I have been a customer for years but it seems more like a family than anything else. I was blessed to have my dear Biscuit for 16 wonderful years and in all that time he so look forward to going to Laurie’s. The minute I said we are going to see Laurie his tail would go into wagging motion and the excitement began. He was a ladies man my little guy.

Had an apt today at 1pm. Upon arrival Ms Laurie clearly showed NO love or care. She seemed like she forgot about our apt. Then told me she only has time to bathe him only. NO CUT. That my dog needed desperately. She says she has to see how he acts first. So leave him with her for a few hours while she works on other dogs all in one room first. I'm sure my little mini Golden Doodle would just love that! Then told me I'm rude because I didn't understand what she intended on doing exactly. I said will he be getting a grooming?? She says get out of my store! Such a nice lady for a first time client. Waste of time. Worst customer service within 5 min.I never requested to stay. I wanted to know exactly what you were going to do to my dog exactly. You never mentioned once what kind of cut he'd be getting. I will always take professional advice on anything I get into. Excuse me for doing some homework and gathering some knowledge on what cut id prefer and which blade they used in the picture i showed you. How else can i describe what size length i want my dogs hair cut? Same as taking a son to the barbershop. You don't just drop off your kid and say do whatever you want to to his hair right?? I was fully open to hearing your advice on my dogs cut. But you didn't explain it because you were too busy. Nice work for a first time client.

I have never in my life been more happy with a groomer. Laurie is literally a dog whisperer. My GusGus a Shitzu hates his feet being touched but Laurie was able to get them perfect. She answered all my questions, she calmed me down as much as she calmed my pup down. She tells you how it is and you can see how much she truly loves animals. With me she was straight to the point, with Gus she literally wooed him lol. I will be bringing all my dogs here, even though I live farther away. Thank you Laurie for making my baby happy.

Laurie, Rob and staff treat my Pom with the utmost care, assuring her she is ok! After a few barking moments as she is timid & Poms are yappers, she struts right back into the groom room all by herself! I'm at complete ease leaving Foxxy there! I won't take her any place else! She was groomed this week..🐾💕...what a Fox!

I've been seeing Laurie for a few years now. I found her after we had a bad experience somewhere else. I wish I found Laurie earlier! She is amazing. Sweet, kind, patient. There's no price on leaving your pet with someone trustworthy and compassionate. But you'll never have to worry about pricing, for the work Laurie does, she is incredibly reasonable priced I highly recommend Laurie and her business. Thank you so muy Laurie we love you!! 💗

I had been waiting for my dogs grooming appointment for 5 weeks. I looked on my town page to see if there were any other groomers that people recommend and Laurie came up. I called her and we spoke about Stella who is 5.5 months. She took her in that day and Stella looks great. We will definitely go again. Everyone was so nice and Stella was happy.

Words cannot express the experience I just had at Laurie’s with none other then Laurie herself, without going into crazy detail, my dog is a tripaw rescue whom I’ve had for more then a year now, my dog has been thru more trauma then most have have in a life time. And Laurie ran my dog out of there as if he was covered in Covid! A situation that could’ve been handled with professionalism and empathy turned into someone discriminating against my dog because of how he looked. Please do not go here, the way she spoke truly showed me how she feels about dogs and I will never let near my dog HORRIBLE PERSON!

We love the whole crew at Laurie's! They take such good care of our 2 dogs. Our girls run into the shop on bath day and to me that says a lot. One of our dogs has skin issues and the products they use provide so much relief for her. Absolutely recommend!

Laurie was extremely caring to my highly anxious chihuahua. She noticed his anxiety increased when attempting to cut his hair and instead of performing the job to make money, she called me and informed me she would never forcefully perform a grooming service on a dog. This is what I care about the most in a groomer, someone you cares deeply about your pet as much as the owner. We will continue to bring our dog Nacho to Laurie to make him more comfortable.

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with Laurie herself. I have one year old mini golden doodle that is not a fan of groomers so she was scared when I dropped her off to her appointment . I called to check on her and ask how long the grooming is going to take. Her response was rude and horrific, she asked me to come and pick up my dog since I called her twice and asking questions. I was not able to pick my dog up right away like she asked me to and even texted me to pick my dog up after our conversation , I had to call my husband from work to rush and pick the dog. I have to say I was worried for my dog.Please stay away from this groomer, she is an awful person and terrible in running business. She deserves 0 star!

They're absolutely wonderful with My shiba Inu. He's very jittery and scared and blowers but he always comes out calm and happy. Laurie really understands a dog's temperament.

I am very disappointed with their customer service. Their communication absolutely stinks. Our first appointment was rescheduled by the owner and when I asked to have the next available appointment it took a long time to hear back. The next time we went we showed up at 8:30 AM for an appointment that had been booked for weeks and we were told that the owner didn’t have our number and needed to cancel. She had never called us to cancel the appointment and she never contacted us to reschedule. We are very disappointed and will never go back!
