First timer . Like any other cvs outlet, it is good for a quick pickup of medicines. I wouldn’t buy other stuff like milk , juices etc. it’s expensive and not many options. Pharmacy is good but slow . I don’t like their photo dept. overall good for a quick medicine on the counter pickup. Lots of parking outside and they have an ATM too. Overall a ok experience…

This cvs is always just completely awful and today they’re hitting an all time low! Since when does the pharmacy not process scripts or refill scripts over the weekends?? I will be speaking to corporate about this and all my other issues because this is beyond ridiculous! This location needs to just be shut down since NOBODY in this entire store ever does any work!!!!!! I’ll be sending my family’s scripts to Walgreens or ShopRite in the future because now my special needs child has to go without his needed medication until Monday apparently. Why even be open on the weekends if you supposedly don’t do the ONE thing that your job is on these specific days….why even open in the first place??!

I manage a busy medical practice with 90 to 100 patients daily, and I frequently interact with four local pharmacies. The staff at the CVS in Kendall Park are always courteous and efficient. I and other clinicians have never encountered a problem, and I have not heard any complaints from the patients. This is very unusual as I can't say the same for other pharmacies. Looking out for my patient's best interest, I have recommended Kendall Park CVS to many patients, including my personal preference.Everyone at the Kendall Park CVS deserves the 5-star, but a 10-stars goes to Naila, who is always courteous and kind. Thank you, and keep up the good work

Used to be good until they changed ownership and started hiring people who can’t speak English or are too lazy. It used to be so well organized and was made up of less staff who handled everything. The head pharmacist was amazing. Then they hired another person who seems to be related to the owner according to gossip.Now it has lots of staff always who don’t know what they are doing and take forever. Last three times they couldn’t fulfill the prescription on time because they lost it. They even refused to make a phone call to transfer prescription or to ask another pharmacy to give them the prescription. When the former head pharmacist was there things were ok. But when he was not there, everything went south. These days he is never around. Wonder if he got sacked.

The place is fine, other that it being severely short staffed in the front department. It’s sometimes always hard to find anyone who works there. I people in the Pharmacy are angels and give the upmost excellent customer service to the most difficult customers. Even with the difficulties they never let that affect their service to the customers

Very nice place overall, I had gotten almost all my shots from here and I must say it's been a nice experience. Some people say that the experience can be awful but I've never had that happen and I have come here way too much. I also have gotten almost all of my medicines from this place. I have also have taken children here for shots/medicine too and its kids safe. Very much appreciate everyone working there and everyone that was kind to me when I where there. Of course, this is my honest opinion and I do recommend you check out this CVS.

Great store.. you find everything you are looking for! I love the offered Groupons when you sign in. It feels nice when they deduct that 5-10 bucks at checkout… also they have CVS brand and the prices are unbeatable

Don’t work in the Pharmacy. Laura Sickles bullies new female coworkers out of jealousy. She caused someone to have an anxiety attack at work because of her behavior and horrible demeanor. Not a friendly work environment.

Pharmacy closes for lunch at 1:30-2. This information is not mentioned in the working hours. Pharmacy was about to close for lunch and the lady at counter wouldn't even accept prescription drop-off and tells me to come back at 2. Absolutely rude behavior.

Pharmacist is not helpful. I went with my pregnant wife for some vaccination. They dont have item in stock. We went next week for the vaccination as they said it will be available after 3 days, and they said store will close in half an hour and I have lots of pending orders to fill. Second time they sent my pregnant wife back and said if you want vaccine then you need to come at least 2 hours before the store closing. I would prefer local pharmacy better than this big chains.

I was very disappointed on last week Sunday due to this cashier name Ruzwan (Looks like Indian). Not sure if he gave me his real name. But he was very unhelpful and looks like he doesn’t enjoy his work. I got some stuffs and Due to some coupon issue we have to rescan all 6 items. I wanted to use my Extra Buck(EB) that I have already sent it to my card. I keep telling him that I want to use my EB and he tells me that it’s not showing up on register as if this is my first time shopping at CVS and I don’t know anything. I know how it works. I have been a cvs customer for a really long time. These EB doesn’t come free, you have to earn it by spending money from your pocket. In the end I ask him to cancel my transaction and give me the void paper. He cancelled my transaction but didn’t gave me void paper. He said I can’t give you that. I said why not, other cvs location give if you ask for it. Moreover, it has some of my card information on it. I really don’t know what his problem was. May be that I was using 2 coupons apart from cvs CRT and he didn’t like it. Very sad. Other staffs are nice except for him. I would not recommend this location to my friends and family. Neither I will shop in this location.

Unfriendly staff. Too many products, too many display stands scattered all over the store. Every time I’m there (which is very infrequent) it feels more and more cramped. Self checkout machines are always having issues. Could be cleaner.

I had the misfortune of requesting prescription delivery from this CVS; the USPS routed my prescription to another state before realizing their error and sending it back to New Jersey. I called the pharmacist to try to get another prescription or a temporary refill since I had gone 4 days without my medication; the pharmacist acted like he didn't care and was giving me attitude when I asked if he could refill it or get me a bridge prescription since I didn't know when or if the medication would ever get to my door. He even had the audacity to say that the prescription was "out for delivery" when he had no way of knowing when it would be delivered; I ended up calling USPS and they said that the prescription package was still in transit. What a miserable place; don't go here, go to a locally-owned pharmacy that cares about you.

worst pharmacy for customer care. for 3 months keep sending prescription will be available for VIT D for children. If you are looking for same year prescription, then please choose this otherwise, on average they fill prescription every 3 days.. I wonder how Urgent care patients are living in this zipcode. CVS management should do some thing before a serious patient issue is created.

Friendly staff who are helpful with reasonable prices. That was before this happened ! The other day I went in for batteries the manager got very upset when I showed her the sign which read buy one get one free! She didn't want to give them to me. I felt so belittled like I was stealing them! To make things worse, she knows of me and that I've been going there many of years.I only wanted 2 AA BATTERY!

ALL CVS SUCK! The worst customer service area u go thru drive thru 2 pick up n go n u have 2 wait 30hr because they never verify the insurance. I get scripts on a monthly basis and everytime I come they claim I'm not in the system. So aggravating to be sick and on top deal with nonsense.

I hate when people lie, went there for a flu shot, they said we have lots of appointments today and people are coming every 5 min, I said where are those people as nobody was there, than they said , no we have appointments and they will come, I waited for 10 min and nobody showed up, they were not even courteous enough to help me schedule an appointment, very unprofessional and non trustable staff.

A lady at the pharmacy pick-up counter literally yells out your last name, first name and date of birth, and the name of medication...they don't care if there are people in line. Highly irresponsible and inept staff.
