Great pharmacy, nice store overall. Very easy to reach someone over the phone (i.e. no stupid phone menus and excessive hold times), carries drugs most major pharmacies don't have for same day fill. Clean and organized.

Two stars instead of one because of cleanliness and aesthetics…but selection is garbage. They have random items, but are missing core items. If you can get something on sale, it’ll only be slightly more expensive than anywhere else; which is fair. However, full priced items are 3-4x the price of similar stores in the area. I understand why marking stuff up is necessary; but why not just get the most popular brands instead of the highest price brands? For example, I don’t need organic, artisanal vanilla extract, i need vanilla extract in a hurry. Bizarre establishment with robotic and emotionless customer service.Also, it’s not that convenient. It closes at 7pm on weekdays which is too early to truly be convenient.

Shopping here can be quite pricey, but it is super convenient and they have all the necessities. I’ll go here in a pinch, but not to go full grocery shopping. And the things they stock, i find to be high quality and feel specially curated

Wow. Just wow, this pharmacy is way beyond any pharmacy I’ve been at before. The vast selection of items that have here are unique especially the grocery department, they are always continuously changing the aisles and bringing in new product. I’ve noticed the employees that are all hardworking.

I will often go into this store out of sheer convenience, but the prices are extremely marked-up to reflect just that.They also use a "line starts here" aisle, but then ignore that and take people out of order since humans don't follow direction very well. Last time i will be going here

The convenience store side has some very good products/groceries.However, my past few times shopping there, the price on the shelf was never correct.When I asked about the higher price on the scanner to the cashier during checkout, they straight asked me if I’d like to return it instead, not even apologized for the outdated price on the shelf. Not helpful at all.

I come here all the time this is my go to convenience store. Not only is it a pharmacy but they have a wide selection of food with many healthy choices. Lots of fresh meats, cheeses, fruits, & vegetables. All of the snacks & drinks & food & candy are reasonably priced this. Staff is excellent & fast

I was visiting from out of state and the Pharmacist that was working at that time, Jesna, was extremely helpful with all the questions I had. She helped me select a good cough medicine for my boyfriend! I also had a lot of questions regarding OTC medicines and she was very patient and knowledgeable. Definitely one of the best customer service I’ve had in a Pharmacy! So happy I decided to stop by this place!

I needed a local pharmacy that is close to my home and I found this place. It's close to the light rail and there's street parking. I met the manager and he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. The interior is clean and well organized. They also have a wide range of products from vegetables to baby toys. This place has been great for me and I will continue to use them.

It’s super disappointing when people arrive before closing time, seeing the store is still open, but they don’t let customers in. If you don’t actually open till 7, update your store operation time.

This place is awesome! Very clean, stylish and convenient. The staff is always courteous and smiling. I come here almost every day - so the fact that they all remember me by name makes me feel like I am in a real neighborhood business. Their pharmacy is top-notch too- got some really valuable advice there!

Its a very pretty store but the pharmacy is entirely useless and the staff unhelpful.They call themselves a pharmacy and don't have half the medicine, so you have to do the extra work of calling the doctor back and tell them to send to another pharmacy! Seriously, just become a bodega!

I placed a order over over the phone and I drive early morning at the next day to pick up my order and everything was faster and easier. Nice place and the stuff was nice and faster to asked me how they can help me out. 😊

I love this pharmacy! They are super helpful, efficient and have a great array of products from the gift section to the food and pharmacy. This store literally got me through the pandemic and I miss it terribly now having moved a little too far to go there as frequently now. Best pharmacy and store in JC!

Convenient place to shop if you live around. Shopped here all the time during the beginning of the pandemic. Only a tiny bit pricey but hey this is not a supermarket. Wish their fruit and vegetable section had more variety and were well stocked. Everything else is stocked well.

This review is specific to pharmacy as aspect of the store.If you have any sort of issue with your prescription (i.e the doctor sends it over electronically and it is not showing up in their system even after several days) my recommendation is not to call and check on it. They are extremely rude and impatient over the phone. After working with the doctor’s office and having them continue to resend the prescription daily, I would call every other day to see if it was receive. No matter who I talked to, they were always very curt, uninterested and impatient. You could tell that they could careless if I received this prescription (to help with symptoms due to a brain and ovarian tumors) or not. I had to beg someone over the phone today to even give me alternative ways to have the doctor’s office to send the prescription other than electronically so that I could actually receive the prescription. She acted as though it was obvious, even though you can’t get that information via the website. These interactions have been very disappointing and disheartening. I have shopped at this place since fall of 2015.

Convenient store if you live in the surrounding apartments, as the name denotes it has a pharmacy, it also has groceries too, with a lot of healthy options especially for children.Where it goes downhill for me though is, if you are BLACK, beware, some of the male staff (to help you point them out - the ones wearing glasses and dark hair) usually decide to follow you around the store "discreetly", all of a sudden they need to stack shelves near you, or decide to check expiry dates on products where you just happen to be standing. I have observed this on way toooooo many occasions for it to be a coincidence, and a few times stopped myself from actually confronting them.But listen to this, the beauty of it, i have seen two white people on different occasions do a bit of shoplifting, but hey maybe you should have been keeping your eyes on them .

This "Downtown Pharmacy" is surprisingly underrated but miles ahead of the ever so expensive Hudson Greene MarketThere's a fruits section , a pharmacy , all the regular utilities , groceries sans the vegetables and finally a gift shop which has greeting cards. They do have a membership account as well which gives you much better returns than Hudson Greene (again)Very clean and well maintained as well

Dismissive, Racist and Poor Customer Service from the Pharmacist. This is the 4th time I've approached​ ​the Pharmacist within the store, and all 4 times they've been unhelpful and unfriendly. This last occurrence​ was the worst I've experienced. I went in to purchase another packet of an Over The Counter product I was sold just 4 weeks prior. An inexpensive product that I don't require a prescription for. The Chinese Dr / Pharmacist starts interrogating​ me, asking personal questions in front​ of other customers, that I didn't feel comfortable sharing publicly. He isn't my Dr, I don't require a prescription for this product. Yet, I was made to feel terrible, he then refuses to sell it to me. I feel their attitude to black customers needs to be addressed. Interestingly, my partner (who is white / Caucasian​), goes to the same Pharmacist​ and is sold that 'same product' with no issues​!

Good choice of baby products and food. The store (not pharmacy) has issues with prices (many products have no price tags or prices are incorrect). Some cosmetics goods were past due.

Don't know. Drove an hour to get there only to circle the block several times trying to find a place to park. Last time around I went back to my hotel.
