Called today in a pinch. I needed a place to get my stuff in immediately. I spoke to Chuck, and he was so pleasant and helpful on the phone. He really helped assess my needs for storage and helped me make an informed decision without breaking the bank! When I got to the office, he was courteous and pleasant. He offered superior customer service. My unit that was assigned was clean and ready to go. Convenient location, easy to get to. I much prefer this storage place over any of the big chain places that pull you in with one price and then you get slammed with another. Chuck was very upfront with the pricing and really made my day. Thank you!

What can you say about a storage facility. It is what it is. A space to hold something. I do like the fact no code to remember, private setting.The best had nothing to do with storage. I spoke with someone inside the office. Yes, that place with just a body behind a counter. He was fantastic. Our conversation,his knowledge/passion of what he does was amazing. Kudos to someone who is worth talking to 👍

I rented a storage unit at this location for about 5-6 years. When we originally got the place they were extremely accommodating as I was moving across the country. Switching credit cards throughout my rental there was no issue at all! They always answered the phone or would give me a call back in no time! There is an elevator that was super easy to use since I was on the second floor. When closing out my rental they were helpful and it was such an easy process. Great storage units, very accommodating, and I'd rent from them again in the future!

I have been renting storage units at American Self Storage for over a year now. It has been a great experience, and Tom, the manager, has been one of the most professional and nicest people to do business with. He has provided exceptional customer service and has always taken the extra step to be as helpful as possible. The units are very clean and reasonably priced, and I highly recommend this facility for storing your items.

Wowww this place is ABSOLUTELY amazing. The place right down the street Snapbox Storage are big rip offs, they were so overly priced and raise your rent every 6 months. American Storage is the way to go. I am so glad I moved my stuff in here and got my things out of that Snapbox place. ABSOLUTELY rent here they are the best. That Snapbox place is OMG the worst. I highly recommend American Storage. Really couldn't ask for better service or price. Simply the best ever storage. Thanks American storage for being honest good business people.

Easy access 24-7 where other places I've been close after 10:00 p.m. Because of business it is important for me to have access at any time. Never had an issue here
