I ordered all new kitchen appliances from them last year when I remodeled. While the ordering & appliances were fine, the delivery was not. The one main guy delivering was like a bull in a china shop; was not careful and scratched my new island. When I said something to him he denied doing it-they were brand new I watched him bring the fridge carelessly and hit the island. His partner even commented as to why he didn’t wait for him to be there. Sadly both better living and the delivery service were not helpful with the damage. Try Happy Home Appliance.

My refrigerator died today and with it being older it wasn’t worth fixing. I needed a new one as quick as possible. When I called Better Living to inquire about their refrigerators John was extremely helpful and let me know that if they had the refrigerator in stock they could deliver it the next day. When I went in to see the refrigerators myself, John continued to be helpful and answered all of my questions that I had as he was very knowledgeable. He was also very patient with me as I had two of my children with me. Their prices are competitive with the big box stores but the service is outstanding, unlike what you would get at those stores. Wish I bought my other new appliances there!

We ordered a new refrigerator; Ken made the process smooth and easy. When the delivery was delayed, Ken called us right away and scheduled a new delivery date. Kenneth and Tony arrived bright and early, and the new refrigerator was installed without a hitch. They were consummate professionals, making sure that the delivery and installation process went smoothly. I would highly recommend Better Living!

I've used better living for all my appliance needs and have generally been very happy. Unfortunately the last experience wasn't great, the delivery and installation people they used to put in my gas range were terrible! I understand if a gas pipe doesn't line up you need a plumber but these guys didn't even level my range and claimed it was sticking out because of the gas pipe, it was NOT and now sits perfectly flush after calling a plumber to fix the piping which did not need any changing, it was simply not leveled.. Here's a few photos of how the range was installed taken right after the team left, very disappointing. Only taking off one star because in the past my experiences with Better Living have been much better.

I bought a stackable washer/dryer set from Better Living. The delivery company personnel scratched and gouged my wood floor. They also didn’t level the set so it shook and walked.Better Living bend over backwards to remediate the problems. I am more than happy with their commitment to customer service and will not hesitate to be a repeat customer.

Working with Better Living for my appliances was effortless. The sales person was knowledgeable and assisted in my decisions. As is the way of the world today, it took 3+ months for my four appliances to come in but I was able to pick up one item early which helped with construction and the other three pieces were delivered by two great delivery people.. I am reluctant, right now, to go to various stores to pick out an appliane. I made a number of calls to Better Living and spoke with Jason. He was amazingly patient and helpful and I was able to conduct business over the phone. I am so impressed with the store's service as well as pricing. I will be renovating a full kitchen and will surely buy all my needed appliances from them. I've also been to their store a while ago and it was a great experience. We had such a great experience here! We were going to get our appliances at another store and they kept pushing back delivery then eventually told us their warehouse was closed for another month or maybe longer. We thought we would have no kitchen for who knows how long now.Then we heard from a friend that Better Living does price match and the owner is really friendly. Both were true, luckily! They were able to get us all of our kitchen appliances with in two days! We are beyond grateful!! Beware of dealing with better living. My wife and I order appliances there when we were remodeling our kitchen. We spent a good deal of money on a new double stove, microwave, and fridge (we had purchased the dishwasher there a year earlier). At the time of purchase, as our contractor asked us (a local contractor that had worked with better living in the past), we informed the salesperson that this was for a kitchen remodel that was in progress and inquired about how much notice Better Living would need to have the appliances at our house. Are you ready for this? The salesman answer was one day. My wife and I looked at each other like "He has to be joking, right?" So we confirmed what he said. He gave us some BS about how everything was there in their warehouse blah blah blah. Fast forward a few weeks later as the contractor was finishing up the kitchen we call BL a day in advance of what they asked us for (48 hours) and the same salesperson tells us that it isn't enough time and that they need at least a week. We canceled the order, went somewhere else, and had the appliances delivered the next day. My wife and I live literally 3 minutes from BL...we wanted to give the business to a local place...this is how we were treated. Never again!

I have been shopping around for new appliances for the past 2 weeks, Better Living is always on my list of places to shop. I shouldn't of wasted my time with all the others. You will NEVER get greeted with a smile, nor get personal, friendly, locally owned service anywhere else! The other "Box Stores" were not as educated and informed on the brands/styles as the employees are here. Mike is great to deal with and very knowledgeable. I am a happy camper. My new Fridge, Stove and Dishwasher were all in stock in my price range. Highly recommend Better Living!

My washer started leaking on Saturday and I went there on Sunday......Mike was very helpful and gave me a good price on a washer & dryer and it was delivered on Wednesday of the following week. I also wanted to say that the two delivery men, Chris & Will were great. They took great care not to scratch anything. I live in an adult community and the appliances are actually in a closet type space off of the kitchen. They had to remove the door and slide them past the refrigerator and the space was barely room enough. I will definitely go there in a heartbeat! Totally better than the large store experience!

From nuts, bolts, screws, clamps, to plumbing supplies, tools, gardening, electric, gas grills, appliances (GREAT prices including delivery !) And MUCH more. After deciding it was time for a complete appliance refresh, we followed advice from family and went here. We purchased a complete suite of KitchenAid appliances, all competitively priced (trust me, we checked). The experience was so much better than the big boxes (particularly PC Richards - hard sell much?) We then came back and bought our LG washer and dryer. Ken has to be the most patient man on earth - he answered all of our questions and concerns, and provided top notch customer service by promptly and completely resolving a couple of issues we had. By the way, the store is so much more than appliances. I've picked up some accessories for our Weber grill (instead of going to Home Depot, which is closer). And it looks like we'll be in the market for a new Weber fairly soon ... so yes, we'll be back!
