Employee on the floor was helpful in helping me find a product I was looking for. However, when I went to pay and asked for them to price match their website I was told I had to purchase the items online for store pickup. I’ve been to other Walgreens locations and they’ve price matched items right at the counter for me without an issue. The cashier and the manager insisted I make my purchase via store pick up…. so there I stood on the side of the register for five minutes adding all the items to my online cart, purchasing them online, and then getting on the physical line in store to pickup the items I went through the store picking up. To be honest it just seemed like they wanted the easy way out as it probably would’ve been more for the cashier to do on her end.

If you are in dire need of medicine go else where or be at risk of losing your life. Have never had a smooth transaction at this pharmacy. Something is always wrong. There has always been an issue with my prescriptions here.

They will let you know your prescription is ready you go to pick it up and they lost it and will tell you to come back the next day and that's not being a responsible pharmacy especially if you really need your medication then if a doctor gives you a prescription they won't run it through your insurance if it's over the counter medication apparently the doctor gave you a script for a reason they need to do better all the way around the only reason I use Walgreens is because there's no other pharmacy near me since I moved but I promise you once I get back on my feet I will never go back to Walgreens they are the worst

This pharmacy is really terrible I was In drive through waiting 10 minutes. There is no way they should have ppl in the drive thru for that long. My brother fired to pick my mother prescription earlier in the day they had the insurance information in incorrectly, after I tried to give it to them over the phone.

A bunch of liars! Lazy MFS who take their sweet time having customers wait hrs in line to get medication. People don’t value work anymore. They think every work place is a joke. Clearly there is no one.

While trying to put a prescription in at this Walgreens I was helped by Amauyae. I may have spelled the name wrong but, this is the worst customer service I have ever received in a long time. I asked her how much the prescription was and she said to me that she wouldn't know until it was filled. I should check back in 45 min when it was done. SMH. I don't have regular insurance because I am a Veteran so I usually go to the VA. When I came back, she states the price as 60 something dollars for 1 script and 15 something for the second. I asked to see it and after looking at the $65 script it's simular to what I get from the VA for free. I bought the second and refused the first script. She got and attitude as I paid for the one I kept. The whole time she is has short answers and acts like she annoyed by questions that I asked. She's the so called professional and I needed help understanding what I was buying. When dealing with the public you have to be mindful that people ask from not knowing and they are spending the money that pays your salary/wages.I have been going to this Walgreens for 10 years because I work close to it. One of the floor mangers even spoke to me because I am a familiar face in there but, I'm truly disappointed in the experience. I would like to think it's not a reflection of the store BUT, you have to be careful who you hire. I don't write reviews by the way. I actually don't like them but after dealing with this associate, I felt compelled.

Horrible, experience ever asking to a customer service in-floor for where i can find the stuff and she have the worst attitude ever it doesn’t even matter that she is pregnant but twice she didn’t and me… trying to be the nice person but people like this don’t even be working and another thing you should be happy and bless that you’re gonna be a mama…

Couldn't believe how long it took for a bottle of prescription mouthwash. It's just sad at the lack of good customer service. It wasn't crowded i waited in line for 10 minutes and was told the dentist need to call in. Called the dentist had them call in was told it would be 20 minutes, great. I left went home came back in an hour no one in the line in front of me get to the counter they take my id. I take my seat the pharmacist asked if it was mouthwash then make me wait another 20 minutes. It would of been longer had i not came back up to the counter to ask for my ID. When they went to the breaker and pulled out my ID and the mouthwash ridiculous.

Just had a really bad experience at this location with Carlos R. I get two prescriptions here and I was grabbing some essentials. I left them on the pharmacy counter to grab batteries since I was buying an electric toothbrush. Carlos approached me aggressively in an attempt to intimidate me. He told me to show the inside of my bag or I have to leave. I'm on the way to the gym. He put his hands on my personal belongings including my sweaty gym socks. Never had a problem with anyone else here. I'm just wanting to get my meds and move on. I just want to get this message to Carlos R: "stand down, it's not that deep".

Unfortunately I have been very disappointed with their pharmacy. They call/text that your medication is ready, you arrive and they've put it back or it's an hour wait. 🤔 If they're out of a prescription its taken over a week to get it in stock. It's been 2 weeks for me. Due to everything that's going on I had chalked it up to that causing delays, but when I call the other Walgreens they're able to have it the next day! WTH! There are two young ladies that are great. I've been going to Walgreens for over 7 years, today is my last daysealing with Hillside Walgreens Pharmacy. 🤨

Usually a pretty decent customer experience, but as of the last 2 weeks they’ve been a literal mess. I dont know what is going on but if you’re reading this and are the manager/owner please get it together by hiring people and training staff.Examples:1- My medications were ready for pickup (I received the call and everything) and once I got to the drive through there was only one car in front of me so I thought they’d be done in 5-10 mins. It actually took 40 MINUTES. They are extremely short staffed and unorganized!!!2- Sister went to get her 2nd dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and although there were only 3 people in front of her, it took OVER AN HOUR. Yes, read that again. OVER AN HOUR. I got mine at a hospital and was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

Went to pick up a prescription for someone who just had surgery and was in pain. Marybel at the pharmacy was more interested in talking to her coworkers about a Christmas doll they had on their counter and that was lighting up. Shd ignored me a few times even tho she had the medication in hand. I literally had to say: "Marybel, i'm in a rush and have to go" for her to finally ring me up. she didn't appreciate me using her first name with my tone. She finally ring me up and leaves the medication on the counter a little far from reach instead of giving it to me. The pettiness and childish behavior I tell you! Meanwhile, someone who just went through surgery needed their pain medication and they had me wait extra so they could play with a christmas doll instead of helping me in and out as they should. It's called profesionalism!

It's been 4 days after my covid test and the Walgreens Hillside has not sent the sample to Aegis lab. It is frustrating that I can't speak to the pharmacy over the phone, I am routed in circles with the IVR

The service is horrible the line are always long and there is 1 person most of the time on the register. Yet you look up the aisle and the other workers are just talking.Manager Parker stood there and did nothing when asked for another cashier. I prefer to drive to morris ave location

So neat and always fully stocked. Plus they have great customer service 👌 I love to shop there. I highly recommend using them for your local pharmacy. Best cashier's and they also help out with the photo department. Great great store 👍👍👍😀😄😀

Worst Place Ever. I Needed help getting my medication and the Fat Spanish Obese lady was not responding to my need after I was literally release from the hospital not even 15mins. I Needed That extra help and because she was extremely over weight working in the pharmacy dept. I guess she didn't feel like helping. Never again will I go there.
