This Rite Aid pharmacy is wonderful. The pharmacists and all the pharmacy staff really do everything that is possible to them to help make the connection from doctor to those who needed that help. The store is in an oddly busy area of New Jersey, so that connection is not only highly important but also very complex for this area of people. Yet, they are very patience, very smart and super kind at navigating retail pharmacy to help people in New Jersey who are sick. Honestly.All the Rite Aids are like this. Go here. it’s not cvs or walgreens, trust me on this one everyone.

Rite Aid in Lk. Hiawatha is my favorite store. I go there multiple times a week and I get greeted by everybody. Everybody helps me the pharmacy is wonderful. Sometimes I go there just to walk around Rite Aid is wonderful !!!

The service in this place has gotten extremely Slow an extremely inaccurate. I just waited 20 minutes for prescriptions. That I couldn't even leave with. Had I waited for the prescriptions to be done? Hey, I would have sat there for 40 minutes. For something that I was told was done hours ago. Now I have to go a full weekend without medicine. I really need thanks to inaccurate service.

The past three times I’ve been to Rite Aid have been extremely pleasant experience, thanks to Lori! She is always smiling and goes above and beyond to make sure all customers are happy and being helped. I will continue coming to this store thanks to her! Rite Aid in Lake Hiawatha has an extra friendly staff. Both pharmacists, Mike and Darshan, are always accessible and EXTRA helpful. Natanya, at the pharmacy counter, is super attentive and friendly. Although she is a new staff member who I’ve only seen a few times, she has already memorized our family name (Donnelly) and the exact location of our prescriptions on the holding rack, making pick-up extra fast and extra satisfying because of her delightful personal touch! I’ve also noticed she always has a smile and kind word for each customer!

I dont usually have a problem with this place, but im a little mad because it is 8:30pm and the pharmacy is closed even though the schedule is 9pm according to the chart on the door. I need my sons prescription so he can take it in the morning on time and i thought I had time to get here before they closed. I guess I have to hope they will actually wake up on time. Thanks A Lot.

Our Rite Aid in Lake Hiawatha is The Best Shopping Experience.I am always greeted with a smile, I am asked First if there is anything they can do to help my shopping experience. Amy, Lori, Terrie-Ann Impeccable work ethics. I always save Money Shopping at our Rite Aid. This Rite Aid is always stocked, neat, and Clean Well Organized. I look forward to easy and helpful shopping experience. All Employees are well trained go above and beyond. The Fast Check out is Great I am always saving money. Please give Rite Aid a try you will be very Impressed with your entire shopping experience and savings.

I hate to write this review because the store itself is quite nice and the pharmacists are nice when you are actually physically in the store but regardless, the pharmacy absolutely refuses to answer calls from customers and oftentimes doctors' offices, too. I have called and called trying to get through to speak with someone in the pharmacy department, sometimes calling 5 or 6 times in one day, and unfortunately the pharmacy department refuses to answer the phone. This is unprofessional and really unacceptable.

It is the worst place to have your prescription refilled. Pharmacist is very annoying he feel like he thinks he’s been forced to work there. He cannot handle the pressure leave.

The staff keeps the store clean and ensures that the lines at the checkout are handled quickly and efficiently. The prices are reasonable and what you would expect from a chain retail pharmacy store. The staff is friendly and willing to help you find everything you need with a smile. Not much else you can expect from a store.

Well another complaint about the pharmacy poorly organized poor customer service promise medications will be in on a certain date and never notify when they come or not. We have decided to use another pharmacy and suggest others to do so as well until it is properly managed. I also rarely ever give a poor review but this is finally deserved.

Not a good place to get your prescription especially if it’s urgent. They never pick up the call and very dismissive. I really needed my prescribed medication urgently, spent the whole day calling them then they pick the call at the end of the day and say they are waiting for insurance. I decide to go into the store and see if I could pay out of pocket they still refused to give it to me. My nurse called them for up-to two hours the following day no one picked the call. My nurse then decided to send my prescription to CVS. Within 30minutes it was ready for pickup . Never using them again!!! CVS anytime any day!!

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, originally I had my prescription sent over around 11am and was told that my prescription would be ready at 1 pm, then I was told to return an hour later at 2, after I showed up. I ended waiting for almost another hour, right before 3 pm is when I was told my prescription was ready. Worst of all, the senile pharmacist refused to accept my coupon from good RX. Which is a legit company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY. They can’t handle any type of business or volume. Worst run business I’ve ever seen. Absolutely disgusted. If I can give them ZERO stars I would.

