Any plans on fixing this? Just moved in - Not a great first impression. With an empty trolley this wouldn’t be a problem , but when your loading hundreds of pounds onto it it’s impossible to get up the 2” ledge with a 4” wheel

One of the rare places that has spaces large enough for a big trailer. Whole storage facility is clean and well taken care of. We spent couple of hours re-organizing things and had plenty of space to do it. We had an opportunity to meet with the manager Rich and we really enjoyed the professionalism and how welcoming he was. Definitely recommend.

Great storage facility with great prices. Rich was very helpful throughout my online process providing follow up calls to ensure everything went smoothly. Excellent storage facility. I had an in temperature controlled unit on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Location of Life Storage in Jamesburg was perfect. Accessible hours were great because you had your own security code to get into the building. The staff John & Rich are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are there to help you with any questions one may have.

He explained the insurance options and made the whole process simple and seamless. Thanks Rich.We chose a temperature controlled space. Despite the location, meaning it can be rather difficult to get in & out of the lot gue to traffic, all in all the place is great. Very clean inside, lots of available carts to use and Rich at the front desk is extremely nice and very knowledgable. Definitely worth checking out.

I was extremely impressed by the honesty and the care that John and Rich at the Jamesburg New Jersey location exhibited. They listened to my needs and made recommendations strictly on my needs and not trying to oversell. Because of this honesty, I will be moving over my other lockers to this location. Also, they both showed great patience and facilities very clean.Not sure about the company but there’s no better than these two individuals.
