever seen in my lifetime. I've been grooming over 10 yrs now and I've seen better poodle heads from students just learning how to groom. If you don't care what your dog looks like after it's groomed than go here. But if you care in the slightest bit do not go here. Ear hair wasn't even plucked and honestly anyone want to contact me I'd be happy to show you photos of what my mom's two dogs look like. Very unsafe place not using the correct blades on the face risking cutting the dogs face. Bad bad place to go to.

They remembered my dog's name and the fact that he has skin tags they were very careful when they did their assessment they were able to catch all his moles andremember where they were when it came time for cutting him his cut and the final look was amazing I told them what kind of cut I was looking for and they nailed it and it looked better than what I had expected
