My recent experience with Oh My Dog has left me utterly disappointed.Firstly, the wait time was unacceptable. I dropped off my cavapoo at 9 am, expecting a timely grooming session. However, I was left waiting until a baffling 1:30 pm for them to finish. When I called and asked for an estimate the lady said that he was next to be groomed and added that it took long because he had to be " showered and dried" which frustrated beyond measure because she tried to justify a 4 and a half hour wait. ( please note my dog is less than 15 pounds)To add insult to injury, when I finally laid eyes on pup, I was horrified by his haircut. Not only was his fur cut extremely short, but the overall result was choppy and uneven. It's evident that the groomer lacked the attention to detail that I had previously appreciated from them.I truly believe that they over book their Saturdays and leave the pups waiting in the crates for hours until they're finally groomed. My dog was so sleepy and barely able to open his eyes when i picked him up. As bad as it sounds it makes me believe that he was given something to relax during long wait time.Also, its extremely frustrating that they don't accept credit cards on weekends and don’t even have the courtesy to let you know until you’re at the counter ready to pay… Overall 0 stars, i will NOT be going back.

I was disappointed w services, my dog looks COMPLETELY different and NOTHING like what I asked for. I showed a photo as well and it was disregarded, there’s no way I’d return for for services when the first two photos are my work and the last photo is from after visiting. Look at his legs! He looks like a child’s drawing of a dog, two sticks😂

Paws down the best groomers in town!My Goldendoodle, Apollo, always comes out looking like a million bucks after a visit to this grooming haven. Their team of expert groomers not only leaves him looking his best, but they also have a knack for sniffing out potential health issues. They recently spotted an ear infection and allergies that would have gone unnoticed by me. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our furry friends is truly unmatched.Five out of five paws! 🐶✨Obrigado!

My dogs always come out smelling great and looking cute with hairbows and ties. The prices are a little expensive compared to other groomers who do just as good of a job. They also seem to always want to cut the dogs' hair instead of putting in the extra work of combing it out.

I honestly love this place !!!! My baby cooper had a lot of knots and they did let me know before I left him there that they had to shave him down but they was going to try to leave it a lil long if possible which they did ! My baby smells amazing and I know he feels even better now. Very friendly staff ! I’ll recommend this place and can’t wait to be back !

Took my bully to OH My Dog to get here nails clipped. They were great with her and we were in and out in no time. Prices are very reasonable so when we have time we will be back for the whole grooming experience!

I just want to say you guys do a really great job cutting my dogs hair. Her hair was super crazy, knotted, and dirty. I told them to trim her as much as they can in order to remove the knots and they didn’t disappoint. They always include a cute bow and bib thats tied around my dogs neck. I never have a problem with them and whenever I make an appointment they have enough availability. Here are a couple of pictures of her hair cut.P.S. their prices are really good compare to other places & they always have a cute doggie running around in the store.WILL RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY

My dog is 15 and Ive been taking her to Animal Kingdom in EO for YEARS but the last 3 times I was very disappointed. I recently decided to let her hair grow so I can start styling it. The 1st two times the groomer cut her hair off and the last visit are pics shown below with the green bows. I decided to take her to OH My Dog a week later and this is what they did in the pink! Needless to say they are our new groomers! 😍😍😍😍😍

You will always leave the groomer saying "oh my dog" in the best way possible. My poodle always looks fabulous after visiting. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

I’ve been taking my puppy here for over a year and they never fail to impress me. My dog always comes out looking so cute with her bow. They are caring and always available when you need them. Prices are affordable and grooming amazing. Definitely will continue taking Nala here. Thank you!

My Polo was extremely matted due to lapse of grooming and covid. So I was able to make an appointment at petsmart after having online difficulty and cancelled appointment for matting. At that appointment they informed they would have to put him to sleep in order for him not to move so he wouldn't bleed. A friend recommended oh my dog and OH MY GOD. He was absolutely HANDSOME, I understand he had to be cut down due to matting. The staff was very inviting, they greeted Polo with hugs, and I felt very reassured because he seemed comfortable. I have never owned a dog before but Polo is my child and I love him immensely. I will definitely be back again, the almost hr drive means nothing to me knowing my Polo is in the best of care. Thank you Oh My Dog, you have one satisfied mommy 💜😊

Great experience! Was able to schedule quickly, the prices are affordable and the grooming is amazing. I brought my 2 dogs here and they couldn’t be any cuter!! They have great customer service and treat your dog like one of their own. 100% recommend this place!!! We will definitely be returning!

I love this place! My pomeranian has been going here for a while now since last March I believe, and we are always happy! Sometimes my baby can be a bit testy, but they manage to make him look sparkly new every time. Definitely go here instead of petsmart.

Simply amazing . Firstly you are shocked by a parrot who says hello, it’s a little surreal. Beautiful clean shop with great apparel for your pet... the customer service is short and sweet which is to be desired with these kinds of things , though any question you have they’d be happy to answer . You can see the other dogs getting dolled up in the back , they call you back in a little over 2 hours and boom, you got your dog back but now they are the hottest dog on the block. You can try to show them a picture of you’re desired style, but your dog is going to come back lookin better than you could’ve imagined . Love this place

Great service. The owner Marcus helped me get well informed of my puppy before I bought her from him and honestly he was such a very nice and honest person. I am in love with my micro puppy and will definitely recommend to everybody who wants to purchase a puppy. This is the place to go to.

I had taken my dog here a few times.. the last time I took him here they took hours to get to him although I brought him there before his scheduled appointment. My daughter picked him up, when I got home checked him as I always do he has a burn on his neck. They put his collar on to cover it and never told us anything about it. I called them and they were already closed. I waited till they opened and called again and got hung up on. I have never brought him back. My dog is part of my family and they feel pain as well, for them to burn him and cover it up and not tell me is disgusting. Do not take your dog here.

Have been coming here for about 6 years, based on a recommendation from my vet. They have a lot of groomers, so getting an appointment is not hard. Very quick service and my Yorkie Poo always smells delicious for days after his grooming.

My dog is well groomed here, excellent service! Highly recommended. EDIT: 6/20/23 My last experience there was not great. 2 young adults were working the front desk 1 girl, 1 one guy with arm tattoos - had incredibly poor attitudes and were typical entitled millenials... I won't be coming back any longer.
