I would have rated higher, but when I had to return something I had just purchased, and the cashier would not listen to me when I told them how to do a no receipt return that was purchased on a rewards card. I told her how to do the look up twice and she told me to keep pulling the receipt up on my phone. I physically had to turn the screen and show them how to do the return, despite it being my day off, not my store, and my just wanting to get home. When I made the very obvious how to go through the process comment that made it clear that I worked for the company, they should have listened or asked me to explain it one more time. While I will admit that I should have checked the receipt I grabbed before reentering the store, there is more than one process to do returns without one; and they were presented with the option to do it, as I used my rewards card. They chose to ignore me until I physically did their job for them.I had zero problems at pharmacy; the pharmacist on duty was very nice, as was the tech that was back there helping me. Which alone would have earned the review five stars. But the return interaction is what knocked it down.

Staff is always courteous and friendly to me. I am scared of injections and have been putting off vaccinations required by my employer. I had my first vaccine here today (given by Steve) and it was completely painless!

Store is always clean, well organized, and stocked. The staff had always been kind and helpful. I've never had trouble finding what I needed.They will price match with prices you are seeing in the app. The lady I had today at the register was so kind and patient and make sure to price match everything I showed her.Manager was also very kind and helpful as well.

This pharmacy is the most convenient being around the corner from my home, however the pharmacist manager is the reason we will go elsewhere. My first time there transferring from another county he talked down to me in a misogynistic way. I brought my husband with me each time after that and lodged a complaint with management who knew that he talks down to women and still employs him. Today we went to the consultation line and got publicly yelled at for not going to the express pickup line when we weren't picking up. Absolutely awful. I never give reviews this low.

The pharmacy is great. They always answer my question, and are very helpful in working with insurance, or offering discounts. The vaccination are easy with minimal wait times.

Not my usual pharmacy. But I came in for 2 vaccines. The pharmacist was super nice. No discomfort at the time of the vaccination. The store was clean. The employees I spoke with were polite and helpful.

You know when people who leave reviews say "I wish I could leave zero stars"? well, this is that case. The pharmacist is just awful. It's upsetting to have someone not display any care to handle patient medications or to find alternatives when there are insurance issues. I'm also not convinced that the pharmacy follows up with insurance when medications are being approved/not approved. I have found another pharmacy with staff that cares to do the job. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

This Walgreens location is one of the worst I have been in. Most of the employees seem to hate their jobs including the management. Currently if you go online it says employees are still required to wear masks. They do not follow that rule. An employee said 'online is wrong". HIs manager told him they do not have to wear them if they don't want.The Pharmacy staff did have masks on though.

I have been to pharmacies in several undeveloped countries - and I have never seen pharmacy staff wearing filthier clothing than they do, every day, at this Walgreens. The techs look like they live under a freeway overpass.I can't believe the NJ Board of Pharmacy allows them to remain open.

terrible staff, i went in to use the bathroom and i was asked to leave. one of the workers followed me around the store as i was shopping and i asked her if she needed something and she said no i’m just doing my job in a very disrespectful way

Been four times, each time my script was not there. Even when promised it on a specific day, it was not there. When you try to call to see if it is ready the phone rings unanswered. When you go to get it you wait in line for twenty minutes or more just find out they don't have it. Giving it one star because their employees are very polite. But I won't return.

I was going to buy snacks and was rudely kicked out because I had a string bag. An employee told me 4 other people came in with bags trying to steal things and he kicked me out and falsely accused me of theft because I was opening my bag in one of the isles. I did nothing wrong and I told him that but he wouldn’t listen. NEVER spending my money there again

Can't give it less or I would the pharmacy is run by the stupidest people they were able to find. They can't seem to put my insurance through every time I need anything, given them in person and in line and on phone and every time there is a issue.

A employee yelled at me for having my sister in the store touching thing then proceeded to ask me to leave when I was trying to buy medicine for my headaches.. Just because there’s a little kid in the store touching thing doesn’t mean that you should yell at someone then proceed to kick them out later on and yes I did apologize my god.

I leave my prescription last week they said that they need to call the insurance for approval and they are going to call me when is ready, I call after a week and they don't process my prescription, they don't talk to the insurance, they don't do anything the service is terrible .

I will never use their pharmacy again. They charged me $25 for 10 pills, I went to the competitor and I was charged $5 for 3 months (90).

Rude store manager, just wanted to do the minimum to assist and when I asked her to handle my request correctly she was irritated. That is the last time I will patronage that store.
