Been a loyal customer for over five years. Giselle the owner is awesome with animals of the two legged and your legged variety as well. My dog Gigi is comfortable there. She doesn't have to be dragged in, she trots in knowing she's going to be pampered and treated to some doggy me time. Worth it.

I am extremely disappointed! I will never bring my puppy back here!! I took my 4 month old puppy there to get his haircut. They cut all of his hair off of his body.!!! The lady told us she won’t cut too low and will give him a puppy cut, instead she chopped all over his hair off close to his skin. His hair wasn’t even cut even!!!!! Do not take your dog there, you will regret it!!! They will just do what they want to your dog and take your money!

I am loyal to my dogs grover but she moved and told me to try this place...I called made an appointment with the owner. A week in advance. I get to the appointment on time and the male employee says that I have to have my dogs paper work... I wasn't told this information over the phone if so I would have had all of this...I let him know the only thing I had on my phone was her service papers. He stated know and could not take my dog...this should have been stated I've the phone so I could have been prepared... Truly a water of my time.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but for this place I have to. I took my pup there and they told me puppy cut is best since it’s his first cut. They shaved off all the the body hair very close to the skin, did a terrible job cutting the head and face hair (cemented by people who saw him) and to finish off with a bang, they give my pup back to us full of loose hair. It’s a horrible experience. I am being generous giving this one star 👎

I guess that they may be good, however, two of my appointments were canceled 15 minutes before the actual arrival. Van problems appear to have occurred both times. Just smh. Loki will need to be groomed so I'll just move on.

I’ve called all over the place hoping someone would get my dog in for simple nail clip and liberty pet grooming booked me within the next 30 mins. My dog usually hates having his nail trimmed but they were so quick and loving with my boy. He didn’t make much of a fuss as he does with me and we were out within the 5 mins of being there. Definitely coming back for more services!

It was my first time because my normal groomers was out of town. I was going to walk out because of the smell itself. However my baby was in need of a cut. When I picked her up I had to pay before seeing her and knowing if I was ok with the cut. She was ok but not what I'm use 2. My puppy was whining and not herself. When reached home I notice marks all on her chest n private area. I had to video chat with the bet. NEVER EVER AGAIN! I want to add the pictures but it's not allowing me.

Called the day of and they took my dog immediately within the hour. This place gave my yorkie poodle the best grooming experience EVERRR!!! They did exactly what I wanted and I definitely was pleased and I would return again for the same services that I received today. Thanks a bunch Liberty Pet Grooming staff...:-)

This place is a LIE!!!! They claim on their website that full grooming includes teeth cleaning then when you call them they claim that's an extr and fee. They say they haven't updated their website and dont intend to! What type of business is that?!?! I dont trust my dog with lying business owners! RUN! DONT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! Dont even bring an insect in there!!!

Worst groomer I've ever been to and I've been to many . They didn't have my appointment written down and when I watched them transfer a dog over a 6ft high glass partition and almost drop it I decided they would never touch my dog .
