Messy!!! Nothing on the shelves everything is still in boxes. Not sure if they need more employees!!! But their own employees were on their phones standing and talking and not working. But they need help!!! Majority of the things were on the floor as people step on them. They need to get it together asap!!!

They are all very bad, spoiled, they are Latinos, some of them serve there, but because they know how to speak English, they are superb. They sang salsa in Spanish and they didn't want to answer me in Spanish. They don't speak English, but it's a shame they are not empathetic, very bad people. God forgive the Colombians who serve there. be humiliating with the client I am using the oranpider translator to make this complaint God help you and guide you to be a good person being Latin and very arrogant what a shame about the staff

Man-o-man where do I start...So I've been in this store couple of times. Every single time, there's only one register open and the employees are too busy talking to each other rather than taking care of the customers. As a result, the line usually takes anywhere between 10 and 30 minutes to get through for a couple of people. I kid you not this is not an exaggeration.The store is a mess with a bunch of trip hazards at. Boxes scattered everywhere carts in the middle of isles. All the time. Additionally, the kids that work there, 2 in particular are extremely rude and condescending to the customers.Today however will be my last visit. Granted the store employees told me that I wasn't allowed to come back, but I was never planning to anyways. Why? Well after waiting about 15 minutes in line with three other people ahead of me, I finally get to pay for my 3 dollar item. Only their credit card machine was giving my card problems and then it decided to reset. While trying to get the card to work the employees kept talking down to me and condescendingly, telling me I wasn't being patient with the card but they weren't paying attention because they were talking to each other. They seemed more interested in lecturing me than actually fixing the problem. After about 3 to 4 minutes of them telling me how their machine not working was my fault, even though I was a cashier for 5 years, they then decided they weren't going to go through with the transaction. I of course thought this was absolutely absurd so to make things easier I took $3 out of my pocket, because they didn't want to sell me the item as it was too complicated for them. Now admittedly I probably should have been the better person but at that point I was extremely annoyed for them insulting my intelligence and also refusing to sell me an item because their machine is busted, so I threw the $3 at them and walk out. Up until that point I was very low spoken and patient with them. I know the lady behind me was secretly cheering because they had just finished being extremely rude and nasty to her.Do yourself a favor do not support this store and watch it burn because eventually it will. It has zero management. If you find this reviewed a little too hard to believe, go ahead and stop by the store and buy a $0.99 pack of bubblegum, and all will be clear.

Stopped in to grab some new press on nails Unfortunately they haven't been restocked in a while but they do have really good deals on Beauty Supplies here on a normal basis especially if you can't make it to Walmart or any other store, definitely a good substitute! I got these nails for $3 and 2 pack of nail glue for $1.50 so, like I said if you can't make it to the Dollar Tree or Walmart this is your best bet you definitely can't complain!

Great prices but it’s always crowded with new shipments which makes it have to even walk around the place. It has only about 3-4 workers at a time with cam explain why it’s so hard to clear all the boxes. When I say 3-4 I honestly mean like 2-3 as the other 1-2 people are the cashiers so they can’t help with boxes. 8/10 times when I go there it looks like a storm just passed through as nothing is ever on the shelves and in boxes. The manager is a bit bossy but they treat their customers well. I feel that all they need is more employees because it’s getting to a point we’re the employees problems are making the costumers haves problem.

Lines are always slow. In adition to the cashier, there are 2 other workers there. They're talking instead of opening another register. I live so close this place is convenient but there's alway a long wait even if the lines not too long.

This Dollar General location was the worst job I’ve ever worked for. It was always dirty. The store is always unorganized. Scheduling is never put together right. There’s gnats EVERYWHERE ! And let’s not talk about that back stock room ( disgusting ). They never had good management at this location. Every manager I did have (which is 3 in total since The 4 months I’ve been there) they had no clue what it meant to be store manager. The hours are unfair. What you go through at this location isn’t worth the 10$/hr they offer you. There’s never a good day at this work location. They should shut this store down, fix it up and hire a new team starting with management. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This Dollar General has easier parking in the street and in the shade just off the side street rather than the parking lot. Overall easy to get in and out of, no major problems or issues here. Once they had an outdated sale tag on gift cards last Christmas, but there have been no issues since then. A great place to get a cheap holiday card if the recipient isn't willing to receive their gift digitally. I also recommend this place for floss and toothbrushes.

I'd like to come in select my items and check out quickly.The line was too long and no other registers were open.It's not fair to customers to be subjected to such long waits on check out.Please improve for the sake of your customers.

The store is under staff so it always looks dirty. The shelves aren't always stocked. I have seen milk deliveries sit out for 20 or more minutes before they start to put them in the coolers. I have also try to buy cold items that were outdated. I only recommend you buy items that not cold or frozen.

The place has good stock of items always, I go at least once a month, the only bad thing about it is the mens bathroom seems to be "out of order" every time I ask for the key to use it...other than that, a good store. Staff always busy for what I noticed.

Terrible costumer service. This is the perfect place to go to if you want to waste your entire day waiting for someone to get to the damn register. They will look at you and others waiting in line and just walk away, and if by the rare chance they are at the register or finally get to the register they will always be rude and have an attitude. Yes, it's convenient to shop at, but the people who work there make it inconvenient.

I was able to find what I needed fairly quick. The isles were organized when I went. I did have to search for someone to ring up my stuff, but besides that, I'd shop there again.

The service is slow not to mention I had to Bob and weave thru the aisle because there was kiddie pools all over the store to catch the water from the leaking roof.... with at least 10 pools across the store they should have justed closed for the day smh I gave it 2 stars only because the deals are still the best around for most things

It is ALWAYS understocked, empty shelves in every aisle, unloading racks all over the store, boxes, all over the floor. Its a hazard to walk around. There isn't any organization whatsoever. They are also understaffed and there's one particular employee that is so rude! Are there district managers that go to see how store is run? Its just sad to go there, so now i go fo Sav A Lot that just opened its clean, friendly, and well stocked and if i can't find what i need in Sav A Lot i go to Walgreens.

The place (store) just needs more help and a cleaning. I bought a thermometer and it doesn't work. I ask the young lady at the desk, does it work, she assured me it did work. I need to return it. Money wasted .. I believe there is a sign that says no returns. It doesn't even register..

The people that work here are very friendly for the most part well at least the girls are I should say the one young man could care less about anything the one young hispanic manager is really cool he gave me a 50% discount because the items in the wrong section which is what they're supposed to do when something is put in the wrong place the other gentleman that works there who's clearly of African descent cuz he has a very thick accent is very hard to deal with on the other hand again like I said their store is a mess nothing is where it's supposed to be I picked up two pairs of shoes that were in a section that says 50% off and neither one of them are on sale and all I did was ask him to scan it so I could just see and he completely refuse to do so insisting it's not on sale like just do what the customer asked you to do and make them happy and leave it at that instead he chose to be argumentative with me so if I were a store on there I would absolutely get rid of him as a manager or supervisor or whatever kind of position he holds at that location

Horrible customer service. The female cashier refused to enter my debit card number after my chip did not work. Then tells her coworker, you’ve got a cart of returns to put away!Store is very messy, shows reflection of management. PSA, those who do not like interacting with people do all of us a favor and DO NOT work customer service jobs!!

Dollar General manager by the name of ebonie I'd very unprofessional. She pushed a cart on my mother then got behind the counter being very rude to the customers in the line. She has very bad customer service skills and I don't understand how she got her job. And she got mad at the cashier lee from trying to help me and yelled at her and sent her home. She do not need to be a manager.
