It is OK to not like your job, but to make it so blatantly obvious that the customer is an inconvenience is not. Cashier so rude and miserable , only grunts replies and eye rolls. One door locked at 9:00 pm with no sign, yet the manager and two self checkout staff are just standing near, and instead of opening it to walk out, they point to the other door at the opposite end. That group of three couldn't have cared less when told about the cashiers attitude.The store is sad because it's not that busy ever, but that can be nice as a customer sometimes if you weren't treated like sh...taking up their time. The robot is the nicest employee in store, might as well hire all robots.

Great my first time with my niece and we have a very weird and funny day. But it has nothing to do with stop &shop. I used a card and it was having problems and it had to do with the computer of the card was having issues. But no matter what. I love them for understanding standing and listening and patience with us. I just love ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 ❤️ 😍 how they deal with everything.

Not a very good store to shop, staff and cashier's are rude none I have incountered are polite, the meat dept sucks. They never have turkey wings and the cashier's there look at you like they are better.

Store appears to be clean, so i assume they are keeping up with cleaning. Lines still getting backed up, but dont neccesarily blame them cause ppl are panic shopping again. I do like their robot maintenance fella, lol. Great place to get cheap day old bakery items and such.

Absolutely ridiculous how the employees go out of their way not to help. Approach the customer service department and get questioned like a thief when asking why I was overcharged and lied to again. I have been a customer since they were located in Union Beach I’m talking the 70s, I stood faithful as I watched the decline of produce, meat ect.Whoever purchased this point and changed managers over the past 5 yrs deserves the empty parking lot and lack of business.Tonight was the last straw I will never enter that location again.

Where do you go for a sandwich and a drink on the way from home to an afternoon of sailboat racing out of the Kwyport Yacht Club.Right. You read the headline just like the folks who call you by name Right. It is on your nametag.One more quick thing is to ask someone as you walk in deliberatel looking lost. Maam do you shop here all the time? Do you know if they have fresh made deli sandwiches? In the right back next to the deli. Thank you.Tonic water in the soda aisle and you are on the way out.The premade roast beef and provolone on potato bread was fresh and a real treat for the first time this summer. As for the drink... it is gin and tonic season but since the quinine is a prescription, I go with liter that has zero sugar added. Bonus I get lime for the flavor and keep it at whole 20 calories in the liter. Double bonus it was all in just one ten minute stop! Just so you know the quinine kills all the viruse guys that can kill you thses days. CheersJust this... It is a guy shoping thing, you ask where can I get the two things I need as fast as possible with just one STOP & SHOP. Duh. Got to there in time to catch the launch ride with the race committee. Does ot get any better? Roll your eyes but we are able to do the in and out thing cause you got the kids and the long shopping list before... one more thing. Honey the grocerys are in the sun in the car and I need (would really like) you to bring them in please. Yep warrants a please. just do it. Smile.Significant others you really are supposed to laugh.

I love my stop and shop. I go there often. I love that if the sale is 3 for $3. You can still by one and get the sale price. This is great for a single guy like me. I go often so I overhear many talk about over and or unnecessary overbearing management from a few different people over the years. They might do better for themselves if they found a different way to access people for promotion.

BEST SERVICE EVER!!! Last month I and a few friends ran a camp for little girls. We were on the bus on the way home from trip not with a lot of money on us and everyone was hot so we decided to take a stop in this stop and shop. There were 50 girls there and not one worker said anything! They kept saying how they are the cutest, sweetest and refined girls! We were short a few dollars but they said its totally fine!! The store was very clean and organized!! I definitely recommend shopping here! AMAZING SERVICE!!;)

Good variety of different types of grocery items you don't see everywhere else. A little bit pricey if you don't buy sale items. Cool robot patrolling the aisles while you shop.

Was given store brand deli meat on 2 separate occasions although I asked for boars head and was charged for boars head. This Keyport location stopped carrying lots of stuff and has changed (and not in a good way) over the past few years. Some of the employees are just weird/rude. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Good selection. Good butcher. I got beef liver which many other stores other grocery stores didn't have. Clean well lit, ease in checkout with self checkout. Great option for pre made food so I don't have to cook dinner. Also, I got tons of canned foods fish and meat for cheap

Pharmacy is the best with Roger, Lisa, Mercedes, Diane , and the employees i don't know their names. Always on top of things and go out of their way to help.

Too expensive and items on sale and hardly ever available. 2 days in a row family size on sale was not available. Hopefully there is one intelligent person among you that can find another way of getting people to come to your store. Do not allow restaurant owners to take all the meat on sale off the shelf.

We were lucky enough to meet Roger & Lisa at the store Pharmacy for our covid vaccine. They both could NOT have been any nicer. Professional, efficient & treated us like family. We took a walk through the store after - which is immaculate by the way & were fortunate enough to meet the store mgr Jason. SWEETHEART! There is a special place in my heart & heaven for people who work retail. Thank you all for a wonderful visit. Sorry we're not locals!! Best, Trish & Rich

It's a great place to shop. Store is clean and have everything you need and don't forget it is cheaper compare to other supermarkets in the surrounding area and route 34. All the staffs is great but two staffs really stands out. Amani and Patrick, both are always willing to help and always have a friendly smile. Their body language and attitude working there makes you feel they are proud to be part of Stop and Shop. I am always happy to see them when I go at least 3or 4 times a week. I hope the store manager acknowledge either Amani or Patrick.

I like this supermarket. It's clean, doesn't get super busy when I go, and offers the best produce. Their prices are pretty good, especially during their sales. I really like this store.

I am a handicapped veteran senior citizen living in a new community away from my family. The employees at Stop n Shop are courteous and treat me like I'm special. The food supply is always fresh and neatly displayed. I enjoy shopping at Stop n Shop. So much so that I go there several times a week.

My family has been shopping at the Stop and Shop in Keyport since it first opened, never considered any place else because they always had everything I need. In the last year I have flipped back and forth between Stop and Shop and Shop-rite because your Keyport store has become extremely poorly stocked and I need to go someplace else to get the things I no longer find in your store. The other day I actually left a basket in the aisle, something I have never done in over 50 years and went to Shop-rite because I couldn’t find sooo many things I needed, I think you may have lost me, completely as a customer, your store needs help!!!!!

Always clean, employees are always nice. But I will not do my weekly shopping here. Because the store is right by the parkway entrance/exit, I will stop here on way home from work if I need something for dinner or on my way into work if I need something for my lunch however Stop & Shop is just a lot pricier than Shoprite and their selection is not as good either.

Dorothy is by far one of the rudest Customer/Sales Representative this location has working on their floor. I shop here every 2 weeks and it has been on multiple occasions that I have received unsatisfactory service from her. Sad to say after speaking with a few employees i was adviced that Dorothy is selective of the customers she gives good services to.

It's a nice store and all.But try to get out of the store it's a disaster so I go in there at 12 noon I buy 20 items I go to the tellers there's three open there's four closed the three that are open are 6 customers deep. So instead of waiting an hour and a half for my turn I go to the auto tellers what a disasterthese Auto tellers are loud and obnoxiousYou have to pile your groceries on the three bags that are disposed and if you dare to remove those bags into the cartthen the machine tells you that remove the item that has not been counted how embarrassing you feel like you're stole somethingyou need help for veggies and fruits and then they have one person for eight different Auto tellers tellers to trying to help everybody and going crazy. And giving you an attitude.Sorry Stop & Shop you trying to be so 21st century but you forget about the 20 Century people....