I went to the Rite Aid pharmacy on 480 N Beverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha, NJ for my COVID vaccine. The staff's attitude was cold and made me feel unwelcome. It felt like I was bestowed a huge favor by the pharmacy. I have a private insurance that pays for the vaccine and I am eligible to get one. Since I took my first shot here, I will have to go here for the second one too. Otherwise I don't think I would want to go to this store again.

Every single time we go into the pharmacy to pick up a prescription it’s always a problem. The guy yells at us our doctor tells us all the time how they hate dealing with rite aid cuz it’s always a problem. Honestly changing my pharmacy and seriously recommend before you start getting yelled at. He asked loudly for the whole store to hear impersonal information about the prescription, that’s none of your business. It’s between the patient and doctor. Yelling out our information for all of rite aid to hear. Recheck your pharmacy staff

The manager Amy was more then helpful at this location. She treated me with a friendly smile and was more than helpful with finding an item I was looking for. The isles are immaculately organized. One of the neatest rite aids I’ve gone to.

If you’re looking for a quick turnaround of your Covid test results, do not go to this site. Their lab is extremely slow in delivering the results and takes twice, three times longer than most comparable pharmacies. We were caught in an international travel situation when we had to change travel dates and lose money due to this site’s inability to deliver the test results in 48 hours.

The pharmacy seems to ALWAYS be busy and they are very quick to suggest that you come back another day or time rather than waiting. I'm usually fine with coming back another day, but I expect my prescription to be ready when I come back. I was told that a prescription of mine needed to be ordered but would be ready for me on Friday. I work very late most nights, and didn't get a chance to come back until the following Monday. When I got there I was told it was not ready and I would have to wait about 15 minutes. I wait for over 30 minutes and finally walked back to the counter to see what was taking so long, turns out they hadn't even started to process it. The staff was polite and apologetic, but it's clear that there is poor management for the pharmacy department here. If thos happens to me again, I plan on taking my business to another pharmacy.

I am writing this review after multiple time of miscommunication from this store about its hours. Hours on website state they are open till 10pm. They are only open till 8pm. Spoke to woman pharmacist at the store yesterday that told me I could come pick up a form for my FSA until 8pm any day. Go there tonight at 6:05 pm only to find pharmacy closes at 6pm. Everyday. How this woman could not know this and work in the pharmacy is amazing. Even more amazing is that the two women employees working the front registers did nothing to help rectify the situation. When I asked them for a name of the women working in the pharmacy yesterday I was told , " I don't know we have different people working here everyday." And also ,"well there were three women in the pharmacy dept yesterday because I worked with them, but I don't know their names." This location was recently remodeled but the employees, level of service and hours are horrible. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the Denville location. Pharmacy open till 11pm and staff at denville was helpful and professional.

I went there on a Tuesday evening, I left work early because I work 9 to 9. I walked into the pharmacy and there was no line about 830pm I was waiting at the counter where 2 people were behind it doing stuff on the computer. My presence was clearly noticed. I waited patiently for assistance and probably about no joke 10 minutes later, another customer walks in and stands behind me. The guy noticing the customer behind me came over and asked if I was picking up a prescription I said yes but I have the slip here and need it to be filled out. He took the slip and stated before he looked in his system that he did not have it and I would have to come back tomorrow for it after 3pm. I tried to explain to him that I had called this morning about it and that they had it and that I left work early to come before closing so that I could fill this out . I also told him that I could not come tomorrow after 3 or before they closed as I work far and would be at work all day. He handed the slip back and said find it somewhere else then I cant help you. He didnt even look in his system or in the back I'm assuming he just wanted to go home, because I've gotten prescriptions before and they always double check in the system and in the back. He didnt even look. Then before I could say anything he goes "next" to the lady behind me. I am beyond furious and will NEVER go here again no matter how close or convient it is because that was HORRIBLE customer service and I work with people and act kindly and helpful to them ALL the time! Very Disappointed in this rite aid experience. -10 stars

They were asked to call in meds I need last week. I called my medical group today to find out they never called it in.Rather disappointed to have to jump through hoops for a basic service. Plus they never pick up the phone at this location.
