My family and I have been getting ice cream cakes for years from this location. Never had much of an issue until this year for my birthday. Right from the start, ordering was a disaster. When I called on the phone, the people working there acted like they couldn’t understand anything I was saying even though I was pretty clear. Upon receiving the cake, it looked like a mess. The handwriting was sloppy and the whole cake looked poorly made. When we cut into the cake, the layers crumbled and fell apart. The bottom layer of ice cream was basically nonexistent. All the layers were uneven and the middle was mainly cookie crumble, when I specifically asked for more fudge. I ordered a reese’s blizzard cake but there was absolutely no indication that it was a reese’s cake at all. After my family saw this disaster of a cake, they said they were never ordering from here again. Thanks Dairy Queen for ruining my bday cake!

Nobody else around makes a soft icecream cone with Xtra Rainbow sprinkles exactly the way I Love it like Kenville NJ DQ!! But, Hands down though, the Blizzards are literally the only excuse my husband and I ever need to wanna take a trip to this DQ!!#NYCheesecakeBlizzard

I recently tried the Oreo Blizzard at Dairy Queen and it was delicious! The staff here was great, while the blizzard was good, there was nothing particularly special about it. The ice cream was decent and the chocolate sauce was fine, but overall it was just okay.

Sad that the amount of people that spend so much money there that they don’t participate in the free ice cream cone at Dairy Queen promotes and they getting cheaper and cheaper with their ice cream, but cost more in that case, I would just drive to Cliff’s

Noticed a hair right on top of my shake as I pulled off so I looped around to ask for a new one and the young girl at the window rolled her eyes very hard at me (I was the only car there) so I said there was no need to roll your eyes at me as the owner/manager just stood there flapping his hand at me saying have a good day rather then apologizing/rectifying the issue or telling the staff to put hair nets on.I am a manager and if I ever treated a customer like that I would be fired on the spot! Very disappointing as I have been a frequent customer here for over 20 years. I will NOT be returning!

Good ice cream but check what you ate charged. Never been to a Dairy Queen before so stopped to an ice cream to try. Ordered a small chocolate dipped regular cone and was charged $5.19. I thought it was a lot but only realized when looking on line not even a large is that price! Maybe because I clearly was foreign I was charged this price opportunistically? I don't know because same lady who took my order handed me the ice cream and charged me. The ice cream was nice but probably won't go back to this particular DQ.

I'm good with their ice cream blends with plenty of flavors and toppings to choose from. I ordered a chili dog there once, just once! My grandson loves the Orange Julius. I dig anything when my favorite candy bar crunched up in my ice cream!

Won’t be returning here anymore. The Blizzards have gotten increasing worse in the amount of candy put into them. Bought a medium sized one today, Snickers, and had to eat half of it before I found a minimal amount of what could only be described as a sprinkle of specks of candy. For $6.08 I expect to get some candy chunks in every spoonful. Very disappointing to say the least. I may as well have asked for a cup of vanilla ice cream because that’s what I received.

Service was horrible waited over 30 minutes order two blizzards, cotton candy and reese pieces, both tasted nothing like I had order. Drive thru moved faster. This local needs new management and more help.

Their prices have gone up significantly. Ordered a Heath Bar blizzard the other day and it was just vanilla ice cream with a little crushed up heath bar for $9+. ?? I think I'll be going to Cliffs from now on.

This place is almost an hour away from me but my family likes coming here. The ice cream and shakes are delicious, and the drive through is very convenient as the weather gets colder. Service is top notch as well, the staff is friendly and accommodates your requests.

We enjoyed this wonderful gluten-free chocolate ice cream cake for our granddaughter's birthday. It didn't last long. This staff hit another one out of the park. Great job!

Good ice cream, bad hot dogs. Stopped by for a quick hot dog. Just tasted bad. Good service from the kids working there, but the dogs were no good. Management should revisit the only food item in the drive thru for quality.

If you can't afford to participate in company promotions, then you shouldn't own a franchise. Does not accept the "app" 85 cent blizzard promotion or any other discounts. Ridiculous

It was a cute little shop with plenty of outdoor seating space in multiple gazebos... The shop was perfectly set up for COVID distancing protocol... but no tasting of different flavors that was a bummer... nonetheless it was a nice neighborhood ice cream parlour for family treat. It will cost you though as the place is pricey if you compare it to a prepackaged supermarket icecream offerings. A lot of customization possibilities....

Clean, Great Icecream.... Easy access from the road, good parking.... Only thing I could say is the service is a bit slow, especually at the walk up windows. It's better during the summer months when they seem to have more staff, but this last week it took almost 20 min for 4 simple dishes of ice cream.

Quick treatsGood flavoursThey have many optionsThere is also a blue light lit sitting area if you are interested.Personally i didn't like it because it was too blue and bright.4 star rating because the way we order was not comfortable. Bending down. Every time they open up and close it up quickly so it's difficult to talk to people who are making it.

I don’t normally do this but I felt I had to this time..not that it will matter as I expect the owner or one of his lazy employees will have a snarky retort denying this happened but it’s all on video if they care to look back…Anyway, I stopped at the Kenvil DQ on Monday night (4/25/2022) and stood (alone- there was no one else waiting outside) in the freezing cold for 15 minutes at the ordering window and NOT ONE of the people working even acknowledged my being there despite looking out the window about 6 times. There was a line at the drive up but, but that is hardly an excuse for not even telling a person standing at the window “we’ll be right with you” or even “the window is closed please use the drive up”… just say anything, but DO NOT ignore the customer. Obviously the owner is ok with his employees doing this since there’s always one of his family members if not himself working there. Because of this , I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE.

Good ice cream like all DQs. But very slow. Last two times I've visited, there has been some weird looking beefy guy in the back playing on his phone and eating cupcakes, occasionally barking orders, while the girls up front are scrambling around to try to fulfill orders. All the while cars are wrapped around the building for the drive through and people standing in line out front. Clearly they need better management.

We went to the drive-through and ordered two Double chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard, one with chocolate ice cream and one with vanilla.We were served a melted non mixed cup of ice cream with only a few pieces of cookie dough on the top. The bottom wasn’t even mixed, it was just soft serve ice cream...This is the first time I have had a bad experience here. I hope it’s just due to off season staff.
